Being heavily pregnant was not the way Sophia thought she spend her twenty first birthday. If someone had said to her when she was sixteen that she would be falling pregnant in the next decade, she would have laughed in their face and say she doesn't intend to be a mother at least until she was thirty. Regardless of this, she wasn't upset with her life or her choices.
After thinking about it for some time, Sophia realised that being pregnant at twenty-one wasn't abnormal. Molly had expressed multiple times that she had her first child, Bill, at nineteen. And Harry had mentioned that his mother and father had married at eighteen and had him when they were twenty-one. And they were both planned pregnancies.
And maybe this baby was a blessing. Both Sophia and Fred could agree that they had barely any time to think of other things ever since the confirmation of Sophia's pregnancy. After a visit to St. Mungos for reassurance, the two had been in whirlwind of decisions and congratulations from everyone they knew. They barely had any time to continue pondering over the deaths that still lingered in their minds. Not that they had completely forgotten about George and Remus, they just didn't have time to feel unnecessary sorry for themselves and start moving on with their lives. Just like how they'd want them to. Although, there was the occasional thought of how pleased Remus would be at the idea of being a grandfather.
They had also discussed the idea of taking Teddy in. He had been staying with Tonks parents ever since the war and Sophia had especially felt as if she should be contributing in some way with his upbringing. But Harry had quickly jumped in and said that Remus had actually deemed him as godfather. Sophia was surprised at the fact that it was the first time she was hearing of this, but figured that her father wasn't a stranger in not telling her things. Even so, Sophia ensured that she would be coming to visit as Teddy's sister and as the last remnants of the Lupin family.
Most of Sophia's time had been spent at The Burrow. Molly stated that she had missed their wedding but would be damned if she'd miss spending time with her daughter-in-law during her pregnancy. So while Fred worked in the shop during the week, Sophia would be at The Burrow or at the shops looking for baby supplies. Her application for the Planetarium had been temporarily postponed because of her unexpected surprise, and would have to wait a little longer.
Now close to the due date, Sophia sat in the living room of The Burrow with Molly as they assembled books and toys that once sat up in the loft. The ghoul had been reluctant to have them taken but Molly had given him a good scolding, yanking the box of her treasures out from his hands and stomping down the stairs.
"This was Charlie's. Should have gotten the hint back then," Molly chuckled as she pulled out a plush dragon. "Used to never let it out of his sight."
"Dragons will satisfy any child of Fred's," Sophia joked as she packed it into the box she would be taking back to the flat with her. "Are you sure you want to part with this stuff?"

"It'll only sit in the loft. And it's not going very far is it? Unless little Freddie or little Sophia decides to set it alight. Can't help that, I suppose," Molly shrugged and pushed down the urge to cry.
It had become a custom to have Molly burst into tears every time Sophia would appear in the fireplace. Fred had strictly forbidden her from apparating as Molly had voiced her superstition of unborn babies being born with six toes from the process. So appearing in the green flames had been her main way of transporting to The Burrow ever since her stomach had begun to grow. And it was the bump that always brought Molly to tears.
"Oh look how big you are! How wonderful!" she'd exclaim, eyeing Sophia's tummy with a proud and watery smile.
"Not even Mum was that big when having Fred and George. Golly, you might be having quadruplets Soph!" Bill would laugh.
"Why don't you have your own kids and stop insulting mine alright William?" Fred would sass and the Weasley children would ignite their wands with the water-making charm to soothe the burn.
Everyone was surprised to hear that the fourth oldest of the Weasley children was the first to announce his first child. They were sure that Fleur would eventually turn up with a growing stomach or even Charlie appear with at least a Girlfriend. But none the less, everyone was excited. The boys were ecstatic to become Uncles and Ginny was bursting at the thought of becoming an Aunty. Sophia and Fred agreed to name Hermione as Godmother to their child, which had brought uncontrollable weeping to the girl.
"And are you sure you don't want to know the gender? It won't take a moment at all," Molly made sure as they sorted through countless children books.
"Fred says he wants to be surprised. Says he can then make gender revealing products with the same anticipation," Sophia rolled her eyes and shook her head at the thought of his bright smile from when he had told her.
"Oh that boy," Molly huffed. "Always the element of surprise. Would you want this one too?"
The blue book in Molly's hands made Sophia stop her sorting and stare at it with pondering thoughts. The picture of the man on the front with his quill and pointy hat sat under the title that had begun to fade over time. The title 'Tales of Beedle the Bard' immediately sparked the old story that she didn't think would affect her and everyone else's life so much in the past years. She had barely thought about the fact that the most powerful wand in the world sat somewhere between the rocks that lay under the bridge leading into Hogwarts, and still technically had her name on it. She had hoped that she would eventually forget about it completely, like the myth it was truly meant to be.
"Sure," Sophia shrugged and took the book, sliding it under the toy Doxy that was big enough to cover most of the contents within the box. Maybe one day she'd read it to her child and tell them the story of how she had came about the Elder wand in her younger years.

