The wedding ceremony resulted in a lot of tears from Molly. The woman stood in the front row constantly sniffling into her signature handkerchief with Arthur consoling her. Bill would constantly glance over his shoulder with an embarrassed look, but Fleur would just smile politely at him. Charlie, the best man, could be seen holding his laughs back behind his hand at his older brother's embarrassment. Ginny and Gabrielle stood in their golden dresses next to Fleur as the man dressed in white robes blessed the couple, finishing with the words '-and may you be bonded for life'. At that moment, the ceremony chairs that everyone sat in disappeared and were whisked away to be replaced with tables full of drinks and food.

"Finally," Fred and George groaned together and collapsed into the chairs that surrounded the table closest to them. Sophia sat much more gracefully into the chair next to Fred and beamed at the sight of Bill and Fleur beginning to dance on the dance floor. The two barely looked away from each other as swayed in a circle, glowing as if they had been given an Illuminating potion.

"I thought that was never gonna end," George stuck his finger into his bandage and twisted it inside the hole of where his ear should be.

"Ew George don't do that!" Sophia yanked his elbow away from his ear. "It's still healing!"

"But it's itchyyyy," he whined and Sophia rolled her eyes. Fred was about to open his mouth and ask to take Sophia to the dance floor, when Hermione suddenly appeared behind them and called her name first.

"Ron, Barney and I need to talk to you about something..." Hermione stated and Sophia exchanged a look with the twins. Fred pursed his lips at the unintentional interruption but none the less, gestured his head for Sophia to follow after Hermione. Sophia got up from her chair and followed after her, reaching the table that had two redheads sitting at it. Harry still appeared as Barney, cousin of the Weasleys, yet looked nervous for something. Ron showed a similar expression and motioned for Sophia to sit opposite him and Harry, Hermione doing the same beside her.

"So what's this about?" Sophia asked, looking at the three individually.

"The Minister of Magic came to the house this morning," Hermione explained. "He had Dumbledore's will with him."

"Right..." Sophia nodded.

"And Dumbledore left us a couple of things," Ron continued and held up a small green object, pressing a button and a silver light popped up the top. "It's a Deluminator. It's bloody brilliant."

"Cool," Sophia gawked in interest but was still a little confused on why they were telling her this. Ron practically rolled in pride from the praise and Hermione was seen rolling her eyes, getting back to the original story.

"We think that Scrimgeour purposely missed something in his will," Hermione said and exchanged another look with Harry (Barney) in particular. "Something that was meant for you."

"What would Dumbledore ever want to give to me?" Sophia questioned with raised eyebrows.

"He had your Sky map didn't he?" Harry spoke and Sophia froze in her seat. It was true that Dumbledore had been keeping her Sky map ever since she was captured. It was originally in her trunk in her dorm room but Dumbledore had taken it for safe keeping. She hadn't seen it since. But she wasn't complaining. She didn't think she'd ever want to see the thing again. It had caused her nothing but trouble up to this point.

"We think that the Ministry took your map, even though it was meant for you," Hermione went on regardless of Sophia's uncomfortable demeanour. "This is extremely dangerous. The Ministry aren't strong enough anymore. It's bound to fall into the wrong hands!"

"I-I need to talk to my dad..." Sophia mumbled and stood up from her seat, stumbling away from the trio. She could hear them calling after her but she ignored them, desperate to tell her father about what she had heard.

She pushed through various people and even shoved past Aunt Muriel at one stage. The woman shrieked and said something about her being 'the rude sun-damaged girl', but Sophia barely heard it. Remus was sitting at one of the far corner tables with Tonks by his side, the two keeping an eye over the event as a form of Auror security. Nothing had seemed out of the ordinary yet so they had started to relax and enjoy the wedding's champagne and finger food.

Sophia made it to their table and tried her best to appear normal. She straightened out her dress and cleared her throat, catching the two's attention. Remus smiled warmly at her, unaware of her frazzled state and stood from his chair in order to stand in front of her.

"Looking for a father-daughter dance?", he suggested and Sophia forced smile. She nodded wordlessly and glanced at Tonks who still sat at the table. Tonks gave her an encouraging and friendly smile, but it didn't ease her nerves at all. Sophia followed her father to where the other couples were dancing, leaving space for Bill and Fleur to lovingly sway together in the middle.

Remus took hold of Sophia's middle and she placed her hands on his tall shoulder, beginning to sway along with the record that was playing throughout the gazebo. Sophia couldn't meet his eyes as they danced and Remus noticed, but chose to not say anything for the moment. She stared at his suit-covered chest and twiddled her tongue nervously inside her mouth, thinking of a way to break the news to her father. It would definitely put him in a state of panic but he had to know. The whole Order had to know.

"The Minister for Magic came this morning..." Sophia started and Remus raised his eyebrows. "He read out Dumbledore's will to Harry, Ron and Hermione."

"What, he didn't leave you anything?" Remus joked but the serious look on Sophia's face made him stop. "Oh he did?"

"Well Scrimgeour didn't read anything out for me. But Ron, Hermione and Harry think he purposely missed one of the segments of the will," Sophia's eyes went from her Father's face and then down to his chest again nervously. "They think that the Ministry's taken my map that was in Dumbledore's office."

