"I'm gonna kill her," Fred went to leap out of his seat after the retreating woman, his uniform now looking as neat as it's ever been.

"No Fred you'll go to Azkaban for that," Sophia said with a disinterested tone. Now used to having Umbridge's stupid rules and sickly smile, Sophia had learnt to just disassociate completely when within the presence of the Professor. Besides the past few moments when Fred had his first official run in with the woman. That was too priceless to miss.

"It'll be worth it..." Fred grumbled but still slipped himself back in the space next to Sophia, ignoring Educational Decree thirty-one completely.

"Doesn't look like eight inches to me," George voiced from opposite the two, smirking as his brother glared harshly at him in return. To make even more of a point, Fred threw his arm around Sophia's shoulder while keeping full contact with his twin. George rolled his eyes and went to tuck back into his breakfast when Hermione suddenly appeared next to him. She put her knee on the bench and leaned on to the table to look at three with shifty eyes as if she was afraid Umbridge would reappear.

"Come to the Hogs Head this Saturday at eleven o'clock," she said in her best hushed tone. "Don't tell anyone else."

The girl left before any of them could reply and left the three in a state of confusion and curiosity. They watched Hermione disappear out of the Great Hall on another hot pursuit and turned to look at each other for maybe some more elaboration. With a shrug, the twins and Sophia planned to go to the Hogs Head this weekend on their way to Hogsmeade. When the time did come, Sophia was delighted to see the entirety of the school's grounds were covered in snow. It had gotten seasonally colder and she found herself constantly using the Gryffindor scarf that Fred had wrapped her in for most of last year. She did have her own, but it was much nicer to use his.

She met up with the twins and exited the Entrance Hall into the free air outside of Hogwarts. The boys had immediately started to tease her about how bundled up she looked in her puffy coat and scarf, making her look close to a snowman with her ball-like shape. The coat she wore made it slightly difficult to bend her arms but it didn't matter as it made her feel as if she was sitting in front of a fire.

"I bet if I pushed you over right now, you wouldn't be able to get back up," George sniggered with his hands tucked into the pockets of his own coat. The twins wore identical coats and beanies with their 'F' and 'G' knitted sweaters underneath that their Mum made them every Christmas.

"Jokes on you guys, I'm warmer than Dumbledore's phoenix Fawkes right now," Sophia swayed her head from side to side sassily, her long high ponytail swaying behind her. "How's Angelina taking the news of having to verse Slytherin tomorrow? I heard Crabbe and Goyle are their new Beaters."

"Pfft those two won't be able to tell the difference between a bludger and their own teammate's head," Fred scoffed. "We'll win no problem and Angelina knows that."

"They play dirty though. The amount of fowls I've seen them do is enough to have the whole team disqualified," Sophia mentioned.

"Awww are you worried about us Soph?" George cooed with a playful grin, his brother reaching out and pinching her round cheek until it hurt.

"Don't worry love, we'll knock 'em out before they even see us," Fred winked at her. She swatted his hand away with a huff and rubbing her red cheek with a mumble of annoyance. They reached the town of Hogsmeade and made a pitstop to Honeydukes on Sophia's personal request. She was two cards away from having the entire collection of the Chocolate Frog cards. Considering her dad didn't have a lot of money, she would always ask for a few Chocolate Frogs for her birthday and at Christmas time as they were inexpensive as well as something she wanted. This allowed her to accumulate enough cards to have multiple doubles to trade. She had now made Ron her personal trading buddy as he had just as big of a collection as she did.

"I only need two more!" she exclaimed when she took the frogs up to the counter, pulling a few sickles and knuts from her pocket before Fred could. She paid for the treats and walked ahead of the twins out of the shop, eagerly pulling the tabs to open the purple and gold boxes.

"Does she know they released forty more a few months ago?" George said to his brother, watching Sophia pull out two Albus Dumbledore cards that made her pout like a child.

"I'm not gonna be the one to tell her that," Fred answered with a shrug.

The three soon made it to the Hogs Head after a rather exhausting hike up a snow-covered hill. Sophia had slipped at least three times and was only saved from a smashed nose by Fred's Beater-like reflects, catching her round the arm just before she hit the ground. He had resulted to keeping hold of her hand to stop her from sliding backwards on the ice-covered floor. The two laughed loudly when George slipped and wasn't saved by either of them, leaving him to slide all the way back down the hill to the bottom. Harry, Hermione and Ron were confused when Fred and Sophia walked in at least ten minutes before George did, who was covered in snow and with near blue lips.

