《Junoesque ✿George Weasley✿》58.

Blair couldn't personally understand the agony that came with the use of a Blood Quill. She had sympathised with those who'd come to her asking for a new bottle of her potion, but she couldn't possibly imagine the pain they were in. Her first encounter with the Blood Quill was when she ventured to the Gryffindor common to find George clutching his hand and pretending that he was fine. She had been worried about him then, but now she let herself be selfish enough to feel sorry for herself instead.
The Great Hall had been cleared of its long tables and replaced with singular desks. They were lined up to face the front where Professor Umbridge stood with her teacup and saucer in her hands. She watched over the students who clenched their teeth together in attempts to smother their cries of pain. Her eyes twinkled in sinister joy as she saw her most hated students get what she thought they deserved. Her quills looked beautiful to her in action and she rolled in the anguish that she could see on the students' faces.
In the middle row to the far left, sat Blair with Poppy and Mina on either side of her. Professor Umbridge had been sure to separate her from any of the Gryffindors she was friends with. She had gone to slip into the seat in between Ginny and Fred, when the woman appeared next to her and said,
"Your seat is over there, Miss Rosier."
A deep grumble had erupted from Blair's chest as she tried to pierce the Professor with the daggers in her eyes. The woman smiled sweetly as she followed the girl to her respected table. She then made sure Harry was where she wanted him to be (she had a personal hatred for him) before taking her place at the front of the hall, looking and feeling like justice had been served on one of her kitten plates.
The etching feeling in Blair's skin was near unbearable. The urge to scream aloud was strong enough for her to use her bleeding hand to grip the table as she wrote 'I will not break rules'. Tears had been swimming in her eyes for ten minutes, several slipping out but being wiped away quickly by the sleeve of her school jumper. Not only was there the physical pain of words being scratched forcefully into her skin, there was the reality that Professor Umbridge now had full control over the school. With Professor Dumbledore gone and wanted for taking the blame of Dumbledore's Army, there was no telling what Umbridge would do.
Blair dared to look up from her parchment that had droplets of blood and sloppy hand writing on it's lines, and search the hall for the people she knew were suffering the same as her. The first years sobbed shamelessly to themselves and even some of the sixth years were on the verge of bawling from the agony. She spotted Harry, Ron and Hermione near the front where Umbridge stared down at them as the leaders of the illegal group. It wasn't hard to see that Harry was sending her the most hateful glare he could muster, while Ron had stopped writing from the dizziness that came with the anguish.

Towards the back of the room, where she had first chosen to sit, sat the last three Weasleys. George, Fred and Ginny were hunched over their desks so that Blair couldn't see their faces. Ginny's writing was still strong but her first was clenched with a small puddle of red gathering underneath it. Fred's writing was slow and his hand was barely moving, his head sagging with his fingers in his hair. George just so happened to look up at the moment Blair's eyes landed on him and he looked as if he was ready to say something. He bit his lip and opened his mouth, making Blair fear that he was delusional from the pain and forgot that if he were to speak, he'd surely have another punishment waiting for him after this one.
As if he read her mind, George thought better than to try and speak to her across the hall. He closed his mouth and pressed his lips together tightly, hoping to communicate through his eyes. He was asking if she was okay, to which Blair easily picked up on. For the sake both of their sanity, she nodded her head lightly before turning back to her parchment. She could feel his stare on her back but chose to get through the last ten minutes of the detention, making their reunion outside feel more rewarding.
Ten minutes passed and Professor Umbridge cleared her throat with her girlish 'hem hem'. The group looked up from their desks and saw that she was finished with her tea and the hour of torture. Chairs scraped backwards and students made their way silently to the exit of the hall. Drops of redness lined the tiled floors and Blair was sure that Filch would have a field day cleaning them for his majesty, Dolores Jane Umbridge.
Once they had left the hall, they knew it was safe to mutter among themselves. Most discussed what classes they now had to endure, while others said they were heading to the hospital wing. No one mentioned Blair's potion for the time being, as they knew that she had also been involved in the detention and would probably want time to tend to her own scars.
George waited by the grand staircase that would lead up to the moving staircases and portraits. He clutched his hand tightly to try and stop the excessive bleeding that coated his skin. But his main priority was the girl that walked out the hall with her head low and sleeve pulled over her wound. Blair spotted George's figure in the corner of her eye and diverted her direction to him, stopping once she could look up at his worry-filled face.
"Tonight, we're going to make a new batch of the potion together," he stated, his voice strong and not to be challenged. "But for now, we're going back to my common room and cuddling for the rest of the day."
"We have classes-"
"I'm not sitting in any of my classes with a mangled hand. And neither will you," he cut her off.
Blair had no intention to argue and be difficult. Instead, she lowered her head into a nod. George's heart melted when her sleeve slipped up and revealed the same words that were etched into his own hand. The blood had smeared on to her jumper and gotten under her fingernails, making it seem like she had been scratching at her skin until it peeled. George wrapped his arms around her shoulders and pulled her into his chest, hugging her tightly. Blair curled her arms around his middle and buried her face into his jumper, letting the last of her tears slip and soak into the material so that he couldn't see. But George felt the coldness but said nothing.

