《Junoesque ✿George Weasley✿》68.

"We'll meet in Trafalgar Square at midnight," Mad-Eye Moody instructed as they sat at the kitchen table in The Burrow. The rest of the Order nodded and got up from their seats to head for the door. They would try and sleep before the start of the mission that was bound to be strenuous. Then they would head out into London where the attack was said to take place. Fred had reassured them that the Death Eaters never hinted to forgetting their plans after his sudden appearance in the farmhouse, so they assumed the attack was still happening.
"Do you three want to stay for tea?" Molly asked the twins and Blair as the Order started to pile out of the house. Bill, Charlie and Arthur stayed sitting and were waiting patiently for one of Molly's infamous dinners to be served up. The oldest of the Weasley siblings had chosen to stay back at home while the demand for special Order meetings were at an all time high. Bill had been talking about getting a desk job for Gringotts instead of being an official curse-breaker in Egypt, while Charlie says he had a ton of holiday leave that he hadn't yet used. Besides, the dragons were heading into hibernation and wouldn't be much trouble for the tamers that were still on shift in Romania.
"Yes!" Blair answered, jamming her elbows into the twins' sides when they went to turn down the offer. She had cooked every night for the three of them and was dying to take a night off for once. The twins may love her cooking, but she loved being cooked for every now and again.
Molly smiled knowingly and got three more plates out from the cupboard, charming portions to fly out of the pan and into their respected chinaware. Blair slipped into the seat next to Bill with George beside her, while Fred sat next to Charlie on the opposite side. Arthur sat at the head of the table and Molly handed out cups of Pumpkin juice. They went to dig in to their meals, when Blair caught a strange movement from the shoulder of Charlie's leather coat. Her head tilted to the side in confusion as a bump started to rustle around and Charlie didn't seem fazed or wasn't aware of the moving growth under his coat.
"Charlie?" she started and the Weasleys looked up from their plates to her. The said man met her eyes and furrowed his eyebrows in question. "What's that?"
"Oh!" he chimed when he looked to where she was pointing to and reached under the leather. The growth froze in its place at Charlie's grip and everyone watched in anticipation. In Charlie's burn, scarred hand was a miniature dragon that flapped it's tiny wings in attempts to fly.
"Oh my word!" Arthur gasped, putting down his utensils and gawking at the animal. "Did you bring that all the way from Romania?"
"He must have snuck into my coat while I was leaving," Charlie laughed and held his palms out for the dragon to walk across. It let out a tiny rawr and eyed the table of food, surveying the meats that sat on everyone's plates. Blair was amazed that dragons could get so tiny. She had remembered from the Care for Magical Creatures that dragon eggs weren't even this small, meaning their babies were at least the size of Hagrid's giant hands. But this dragon looked full grown, yet it sat in Charlie's palm like one sat on the tip of a mountain.

"Surely that's against some laws," Bill stated. "The transport of magical animals or whatever."
"That thing will burn the house down, Charlie! You have to take it back!" Molly cried and put anything that was flammable away from the table.
"This is an Australian Pebbled-back. They don't breathe fire. The climate they're native to is too dry and flammable, so they can't even cough a spark," Charlie explained while caressing the rough back of the creature.
Fred sniggered something about the dragon being a loser for not being able to even light a match, which resulted in a glare from his older brother. Blair enjoyed the dinner and guessed that most of their nights were like this when the family were together. Even though Ron and Ginny were currently at Hogwarts, the Weasleys were still able to act like a full family and have their quirkiness and that no other family held.
The twins and Blair headed back to the flat after a hefty dessert and bid the family goodbye. George pleaded for them to take the Australian Pebbled-back with them to have as a pet, but Fred and Blair had firmly said no because it would antagonise Jasper. This made George pout and start to despise Fred's change of heart for the cat. After saving him from being killed by Bellatrix and her cronies, Fred has been near inseparable from Jasper. He had even started leaving his door open at night so that he can come in and curl up on his bed. He had started to remember to leave food in his bowl every morning and bought him cat toys to play with.
"You're such a hypocrite, Freddie," George had rolled his eyes when he saw Jasper purring from the grooming he was receiving from Fred.
"Shut up!"
Speaking of the mission that nearly lead to Fred and Jasper's death, they worked out why Jasper had suddenly become so restless when listening to the Death Eater's plans. Usually, the feline was docile and would never act out like he had done. But when the perimetre barriers was mentioned, Blair came to realise that they had set up spells that would warn off animals. Since George had checked if there were any curses every few metres, they hadn't been effected. But maybe there were spells that they hadn't noticed and caused Jasper to freak out. He was a clever cat but some magical, invisible fields could cause him to go haywire. They couldn't blame him for that because he was just an animal. He hadn't meant to be there in the first place anyway.
Entering the flat, they had four hours before they would have to leave for London. This time, the rest of the Order would be there so there would be less of a chance of them being in a sticky situation again. They had to make sure that Jasper wasn't in the room when they apparated, which they were sure Fred would take care of. For now, it was waiting for time to pass before they could go out and "kick some ass" - Fred Weasley, 1996.
Blair decided that it would do her good to make up some more healing potions. Who knows what sort of injuries the Order would acquire during the mission. She headed down the hallway while the twins argued about who got the last piece of treacle tart from the fridge. They had turned the spare room that was meant to be Blair's bedroom into ingredients storage. Blair didn't seem like she'd be moving out of George's room any time soon, so they thought they'd have their own private sanctuary for potions and product deliberation.

