You were sitting in the train on your way to Hogwarts.

You were sitting alone , reading a book and listening to music, when someone knocked on the door.

You looked up , and saw a boy with red hair , you recognized him immediately: Ron Weasley.

He was in your year just a different house, he is a Gryffindor and you're a Hufflepuff.

He opened the door "can I sit here?".

You nodded and he walked in, you expected that Harry and Hermione would follow, but they were nowhere to be seen.

"Hi , I'm Ron , Ron Weasley" he smiled while he sat down.

"I know uh I mean I'm Y/N , Y/N Y/L/N" you mentally slapped yourself , now you looked like a bloody stalker and he would probably think you were a freak.

But he spoke up "may I ask you something?"

"Y-yes you may" you put down your books and turned the music of.

"Why are you sitting here all by yourself? I mean whenever I see you in class, you're always surrounded by people who I assume are your friends?"

You smiled , he was right.

You had a lot of friends, and you started thinking for a way to answer the question.

"Well I guess I'm here by myself because I kind of like being alone once in a while"

"Oh well , I'm sorry to interrupt than, I'll leave" he looked a bit disappointed even though you didn't know why.

When he was about to leave you spoke "wait Ron, I don't want you to go"

He turned around and smiled.

"Great because I didn't really want to go"

And that train ride changed your life.

After the train ride you and Ron kept talking , you couldn't get enough of him, and he couldn't get enough of you.

And after a couple of months he asked you out , and this time as something more than friends.
