(AN: you guys didn't REALLY think that THAT was the last chapter did you? Oh Pandas... Enjoy the last installment, that is if you enjoy ripping your heart out and feeding it to lions.)
"Will someone please explain what is going on?" Dean asks everyone in that room, Sam chooses to ignore him, he can only stare at the stone in front of him as a few stray tears escape his eyes.
"You fucking idiot... I could have saved you if you just... If you just..." Sam squeezes his eyes shut, not baring the sight of grey stone any longer.
"It's a long story Dean, perhaps I will tell you later, or Sam can say when he's ready," Castiel states. "That's not much of an answer Cas," Dean comments.
"Sam, is there any other way we can save him?" Castiel questions, "only if we pull him out of that room... But then you'll always end up dead if he doesn't," Sam replies, he turns around.
"It's a lost cause Castiel, it's a lost cause... And a as much as I want to, I can't live in the past... Wait," Sam wipes the stray tears away. He digs into his pockets and pulls out every piece of paper, he looks around and finds a pen. Every remaining note he has, he traces over each word so it's clear, thankfully he has the first note he ever received, and many more after that.
Sam turns back to weeping angel Gabriel with the first note, "you know what to do, right?" Sam shoves the paper into stone hands, "guys, just trust me, and blink," everyone blinks. Weeping angel Gabriel is no longer around.
"Okay, I just sent myself on a wild goose chase... Perhaps they'll get it right. But it also may give us new ideas on how to save both angels," Sam announces.
"What the fuck?" Dean questions, "can someone please explain what the Hell is happening?" Sam draws a deep breath, "sit down... This is a long story," he says. They all take their seats, Sam begins the long but roller coaster like story.
"So that brings us to now," Sam finishes. Dean's eyes are wide with shock, "so you mean to say that you've been missing for weeks trying to save the guy who ganked me a thousand times, and you fell in love with him? What the fuck Sammy? What the fuck?"
"Yes, Dean. I love him and I'm Hell bent on saving him. I thought you'd understand, especially how you go over Cas," Sam replies.
"Oh no, you are not starting 'Destiel' again, so help me Sammy."
"Well I think it's an interesting tale, and we'll help you. If you came to us sooner... And what's this 'Destiel' Dean speaks of?"
"Nothing, Cas. Just don't ask Sam," Dean responds.
Stone Gabriel appears again, "did you get the note to me? Good, now we wait and see of we can pull it off..." Sam looks sadly to the floor, "hey Sam, don't worry. You'll get it," Castiel comforts. "Thanks Cas, but who knows how many times I've been on this mouse wheel? This could be the hundredth time, and it could quite possibly never change... ever," Sam responds.
"Hey Sammy, look... I hate the guy, alright? But if he really means that much to you, well I'm gonna help you fix the problem from here. There could be a way to reverse what's happened, without time travel. I mean, yeah, send yourself on that goose chase, you might get it right... But what if you can fix it from this point?" Dean offers, "you're really gonna help me save the Trickster?" Sam questions, "sure, why not? He's someone you care a Hell of a lot about, and he's Cas' brother, so sure. I'll help you," Dean replies. Sam gives a small smile, "you really think we can save him from now?" Sam quizzes, "yeah, maybe. It's worth as shot, isn't it?" Dean smiles and stands up, "okay Team Free Will, we've got a Trickster to save," Dean announces.

"There is nothing anywhere on anything," Dean yells as he slams a book shut. "Well I just sent the sixth note, so we've still got time to get it," Sam announces. "Hey Cas, have you found anything?"
"No, nothing. I've been searching my memories from Heaven, and I can't find anything... Have you tried calling that Doctor you mentioned?" Castiel responds, "I've tried multiple times, he still hasn't answered," Sam answers.
"There has to be something we've missed, somewhere. I need anything, anything at all that'll help me turn him back..." Sam drops his head on his laptop.
"Didn't you say that when an angel dies, they don't really die because their Grace panics and turns to stone to keep itself alive?" Castiel inquires, "...yes... I did... Why?" Sam questions, "then he's not really dead. He's just trapped in stone. Now if we kill the case, the angel dies, but what if we draw Gabriel out?" Castiel offers, "... How would we do that?" Sam quizzes, "you said that stone Gabriel transferred some of his Grace to a living, breathing Gabriel. Well obviously Grace can come from the stone case... So what about an angel exorcism?" Castiel explains.
Sam looks at Castiel, "is there such a thing...?" Sam asks, "yeah Cas, an angel exorcism? Come on man, if we knew that, then things would have gone very differently in many angel cases. One being getting Lucifer out of Sam, and Gadreel out of Sam. Another case would have been getting Michael out of Adam, so an angel exorcism? Come on man," Dean comments. "I'm not certain that there is one, and even if there is, I'm not sure if it would work on weeping angels, but... But we can try. And I once heard rumours of such a spell," Castiel defends. "Rumours? We're placing all our hope, on rumours?" Sam quizzes, "yeah well do you have a better plan? We're doing this for you, Sam. To help you get the one you love back, so maybe a little faith could get you a long way," Castiel snaps.
"Okay... We'll do it. Cas, is there anyway you can find out if such a spell exists?" Sam says, "I'd need to get into Heaven, but that shouldn't be remarkably hard... Hannah might be able to assist me," Castiel states. "Well you do that, what can Dean and I do?" Sam asks, "be ready when I call," Castiel demands. Sam nods and Castiel vanishes.
"An angel exorcism, wow... Had no idea those exist," Dean comments. "Now tell me, what do you actually see in the Trickster, because I'm not entirely sure he's right for-" Sam gives Dean a bitch-face so bitchy that Dean stops mid-sentence. "Okay, fine. But do tell me what you see in him. He's a dick and caused us nothing but pain," Dean finally says.
"Dean. I love him because I do. He's funny and clever and charming and kind, caring, he's considerate, but stubborn. He's just Gabriel, that's why I love him, okay?"
"Fine, okay, I get it... I mean, I'm glad my little brother found someone to love, but did it really have to be the Trickster?..." Sam continues to bitch-face Dean. "You know what? I'm dropping it. If we save him, I'll get to know him and see if he's good for my little brother, okay? Happy?"
"Yes, I am. Thank you Dean, for understanding," Sam says. "You don't have an issue with it being a guy, do you...?" He adds, "what? No Sammy! Of course not! The only issue I have with it is that it's Gabriel, but I'm dropping it. So there's no problem at all," Dean explains. Sam inwardly sighs with relief, he knew Dean wouldn't care, but some times you've just got to check these things, ya know?

