Once study period had finished, George basically sprinted out of the Great Hall after Blair. It was an amusing sight to see the small girl walk calmly out of the hall with a tall redhead in tow. Blair was under the impression that they'd have their talk while on their way to Potions, but George had very different ideas. So when George grabbed hold of Blair's robe sleeve and started to drag her in the opposite direction, she immediately dug her heels into the floor.

"W-What are you doing?!" she cried as he pulled her through the corridors, taking her further and further away from Professor Snape's classroom.

"We're ditching so we can talk," George simply replied.

"Ditching?! I am not ditching Potions!" Blair fought against his motion but she had the feeling she would only result in tearing her robe sleeve. "We'll get into trouble!"

"Freddie and I do it all the time," he shrugged and brought Blair out into the Entrance Hall and out of the castle. "You're not getting out of this, Blair. You agreed to talk, so that's what we're going to do."

Blair shut her mouth and continued to complain and grumble inside instead. George didn't seem like he could be swayed so she sucked it up and glanced over her shoulder towards the castle they were walking away from. She had never ditched a class before and she definitely wasn't ready to start doing so now. She knew that Fred and George had a knack for ditching their classes, and she couldn't bare to think about the amount of letters that would have been sent home to their parents. If she ever had a letter sent home, she'd be sure to never forget it.

"Are we... are we going to the Quidditch grounds?" Blair questioned in confusion when she saw the tall stands that represented all four houses.

"I think we both need to let off some steam," George mused as he stopped so that he was standing beside Blair, finally letting go of her robe sleeve. "I haven't been on a broom in ages."

George led her onto the pitch and headed towards the shed that sat under the Hufflepuff stand. Blair stayed standing on the pitch and looked up to the flags on top of the four towers. She hadn't played any Quidditch since losing against Gryffindor at the end of last year and had to admit that she missed it. Even though she never talked to anyone during their games, she enjoyed competing as a team. And not to brag or anything, but Blair considered herself a fair and good addition to the Ravenclaw team. Roger Davies was a good captain and Cho Chang was one of the best known Ravenclaw Seekers. Blair adored her Nimbus 2001 as it was one of the only things she had ever spent a significant amount of money on; besides Jasper, of course.

"This is yours, right?"

Blair was pulled from her thoughts to see George holding up her black broom with his own brown one in hand. She looked over his shoulder to see the lock that was once on the shed door was on the floor, smoking and oddly smelling of gun powder. It wasn't hard for her to conclude that he had used one of his many fireworks to break the lock, using whatever logic the Weasley twins were known for making good use of.

"How did you know this was mine?" Blair asked as she took the broom from his hand.

"Lucky guess," he sniggered while glancing at the obvious black sleekness of the wood before glancing back at her. Blair realised what he was alluring to and rolled her eyes, knowing that the broom shed had almost all brown brooms except for her dark and gloomy one.

"So," George started as he mounted his broom and levitated off the ground, looking down at her. "Let's talk."

"We're going to talk while flying?" she raised an eyebrow.

"Do you have to question everything?" he shot back and Blair glared up at him.

In spite of him, she stayed silent as she too mounted her broom and slowly ascended up so she was his height. George sent her a grin before putting both of his hands together and looked at her as if they were sitting in an office, discussing parchments and work-related things. Blair was surprised to see him balance so well without holding on to his broomstick and attempted to do the same, only to wobble and force her hands to fly back to where they once were.

"Don't even try," George sniggered again. "Only Beaters can fly with no hands. We have to if we want to hit bludgers away with all our strength."

"Are we going to talk or are you just going to brag about your Quidditch skills?" she snapped and George dropped his smirk.

"Fine," he started. "Why the hell are you so upset with me? And don't just glare at me like I should know. I'm a boy. We don't get your girly hints and telepathic abilities."

"It's not that hard to know what you did wrong," she found herself saying bitterly. "The fact that you don't even know what you did is part of the reason why I'm upset with you!"

"Alright, let me run through all the things that have happened today that might have upset you," George sighed and ran both of his hands down his face. "That okay with you?"

"Be my guest!"

Blair looked over the whole situation and suddenly regretted how bitter she had been and is being. She would never admit that she was in fact jealous of the fact that he danced with Alicia and only Alicia during dance lessons. It was easier to just continue being stubborn and mad at George because that was all she knew how to do in such a situation. How humiliating would it be to admit to George Weasley that she was jealous of some other girl who had his attention for an hour? Did he even talk to girls other than her and Angelina Johnson? And everyone knew that Angelina had a thing with Fred, so he couldn't possibly like her.

Was that it? Did Blair like George? Did she not like Alicia because she didn't like seeing George with other girls other than herself?

"You were fine at breakfast..." George mumbled to himself, one hand on his chin and the other crossed over his chest. Blair watched in fear as George not only balanced on his broom without holding on, but started to work through all the situations where he may have upset her.

"It couldn't have been Ron's dress robes. I know they were awful, but what's that got to do with me?" he asked himself. "Then we had those dance lessons. You danced with Harry and I danced with Alicia..."