Remus' smile dropped completely and they stopped swaying. Sophia pulled her hands off of his shoulders and he did the same with his from her middle, now standing among the oblivious couples. They barely had any time to react as a sudden ball of light shot through the cloth that hung around the gazebo and stopped in the middle of the dance floor, cutting the music and the joyous dancing as Kingsley Shacklebolt's voice boomed,

"The Ministry has fallen. They're coming."

Chaos immediately took over the ceremony and a rush of people blinded Sophia and Remus. People apparated from left to right in an attempt to escape the smoke that was heading straight for the gazebo. Death Eaters began to appear with their wands pointing at anyone they could see, cursing them with body-binding spells to stop them from leaving. Screams were heard as families attempted to find each other to escape, but Death Eaters had now blocked all the exits.

"Sophia, you need to apparate," Remus grabbed Sophia's biceps and frantically looked into her eyes. "They're here for you. If they have the Ministry, that means they have the map. They only need you now."

"I-I can't apparate!" Sophia cried. "I don't know how!"

"Fred's been teaching you. I know he has," Remus glanced over his shoulder as black cloaks began to close in around them. "You have to go now! Go to our house! Then go anywhere but here!"

It was true that Fred had been teaching her to apparate but she hadn't taken the test and she was sure she'd somehow do it wrong. But this was desperate. Sophia grabbed her wand that she had statistically hidden inside her dress and fumbled with it for a moment, panicking as the screams had begun to die down as the Death Eaters harshly stomped and kicked the people laying helplessly on the floor. Remus had rushed towards Tonks but hadn't apparated as they needed to stay behind to ensure the Weasleys' would be safe. She couldn't spot Harry, Ron or Hermione but did spot the Weasleys' gathered in a group with Fleur by Bill's side. The pride looked awful from having her wedding crashed by Death Eaters and could be seen holding back tears from the invasion. But she clung to Bill's side and he knelt protectively beside her, making sure he was closest to the Death Eaters surrounding them than her. The family hadn't spotted Sophia yet as they were too busy watching the Death Eaters that pointed their wands at them.

She took a deep breath as she suddenly caught eyes with Fred, who looked up instinctively and spotted her in the middle of the dance floor. He looked as if he was about to call out to her but stopped when he saw that she was holding her wand tightly and biting her lip anxiously, ready to swish it to vanish from the scene. It didn't take much to understand that she was about to apparate and Fred's eyes widened, preparing himself to leap forward and rush to her before she could.

But it was too late as she gave him one last watery smile and disappeared with a soft 'pop!'. Fred felt himself deflate and fell back on to his hands from his kneeling position. The sound of her apparating had caught the attention of the Death Eater closest to him, his head turning to see the middle of the dance floor empty yet Fred still staring at the space with a crest-fallen look.

"You're that girl's lover boy, aren't you?" the man sneered with his crooked wand pointing at Fred. "The girl that we're looking for."

Fred glared harshly up at the man but he only smirked, showing his blackened teeth. The rest of the Weasleys' turned and watched the confrontation wordlessly, surprised to hear of the Death Eater's interest in Sophia. They were sure that she was deemed useless to the Dark Lord after they found that she wouldn't give up the whereabouts of her map. But they weren't aware that her map had been found and now all they needed was Sophia.

"Where is she?" the Death Eater questioned, eyeing Fred from above.

"I don't know," Fred shrugged with a mocking look and the man frowned deeply. He glanced down the isle of Weasleys' and saw that none of them looked away or shrunk from his stare. The Death Eater grumbled and walked to search through the other people who had been caught. Fred stayed on his knees next to his family now in deep thought. There had been a suspicion that Harry, Ron and Hermione were setting out on some unknown mission instead of going back to Hogwarts this year. But there was never an indication to Sophia joining them or doing the same sort of thing. Fred wondered if he had maybe been seeing things and that maybe her disappearing was just a form of hallucination. But he couldn't see her anyway among the other hostages that were being held. He had definitely seen her give him a guilty look before disappearing with a soft popping noise.

And now all he could do, was hope that she was smart enough to stay away from The Burrow.

---

Sophia landed on the porch steps of her house. She stumbled backwards from the lingering dizzy feeling that came with apparating and fell back into the grass that had grown to knee-height. She shut her eyes for a moment to rid herself of the spinning that she could feel inside her head before peeling them open to look at the house in front of her. It didn't look any different than it did two, nearly three years ago. It was still poorly put together and needed a new coat of brown paint. But none the less, it was home.

Sophia got to her feet and looked down at her wand that was still in her hand. She had somehow successfully apparated from The Burrow to her own house. It was the furthest she had ever attempted yet she had done it successfully. Although, she did see that the tips of her forefinger and middle finger on her right hand, had small patches of skin that were gone and now bleeding. She must have left behind the tips of her fingers back in the gazebo. They stung quite badly but it was nothing compared to what she had been afraid of. Sophia had heard horror stories of people leaving behind their whole left side during the apparation process. She counted herself lucky.

She tried not to think about why she was at the house when she walked in through the front door. She overlooked the dusty exterior and felt the relief of being in her childhood home again. The last time she had been here was when she had been on lock-down after You Know Who had returned. She remembered how angry she was at her Father for keeping her housebound. If only she'd have known what was coming and what her Father was really doing, she wouldn't have been such a brat about it.