"That's most of it," Molly heaved herself up from the rug and put her hands to her back. "I'm sure Freddie will be here soon. Do you want to take some cake with you?"
"I'm sure Fred will want me to," Sophia laughed and stood up from the sofa, putting her hands instinctively over her large bump. "And this one will get peckish soon too. Seems to like pumpkin and Exploding Bonbons."
"Oh that reminds me!" Molly cried aloud after wrapping a plate of cake with clingfilm. She turned around and grabbed something off the kitchen counter, heading back over to where Sophia stood and showed her a purple hexagon card. "Ron found this the other day. Thought you'd want to see it!"
The Chocolate Frog purple card held a picture of Sophia smiling widely with her wand in hand and blinking occasionally back at her. The name Sophia Lupin-Weasley was placed below it and on the back, was a brief description.
'Sophia Lupin attended Hogwarts and was sorted into Gryffindor in 1994. She fought in the Battle of Hogwarts in 1997 and was in possession with the last Sky map made by the famous Astronomer Galileo Galilei. Now married to Frederick Weasley, Lupin lives happily in Diagon Alley above the Weasley Wizard Wheezes shop.'
"Oh Merlin! This is fantastic!" she squealed once she came to the end of the description. "Fred's gonna be so mad that they used his full name too."
"I hear they made one for your father as well," Molly added with a soft smile and Sophia found herself smiling back.
"He'd like that."
The fireplace crackled before lighting up with lime green flames, making the two turn their heads and see Fred's brown going on orange head poke out. He stood in his brown suit and green tie and beamed at the sight of his two favourite women in the whole world. He also glanced towards the plate of cake that sat on the table behind them, before looking away from it with a grumbling stomach.
"Hey love," he greeted and met Sophia halfway, pecking her on the lips and putting his hands on her sides. "How are you feeling?"
"I'm fine. How was work?" she asked back while bending to pick up the box on the floor with a small 'oof'.
"Alright. Some kid asked if I stocked Iluv Seamen today and I told him to never come back to my shop ever again," he rolled his eyes and took the box out of her hands.
"Is that really something to say in front of your mother?" Sophia sighed as Molly walked past to grab the now empty box. "Your unborn child as well?"
"They both can't hear," Fred shrugged and turned to his Mother. "Isn't that right Mum?"
"Oh sorry dear I wasn't listening," Molly looked up with a smile. "What was it?"
"Nothing."
Fred sniggered and Sophia rolled her eyes. He turned back to face her and placed his large hand over her shirt. He smiled widely at the feeling of the large hill and rubbed his thumb over where her bellybutton should be. He couldn't believe that his dream of having his own family with the girl he loved was coming true. At first, he was shocked and wasn't sure if he was ready for a baby. But after a lot of personal deliberating and talking with Sophia, he found that he was over the moon. Every night, he pictured holding his child in his arms and listening to his/her gurgling and baby-like giggles. The very thought brought warmth to his heart and seeing Sophia with her bulging stomach ignited an indescribable feeling.
"Well we better go," Sophia said and took hold of the toy dragon out from the box Fred held, bopping his nose softly with Fred's.
"Oh cool, a dragon!" Fred exclaimed like a child. Sophia and Molly exchanged a knowing look and held back their laughs.
Sophia went to start edging Fred towards the fireplace but stopped when a harsh cut of pain surged through her middle section. She stopped and immediately put her hands the place of pain, letting out a small yelp and breathe of sharp air. Molly shot up from her bent position and Fred whipped around with wide eyes.
"What is it?! What's wrong?! Is it happening?!" Fred rushed and placed the box down on the coffee table.
"No no it's alright. Just a kick I think," Sophia said through breaths and waved her hand dismissively. Fred deflated and relaxed as he put his hands on her sides once more.
"Can't be long now," Molly voiced and looked between them with a growing smile. "Might want to check into Mungos soon."
"I'll think about it," Sophia nodded and felt nervous at the thought of being days away from going into labour. It was bound to happen soon and the time had come around so fast.
"Hey-" Fred caught her attention and stared down at her with reassuring and warm eyes. "-you'll be fine. I'll make sure of it."
"I know you will."
The fireplace lit up once more and Arthur appeared with his briefcase in hand. He looked up to the three standing in the living room and hooked his hat on to the hook that sat on the wall next to him.
"Hello all!" he cheered and placed a kiss on Molly's cheek. "Hello dear. How are we all then?"
"We're fine Arthur," Molly reassured. "We were just sorting through some baby things for Sophia to take."
"Ah yes, the old rummage through! Say, did you happen to find the little dragon Charlie used to adore?"
"Right here," Fred held the said toy up and Arthur chuckled to himself.
"He'll be sad that'll be going away," Arthur laughed. "But he'll know it's going into good hands!"
"It's not like he'll be having his own kids soon anyway," Fred shrugged. "Hasn't even got a lady friend."
"Well of course he hasn't! He likes boys! Didn't you all know that?"