"I also danced with Ron," she butt in and he jerked his head up. "And Seamus... and Terry..."

"You danced with three different guys?" George inquired with raised eyebrows and pushed down the hot bubble of anger that he could feel in his stomach.

"Yes!" she snapped. "We were supposed to switch partners!"

Now George got everything. He understood why Blair had been acting the way she had and wanted so badly to rub it in her face. Not only was there the satisfaction of finding that Blair was in fact jealous of something, but it was the fact that Blair might actually like him after all of this.

"You're jealous!" he cried and pointed an accusing finger at her, still sitting up straight on his broom with a grin on his face. "Blair Rosier is jealous that I danced with Alicia for the whole hour!"

Now that George was saying it out loud, she knew how silly she must look and sound. She felt her entire being heat up in embarrassment and attempted to hide her face behind her curtain of black hair. The wide grin on his face just made it worse and she felt like a complete fool. She wasn't someone who showed such vulnerable emotions and now George knew that she was human (everyone has their doubts) and could feel the bitter thing of jealousy.

"Are you done?" Blair said with her eye twitching.

"Not yet," George shook his head with his shit-eating grin. "This is too good. Did little Blair want to dance with me?"

"You wanted to dance with me too!" she shot back pathetically.

"Yeah, until Potter got in the way," George spat and Blair halted her embarrassing blush and stared at him. George noticed her stare and looked away from her, tempted to fly off and head towards the goal posts in an attempt to get away from her.

"Look, I get it. I'm a stupid little girl who can't get anyone to dance with her. Is that what you wanted to hear?" Blair crossed her arms over her chest and surprisingly balanced on her broomstick.

"Blair, please don't be like that," he winced at her harsh tone, turning back to her with a much more sympathetic look. "I wanted to dance with you. But every time I tried to get away, Alicia would go on and on about how much she hated Lee. I think she likes him, but she refuses to believe it. And I know for a fact that Lee likes her back. I'm sorry if I upset you."

Blair found her shoulders relaxing at the mention of Alicia liking Lee and felt most of her anger and irritation slip away. She also couldn't help but relate strongly towards the girl that she had previously been despising. She says she hates Lee, but secretly likes him. Could that be what she's feeling towards George? She definitely felt different towards him compared to how she did last year. Last year, she didn't know anything about him and frankly, she didn't want to. He and his brother were always too loud and always slacking off in class. She didn't care for getting to know George, but now that she did know him, she almost couldn't resist him.

"So, are we good?" George asked after the small silence. He now looked afraid because of her lack of response and thought that he had maybe gone too far.

"Fine," she rolled her eyes but in truth, was keeping a smile from creeping its way on to her face. "We're okay."

"Sick," he beamed before finally putting his hands on his broomstick. "Race you?"

Blair crouched down and was prepared to shoot off across the field and towards the goalposts. George saw this structure and did the same, only to be stopped by a new voice.

"Weasley! Rosier! Get down from there this instant!"

They turned their heads and saw Madam Hooch striding over from the stands. Her bright yellow eyes pierced through Blair and George as her robes flew behind her in the wind. The woman had been heading to the Quidditch grounds in order to grab a quaffle for some light training when she spotted the two up on their brooms on the empty pitch.

Obeying her words, George and Blair lowered to the ground and held their brooms in their hands to wait for the woman. Blair felt shame as she could only see disappointment and astonishment in Madam Hooch's eyes at seeing her on the pitch. But the woman was accustomed to a Weasley doing something he shouldn't, only showing irritation when she looked to him.

"What on Earth are two doing out here?! There is no Quidditch this year!" she cried as she snatched the two brooms from their hands. "How did you even get to these?!"

"Er that would be me," George sheepishly shrugged and jabbed his thumb in the direction of the shed. Madam Hooch looked over and saw the lock on the floor and the door wide open, flaring her anger even more.

"Detention! For both of you!" she shouted and Blair's jaw dropped.

"No no no, it was all me," George stepped forward and even looked like he was in a state of panic. "I brought Blair here. I broke the lock on the shed. Don't give her detention, she didn't do anything."

"She was still on her broom when she shouldn't have been," Hooch said and flickered her gaze back to Blair. "To which I'm very disappointed about. You will both clean Professor Flitwick's classroom tonight. I heard Mr Finnigan blew something up again. Back up to the castle; both of you!"

Blair hung her head low as her and George walked away from the woman and out of the Quidditch grounds. George felt extremely guilty and bit his lip, glancing at Blair through the corner of his eye. He hadn't meant for them to get caught. He only wanted to do some flying and mend the rough patch he had with Blair. He was actually glad to find that Blair was only jealous of him and Alicia, but now felt bad for getting her into detention.

"I've never had detention before," she sulked behind her hair.

"I'm sorry. I tried to get you out of it," he tried and she sighed.

"That's okay. I guess I was asking for it when hanging about with you."

"Hey!"
