You know what your idea of a healthy relationship is. You know the qualities that you look for in a person. The question is, have you considered what YOU can offer?
What is the meaning of love?
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Love is not self-seeking; meaning, love is not about merely looking out for yourself and what you desire. When it comes to relationships, we should not only think about what the other person could offer, but also what we could offer.
You are going to fall in love a number of times before you find the one with whom you will be forever. Inexorably, your heart will be bruised from time to time, though it is a normal part of the pursuit of love. With every heartache that comes, you are one step closer to Happily Ever After.
And in moments where you are crushed, God is ready to pick up the pieces and mend your heart.
Even when you are in a room filled with people, you can still feel lonely. Though those feelings will not last forever.
The Lord will make you go through hard times, but he himself will be there to teach you, and you will not have to search for him anymore.

Work on yourself; strive to be the best version of yourself, someone with something to offer. Shoot your shot; even when you are afraid or hesitant, feel the fear and do it, anyway. Do not close your doors to all the possibilities. At the same time, keep in mind that being single or experiencing heartbreak will not kill you.
And there will come a day when you will fully understand why your past relationships never worked out; because all this time, God has had something else in store for you. The perfect surprise.
