"Miss. Y/L/N and mister Potter, detention!" Snape's annoying voice echoed through the classroom.

Ron laughed at Harry , he just grinned.

You on the other hand weren't that amused , it was the first time you got detention but Harry kept throwing pieces of paper at your head and when you had snapped at told him to stop, Snape had enough and gave you detention.

After potions Harry walked up to you.

"Hey Y/N listen I'm sorry I got you into detention, I just wanted your attention and honestly this felt like the only way to do it" he smiled shyly.

"Seriously Harry! You can just talk to me if you want my attention"

That night you and Harry went to the dungeons to receive your punishment.

"Alright , you'll be sitting here for the next two hours, no speaking and no contact"

Harry sat down next to you and after a couple of minutes he slowly grabbed your hand, you turned to face him and he winked.

You just sat there until Snape cleared his throat and said that he would be back in thirty minutes because he had some 'business' to do.

As soon as Snape left the classroom Harry started to talk.

You just smiled at him , thinking how adorable he Actually was and wondering if he would ever feel the same.

"Y/N? Are you listening or are you just staring at me?"

"Oh I'm sorry Harry , I was lost in thoughts"

He chuckled "may I know what you were thinking?"

You blushed a bit "I-I can't t-tell you, I-I mean I could i-if I wanted to"

He chuckled again, "had it something to do with us?" His shy smile turned into a smirk.

You were now as red as a tomato.

"It had something to do with us? Didn't it? Come on tell me" and after that he just started poking you, after a couple of minutes you had enough.

"Alright, alright! I was thinking that you looked adorable and if you would ever feel the same way , because I like you"

Harry smirked "that's fortunate because I like you as well"

You smiled and kissed his cheek.

Now it was Harry's turn to turn red and he slowly looked up "sooooo would you go on a date with me than?"

You giggled a bit "of course I'll go on a date with you"