"I hoped that you'd never have to do that," he said into her ear, leaning his cheek against the side of her head. "I tried so hard to keep you out of it."
"You did?" she asked and George stayed silent. Blair left the subject and suggested to head back to the Gryffindor common room instead.
"Mr Weasley, Miss Rosier," the sweet voice they hated so much came from behind them, making them turn to see the woman that matched it. "I do hope that you won't be returning to the same common room, as it is against Educational Decree number sixty-seven to be inside other houses' common rooms. I'm sure that you wouldn't want another hour of detention?"
"Oh sod off, you pink slag."
George grabbed Blair's hand and pulled her up the stairs, leaving Umbridge to scream after them.
"Detention, Mr Weasley! A week's worth! A month's worth! For the rest of the year!"
They reached the Gryffindor common room and giggled lightly at Umbridge's poor attempt to punish George. Quickly smothering a layer of the healing potion onto their hands, they climbed the stairs to the boys' dormitory. George kicked away the clothes and empty Skiving Snackboxes before pulling back the duvet from his bed. He pulled off his jumper and loosened his burgundy tie, throwing it on to the floor along with his button-up shirt. Slipping onto the mattress, George shuffled backwards to leave a space large enough for at least half of the girl. He watched her take off her jumper and tie, leaving her in her school shirt, skirt and knee high socks. Blair slipped her legs under the duvet and let her upper half lay on top of George's torso, the bed not being big enough for two young adults.
"I've had enough of it, Georgie," she muttered once she settled her cheek against his bare chest.
"Enough of what?"
"Hogwarts..."
George raised his head from the pillow and glanced down at the girl against him. Her fingers were lightly touching his skin while her eyes stared far off through the window that sat above the bed next to theirs. He noticed her blank expression and wondered what was going on inside her pretty little head.
"You want to leave?" he questioned and Blair nodded once more.
"I want to help the Order. With Umbridge here, I don't see why staying would do anything. I'm not even sure if the educational system will still be here once everyone realises that You Know Who is really back."
"Well that's dark and depressing."
"It's true, though."
The two sat in silence. George was deep in thought about what Blair had said, leaving him to realise twenty minutes later that she was fast asleep on his chest. Her light breathing eventually pulled him from his thoughts and he looked down to see her delicate face relaxed and void of any harsh lines. He admired her beauty and wrapped his arms tightly around her figure.
He then realised that he agreed with Blair. It was time to leave and the only way to do that, was with some Wildfire Whizbangs.

If Fred and George caused havoc before, now was a new wave of chaos. Their pranks were becoming timelier and more impressive. This could only have been possible by the help of Blair, who was now known along with Lee as their trusted accomplices. While Lee would make sure the area was clear for the place of a mighty prank, Blair would be figuring out the statistics and best remedies in order to get the maximum effect. Usually, she wouldn't be wasting her time with these sorts of pranks the twins came up with. But now that her education was of little interest to Umbridge and her, she found that she had a lot of free time on her hands.
"You have to wait until that is ripe, otherwise it will only explode a little," Blair instructed and stood up from her crouched position, pointing to the magical fruit that had been strategically placed in the corner of the hall.
"How will we know when it's ripe?" Fred asked, following her up and down the corridor as she moved her books and wand away from the explosive zone.
"When it's sizzling and near exploding," she replied in a 'duh' tone. "If you want her covered in it, you'll need her down here I'd say at about... two fifteen?"
"We can do that," George mentioned. "Thanks, baby. Couldn't have done it without you."
"Uh we could have," Fred sassed. "It just would have taken... a little longer and wouldn't be as big of an explosion."
Blair rolled her eyes and slipped her wand into her sock, ready to leave the crime scene and hang out in the Ravenclaw common room for a while. She didn't like running into her Professors for the classes she was supposed to be in, so she'd make sure that she'd be out of the corridors whenever she could. At one point, she would be near a fainting state when told to ditch her classes. But there were only four months of the school year left and it's not like she would be able to learn anything new in that time. Umbridge has already tampered the entire school curriculum for every subject, making all of them useless.
Fred and George watched her leave and shoved their hands into the pockets of their trousers. Lee appeared between the two and said that Umbridge was set to walk down the hall at exactly the right time for the ripening of the fruit.
"So when are you guys all leaving?" Lee asked. Fred and George looked to each other and grinned.
"At the end of the month."

The First Primordial [DROPPED]
[Story dropped until further notice, I don't currently plan on restarting the story but will leave it as a possible option] During the Creation and before the inception of the Realms, there were 3 beings. Known as Primordials, beings even the God's knew little about that were rumoured to be myths or legends. Follow one of such beings that, given the unflattering name Arthur and the species of Demon, must figure out his place within the realms and find his fellow Primordials. Spending the beginning of creation within what will be called The White Realm then spending an unknown amount of time screwing around in the Demon Realm. Once he finally begins his story, he will be acquainted with a world full of grand vistas, religious nuts and floating rocks which will remove whatever little common sense he had remaining. Of course, there will be no shortage of trouble that will complicate things that (due to a poor ability in making good first impressions) will cause more than a few worlds changing events. These events include the destruction of a church and minor religion, including the death of that religion's God, messing with the reincarnated people and even introducing his own reincarnators along with the slight involvement of a war between the Demon Realm and the Creation Realm. Slow burn story; expect the story to be long with plot being introduced as it goes along. The story will include a main character with an actual mind and personality that will create, learn, and even destroy as the story progresses with an emphasis on what experiencing the other side of most novels, a perspective on that one whimsical god that brings the protagonist from one world to another that is only ever mentioned in the starting chapter. [PS- This will be my first time writing, so advice, tips and critiques will be appreciated. The release schedule is a bit iffy and unreliable but will mostly be every Sunday]