"Um hi," Hermione stood at the front of the pub looking slightly nervous to have so many people looking at her at once. Around twenty people had shown up to the Hogs Head and now were all holding a bottle of Butterbeer, which the grumbling bartender was reluctant to give. The pub was not nearly as welcoming as The Three Broomsticks with a real Hog's head mounted on the wall and a bunch of depressed looking Wizards who sat at the bar. Sophia had taken a spot in between the twins who sat on a bench together on the right side of the trio that were sat at the front.

"We can all agree that we're not learning anything from Umbridge..." Hermione spoke up again, clearing her throat. "We're not learning how to defend ourselves. So we thought... well I thought we should take matters into our own hands. We need a teacher. We need to be trained properly in Defence Against the Dark Arts because... because Voldemort's back".

Ron let out his usual yelp at the cursed name followed by some others in the huge group that sat in their Winter clothes. Sophia settled with pursing her lips together as the name sent shivers down her spine, noticing Fred tightening his hold on her hand. But he soon loosened the grip when he realised it was the hand that still had a bandage wrapped around it, giving her an apologetic smile.

"Where's the proof that You Know Who's back? Because he says?" Zacharias Smith spoke aloud from his place, making all heads turn to the Hufflepuff who was motioning towards Harry. The boy knew he was being closely observed by the group in front of him, not appreciating the sneers and glares he thought he was getting. His jumbled and compressed-feeling mind was making him believe that everyone in the room was only here to point and talk about him behind their hands, much like they did when he walked past them in the corridors at school.

"Dumbledore says-" Hermione went to speak.

"And Dumbledore says because he says?" Smith cut her off rudely. "Where's your proof? Maybe if we knew more about the night Cedric died?"

Hermione was stumped for a moment and Harry stood from his seat behind her, looking tired yet annoyed. Sophia thought for a minute that Harry was going to go into another angry lash out at the Hufflepuff, and she wasn't too worried about it if she was honest. The boy seemed to think he was being well smug at mentioning Cedric, thinking he had the right as he was in the same house as the deceased student.

"Look if you came to hear all about how Cedric died, you might as well clear out now," Harry announced, looking individually at everyone in the room. "I'm not prepared to explain any of it and it's not what this meeting is about."

"Is it true you can produce the Patronus charm?" Luna Lovegood's dreamy voice broke through the thick tension that had settled over the pub. Harry had sat back down in his seat after his announcement, his head low but was raised again when the platinum blonde spoke up.

"Yes... I've seen it," Hermione smiled lightly at Harry and the group looked surprised.

"Blimey Harry I didn't know you could do that," Dean said in amazement, a few nods of agreement being seen from behind him.

"And he killed the Basilisk!" Neville added excitedly. "With the sword in Dumbledore's office!"

"He also fought off a hundred Dementors at once in third year," Ron said with a small look of admiration.

"And he really did fight off You Know Who last year," Hermione finished.

"Look..." Harry stood up again from his chair with another look of irritation. "It all sounds great when you say it like that. But most of that was really just luck-"

"He's just being modest," Hermione interrupted but Harry bit back quickly.

"No Hermione, I'm not," he said before turning back to the group. "I nearly always had help with that stuff. It's not like in school. In school when you make a mistake, you can just try again tomorrow. But when you're out there and seconds away from being murdered... or you're watching a friend die right in front of your eyes... you don't know what that's like."

A new kind of silence had settled over the group. Sophia unconsciously leaned the side of her head against Fred bicep, thinking about being stunned by Crouch Jr. and thrown into a chest all while being completely unconscious, defenceless and helpless. She couldn't quite relate to Harry's countless situations of being in serious danger, but she at least had a snippet of what it was like to be in such a terrifying situation. As did Ginny, as her first year at Hogwarts had been spent being possessed by You Know Who's past ghost. The young Weasley would of died if it had not been for another one of Harry's heroic acts.

"You're right Harry... we don't," Hermione said softly with a glance towards the boy. "That's why we need to learn if we even want a chance at beating-... Voldemort..."

"He's really back?" a small voice asked from the boy named Nigel among the group. Harry nodded slightly with a crestfallen expression, the talk of Cedric as well as his other painful encounters and witnesses being too much to handle all at once. But he had convinced a majority of people in the room, even partially convincing Zacharias Smith.

A line was made in front of a table that Hermione and Harry sat at, a piece of parchment and quill in front of them for people to sign. The trio had signed their own names down for this new 'class' before being followed with Sophia's name and the twins', leading on to have twenty or so more on the parchment. The group had discussed to have the name 'Dumbledore's Army' for this class, as it was something that the Ministry and Professor Umbridge feared the most right now. Now it was just a matter of finding a safe and secure place to hold these classes without being caught.
