He had gotten back from his English lessons a couple of minutes ago and he was angry to find out that Silas and I had gotten intimate without him.

Great, more reasons for Sei to be upset at me.

"Yeah, why?" I asked him.

"You sighed. It's not something you do often." Silas told me.

"I'm good, just thinking about some stuff."

"Oh? Are there things about this place that still confuse you?" He asked me, putting his book down. I nodded at him. I might as well ask since I've got nothing better to think about.

"Can you explain this hybrid thing. I'm still struggling to understand what you actually are." I asked him, turning away from the window.

"Well, it's basically a mix of two creatures or animals. Hybrids vary, some creatures are mixed with normal animals. Like a demon and a bear, that's a pretty common breed." Silas said.

"Wait, someone actually slept with a bear?" I asked with widened eyes. Silas rolled his eyes. "Demons are filthy creatures. They do all types of sinful stuff, including that."

"What happens when a hybrid sleeps with a hybrid?" I asked.

"The baby inherits one of each parents' species, it's never happened that they got three or all four."

Interesting...

"So do you guys have a wolf form?"

Silas looked at Sei, "Kind of. It looks more like a lion though, probably some demon genes that got in the way."

"So that thing that was back at the lab was one of you?" They both nodded at my question. That thing looked nothing like a werewolf.

"Our demonic side is stronger, that's why we look like mutated wolves." Sei said, making Silas and I turn to look at him in shock. He stared back at us and frowned.

"What? I actually attended the English class this time." He said defensively, looking back down at his book.

Woah, he learnt all of that in a couple of hours?

"Okaaay," I said, looking back at Silas. "So since your demonic side is stronger, you must have certain powers?"

"Yeah, teleportation, mind reading, super strength, super speed, Invisibility, body manipulation and perhaps flight if we try hard enough." Silas said boredly, picking up his book.

Teleportation... That must be how they swapped places back at the lab.

"What's body manipulation?"

"We can basically tell your body what to do. It takes a certain toll on our bodies too."

"Like the way Sei made me pass out by turning his eyes orange?"

"Exactly that. With more effort, I could manipulate you to sleep with me and you wouldn't be able to do otherwise." He told me.

"That's not good..."

"Yeah, demonic powers aren't supposed to be good. That's why they're demonic."

Fair enough.

"So, you're stronger than vampires?" I asked, thinking of Alexander. He had told me that he's much stronger than the twins. Maybe he was lying to get me to shut up.

Silas snorted, "vampires are nothing compared to us. Don't forget, we have wolf powers too. Our speed and strength are like no other. Even normal demons and wolves struggle to keep up with us."

That strong huh?

"Have you ever fought Alexander?" I asked hesitantly. Sei looked at Silas at my question but Silas paid no mind to him.

"No, but I'm certain I would destroy him in an instant." He said pridefully.

So they don't know how strong he is... They're just assuming that he's weak.

Well now I really can't say anything.

"How old is he?" I asked. He had looked like a teenager until I saw his full height at the library. He was as tall as Silas and Sei, hell, maybe even taller.

"I think a hundred and something. He's pretty young." Silas mumbled, flipping through his book.

"And you guys?" I asked.

"How old are you?" Sei asked me.

"I asked first." I said to him.

"She's twenty five." Silas mumbled.

Well, he's not wrong.

"What about you guys?" I asked.

"We're old enough to be your ancestors. Just know that." Sei said, scribbling something on the book.

"What's the number?" I asked. I won't stop until they say it.

Silas looked at me and smirked, "how about I spank you and you count until I reach our age?"

Sei glared at him, "that would take too long and hurt her. We're really old."

Silas rolled his eyes, "man, I liked you better when you couldn't speak English."

"Three hundred and twelve." Sei said to me, making my mouth gape open. Huh!?!

I also smirked, "I should call you guys daddies then." Silas snorted and Sei stared at me with widened eyes. I chuckled as shook my head. There was no way I was going to call them that.

"Everyone! Dinner!" Sofia, the twins' mother, called out. I frowned.

Great, I have to see Alexander again.
