Ask Him for not only basic needs but also faith, knowledge, wisdom, and strength, so that you may be able to withstand or recover quickly from any difficult conditions.
Making prayer a regular part of your life is a decision you will never regret doing; for what greater blessing is there than the abounding grace, love, and protection of the Most High?
Rejoice always, pray without ceasing,
in everything give thanks;
for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