"Dean, Sam. There is an angel exorcism, but it's complicated and needs a lot of ingredients, and very dangerous. Not to mention, only one person has tried it, and they died," Castiel announces once he's back in the room.
"How'd you do that so fast?" Dean asks, "because I had some help while I was up there. Now we need all of these ingredients," Castiel places a piece of paper on the table and moves it towards the Winchesters. "That's a lot of ink," Dean comments, "tell me about it. But we can do this, how about we split it three ways?" Sam glances between the angel and the hunter, they both nod. They all get their assigned tasks and they rush off to do them.
———-
"I've got what I needed."
"Same."
"Okay, let's do this," Castiel begins drawing a very large angel sigil on the floor while Dean and Sam do the other preparations like combining ingredients and lighting candles, you know all that shiz.
"I think it would be wise if I do the exorcising. If this works, Gabriel's true form will appear, and with him being an Archangel, it could prove much more fatal than if it were an angel like me," Castiel suggests. Sam nods, "yeah, okay."
"Have we done everything?" Dean asks as he glances around, "yeah, I think so. Now all we need is Gabriel," Castiel answers. "He'll show up, he always does," Sam mentions as he looks at all the work they've done.
"Hey Sammy, it'll work. I know it will, you'll see him again. Come on man, it's going to be fine," Dean is being very supportive for how much he hates the Trickster. But his brother is in love and he will support his brother even though he wishes death upon the one his brother's heart desires.
Stone Gabriel appears and they all turn towards him, Sam approaches him.
"Okay, I know you can hear me, you always do, so listen carefully. We're going to exorcise you from this stone case... hopefully. That's the plan anyway, so please just- just bare with us and do whatever Cas says. I'll see you on the other side, hopefully," Sam gives a small smile and leaves the room, Dean follows.
Castiel blinks and weeping angel Gabriel is positioned in the centre of the sigil.
"Okay Gabriel, here we go."
Castiel recites the Latin which will hopefully do the job, but Castiel finds himself repeating himself, saying all four verses over and over again, and nothing happens. He begins to loose faith, and so does Sam, for he's in the next room and can hear everything that's happening.
Castiel does not stop chanting, he can't stop. He owns Sam... something, I don't know. Perhaps he's doing this because this is what friends do. And in all honesty Castiel misses Gabriel, even though he has been a dick.
Lamps begin flickering and radios begin turning on and off, tables start shaking and there's a light forming around the weeping angel. Hope comes rushing back.
There's a bright light coming from the weeping angel's eyes, nose and mouth, almost like an angel being stabbed.
The light pours from the stone angel and a high pitched scream sounds throughout he Bunker, Castiel continues chanting even though the voice is piercing. Yes, Castiel is an angel, and yes, they can handle other angels, but a lack of Grace means a lack of tolerance.
Glasses break and crack as the scream gets louder and the light becomes brighter.
The light brightens and the scream becomes louder, then it all fades away so quickly. Just like that, it was there one second, then gone the next.
Castiel stops chanting, the stone is gone, and instead a very alive and well Gabriel stands where the stone stood.
"Hey Castiel, long time no see. Oh, you've changed the coat, nice," Gabriel looks around the room and sees no one else, but a certain moose is spotted in the doorway.
"Hey Sampunzel, how's it going? Did ya miss me?" (AN: Now I'm thinking Moriarty.)
Sam says nothing, all he does is walk straight over to Gabriel and just looks at him.
"You're alive, you're here, you're really..." Sam leans in and kisses Gabriel, who does not hesitate to kiss back.
"I missed seeing /you/ and not that stone casing," Sam whispers. "I missed being able to call you names," Gabriel smirks, but that quickly ends by Sam kissing him again.
"So ah, this is awkward... Our brothers are making out, okay," Dean comments. Castiel walks over to Dean, "I know it's weird, but it would be less weird if we..." Castiel leans up and kisses Dean on the cheek. He turns red and looks at Castiel, "really? We could ah-" Dean and Castiel vanish.
Sam and Gabriel pull away from each other. "Oh, I know what happened to the last feather, so," Gabriel stretches his wings out again, he plucks a single feather and hands it to Sam.
"So did you figure out what the feather meant?" Gabriel questions, "I asked Cas about it, he explained. And if there was anyway I could show you that that's the same for me, then I would. But I don't have feathers to give," Sam answers. He tucks the feather into his pocket and looks into Gabriel's eyes.
"But I do love you, more than any language can say."
"I love you too, Rapunzel... I love you too."
(AN: Did you guys think it was going to be a sad ending? Please, do you guys know me? I love fluffy, flooffy endings with kisses and cuddles and declarations of love. Though I was seriously tempted to kill weeping angel Gabriel, you guys have no idea how close I came to making it a sad ending. But anyway, hope you guys liked it and I'll see you in my next story.
Laterz!)