Pulling out one of the many cauldrons that sat on the shelf, Blair grabbed her needed bottles and headed over to the desk that was set up under the window. The room had nothing in it besides a bookcase that had many shelves of jars, bottles and bowls of substances and a desk in the corner with a chair to match. It was bland but it meant that there weren't any valuable things to be damaged if there was a sudden explosion.
Blair hummed while she tipped the needed things into the cauldron as if she had done it a million times before (she basically had, actually). The Dittany leaves and wormwood mixed together and started to create the signature green shade that was often compared to snot. She had labelled bottles lined up next to her that waited to be filled with the potion. Concentrating on her work, she barely heard the door behind her opening and closing followed by footsteps leading up to where she sat.
"We need some more of the potion that's in the Comb-a-Chameleons' too," George's voice made Blair jump and she whipped around to see the man smiling down at her, bemused from her reaction. Dressed in his light blue jumper and jeans, he looked casual and comfortable despite the upcoming dangerous meeting.
"You scared me," she put a hand to her chest and laughed shakily.
"Sorry."
"No you're not."
"You're right. I'm not."
Blair rolled her eyes before starting to pour her finished potion into the bottles next to her. The slime-like constituency filled the glasses and she corked them quickly, knowing that George would somehow knock them over or Jasper would wander in and become curious about the smell. While she finished up, George stared down at her from his place.
He noticed how much her hair had grown from its short bob that he had first met her with. The tips had reached the middle of her back and her figure had curved into a matured shape. She no longer had the features of a teenager, even though she technically still was. She had grown up and had become a beautiful lady. Not only had her permanent appearance changed, but her attire had slowly morphed into lighter things. That one blue denim jacket she owned had begun to be seen more frequently and she always had the purple necklace George had gotten her against her t-shirts. George had sworn he had seen her come home from meeting up with her Ravenclaw friends one day with a see-through bag that had a dark purple piece of clothing inside.
"Why are you staring at me?" Blair asked and George grinned at the way she turned to look up at him from her chair.
"Just admiring," he shrugged, reaching down to take hold of her hand that sat on her knee. Blair stood up and indulged in the feeling of his rough fingers running over her knuckles. She stared up at him and saw the warm look in his eyes that she loved so much.
"Admiring huh?" she repeated and placed her free hand up on his tall shoulder, standing on her toes to reach his ear. "Do you want to admire some more?"
George raised his eyebrows and felt his heart rate quicken at her soft, alluring whisper. He could sense the grin in her voice and welcomed her grip that took hold of his hand. He followed her out of the room and into their shared one, leaving the bottled potions on the table to collect later. It had been a while since the two had gotten especially intimate and they agreed that they were both due a 'session'. They had both been exhausted from working in the shop and going on Order missions and hadn't had the energy to go all the way. There had been heated kisses and sensual touching, but there had been the desire for more.
Lying down on the bed, Blair gave George a close-lipped smile as George stood over her with his eyes wandering up and down her body. Even though she was short and often compared to a goblin's height to him and Fred, her proportions were long and envious. Her long legs and the swell of her breasts caught most of George's attention, and Blair felt the heat from his stare on these particular parts more than any other.
"When I said admire, I meant other things too," she joked and she could see George metaphorically shake his head to snap back into reality.
George hummed and placed his knee in between Blair's legs, balancing himself with his hands on the pillows beside her head. He lowered his face close to hers and took her lips into his, sliding his eyes shut at the sensation of the softness of her flesh. Blair slipped her hands up to his face and cupped his strong jaw in her palms. The feeling of having George close to her again was satisfying and the anticipation of what was going to happen next swelled inside her stomach. The familiar pressure built up against her organs when George took one hand from the pillow next to her and placed it on her side, caressing the curve of her torso before sliding up to her breast.
"You're beautiful," he mumbled against her lips, groping the tender flesh that filled his hand. Blair sighed into his mouth and waited patiently for his hand to slide further and further down to the waistband of her jeans.

Please read the content warnings (there may be spoilers within though) if you have triggers. Also there is a slight mention of LGBTQ+, so please don't read this short story if even a short mention bothers you. ======================= My first short story (It's short - 5 chapters, 10,000 word-ish kinda short! And also completed *self pats* that I will be releasing in mini chapters (of 500-800 words each) on Fridays and Saturdays.). Happy to hear actionable and constructive criticisms on how I can improve, but please don't be too harsh okay? :) I know it's not perfect. But hey, we all have to start somewhere.

Rise of an Undead in a Fantasy World
Have you ever wondered what would happen if an undead being that doesn't know what it is like to be alive got free will? What would that undead creature do? How would they think? How would they view the world around them? Would they see life as futile and conquer the world, making it a lifeless danger zone to all living beings? Well, none of that matters, because that's not happening. Our main character is your average gamer from the modern world, yada yada yada... gets transported to a fantasy world through obscure means, blah blah blah... you know how this works. What separates him from the masses, however, are his views on ethics, and world politics. ... Oh, and the fact that he doesn't need to breathe. Message From Author! Accept?: Yes No This is only my second novel, so keep that in mind. I will try to keep the quality of the story to an acceptable level. This means something that I, myself would read. The quantity, however, may put some people off. Adding onto the whole "villainous lead" thing, I will make sure to have the character develop into that perfect little villain over time, instead of starting him out as a bloodthirsty murder-hobo. Of course, there will still be a lot of murdering and he may be a hobo for some of it, but it will mostly not be out of malice in the very early chapters. Last but not least, I have decided there will not be a defined release schedule for this, as I have lost interest in forcing myself to upload x amount of times a week. I will upload whenever I get a good idea, and take my time. That is, if I even feel like writing in the first place. Instead of taking breaks from this novel to do my own thing, I will take breaks from my daily life to post on here. Also, I'm lazy. Thanks for reading, and if you're alright with everything above, feel free to give it a read, and without further ado, have a good one! - Your Author P.S.: I will have little to no romance in the story, as I can't bring myself to writing it, so you don't have to worry about harems.