The Ordinary Life of Tom Nobody
[participant in the 2018 NaNoWriMo Royal Road challenge] The Ordinary Life of Tom Nobody is a LitRPG system story where each person transitions into the system, or SCHEMA as this system is known, innocent and unaware of his former life. Following the tutorial, memories return, but by this point, each person has a better chance of accepting their new world. It also gives them an opportunity to start from scratch, fresh without all the baggage of their former lives dictating their decisions in the early stages of the process. I don’t expect this will necessarily turn into an action-packed heroic tale, my intent is to create a character who wants to have just an ordinary, but reasonably comfortable life. I don’t know myself how well he will succeed, there may be twists and Tom may discover some heroism hidden deep inside. I guess we’ll find out together. This is my first writing attempt. I’ve wanted to write all my life, but I’ve never been able to develop the proper discipline to put in the work. I hope I complete the challenge and work my way past this hump. I am writing this as part of the NaNoWriMo Royal Road Challenge. While I will try to self-edit as I go, the challenge requires close to 2,000 words a day, so parts of the story may be rough, and things like plot lines may not make as much sense as any of us would like. If all goes well, and I complete the challenge, I plan on going back through everything and trying to polish it up. In the meanwhile, thank you for reading and I hope I don’t disappoint.

She doesn't like being told what to do. He knows what’s best for her. She is fiercely independent but he is determined to save her, whether she likes it or not. Del and Nyssa live two very different lives and that’s the way Nyssa likes it. She is beholden to no one so when Del comes knocking on her door, she sends him on his way with a wink and a sarcastic “yeah, right.” When that doesn’t work, she bolts. She just wants to live her normal life; gambling with fairies (the not-so-nice kind), befriending ghouls and painting the future all over the whitewash. No boy is going to get in the way of that. Excerpt: He snagged her wrist gently before she could flounce away, his fingers warm and firm. “You need to come with me, girl,” he said earnestly. “I don't need to do anything.” She was indignant. She knew that sometimes her kind of abilities could be unruly but Nyssa was quite capable of taking care of herself. She’d lived with her abilities since she was thirteen. She’d learned to handle them herself. “It’s dangerous for you to be on your own,” Del said, tightening his grip on her wrist. She pulled her arm from his grip and he let her go. He could force her to go with him, she knew, but he wouldn’t. “I don’t need your help, Superman.” She didn’t look at him. “I’ll be back in a week,” he said, ignoring her protests. “Be ready to leave with me.” He breezed past her, discarding the necklaces he still held on the desk and leaving. Nyssa sighed, watching his back as he disappeared down the street. “Fat chance, Superman.”

After all that happened... I do think I would thank dr Errhart if I were back to the day this all started, knowing all that happened after. Of course, if I were back on the day this all started with the implied knowledge, I would take and play with his soul in retribution. Oh, how have I grown since then. I'm almost nostalgic. Almost. To tell you the truth, I don't really remember the first days. Yes, I remember me working at the facility, with all the downs and downs but after the experiment, those first days afterwards, I can't bring for the life of me those moments in the cold dark broken room to mind. I never did discover what happened during the experiment. What could occur to burn the whole facility to a crisp and shut down both the main and emergency power supply? Dr Errhart always seemed to fail in impossible ways. When I got out of that underground tomb, I discovered what the experiment did to the world. Beast and monsters feed on the unprotected if left to fester, powerful men from the remnants of my old world have risen up to take their own and might takes up new forms. Oh, and here you must be perplexed. I totally forgot to tell. While the experiment doomed many in the facility and the world above, which wouldn't have happened had they not ignored my notes on the project, I feel like it was all worth it. For at the cost of the precious but secret arcanium, we got our greatest tool yet. Magic.
