《YANDERE HARRY POTTER ONESHOTS》YANDERE HOGWARTS X CRYSTAL GEM READER
Advertisement
You were born after the crystal gem War, like a beacon of light and a ray of hope in a dark world, providing warmth to everyone who's lost their close friends and loved ones. There was something a bit unusual about your birth though, you weren't exactly born as a literal baby. You were literally born from the earth or ground and you had no idea about humans and regular activities that humans did. You had quite the knack for getting into trouble and being adventurous. Why, just last week you've managed to piss off Jasper who swore that you'd be knocked out flat before Rose handled the situation. You liked exploring whatever little things you could find and try to get more information from them. You've heard the other gems talking about the outside the world before and your interest piqued up. The outside world...the term itself sounded so unique and foreign to you. You wondered what mysteries and secrets were hidden there that were yet to be unraveled. You wanted to visit the outside world but you didn't know how to go there so the next best thing was to ask another gem to help you
"Absolutely not. I refuse to help you in this endeavor of yours. The outside world is quite dangerous for a young gem like you. These humans might hurt you. I suggest you drop the idea of going there. But cheer up, you can help me with one of my inventions" said Peridot and you politely declined and escaped from her gaze. Being a young gem was so frustrating, no one ever took you seriously which just infuriated you. You wanted to see more, you wanted to EXPERIENCE more. Your hunger and curiosity for venturing out to the outside world kept you awake and restless so you eventually managed to sneak out to the outside world
You were extremely pleased with yourself for accomplishing the task. You were a young gem after all with barely any experience and yet you've managed to pull this off without anyone finding out, pride coursed through your body as you blinked a few times and observed your surroundings. You were surrounded with lush and abundant greenery all around, with funny looking green things on top of huge brown structures... oh wait... those were trees. Pearl often liked telling you stories about the outside world and she's described the skies, trees and every basic thing on Earth and you were pretty thankful for that. You wandered around here and there in your purple dress with a huge gem on your forehead and you didn't know that you weren't supposed to reveal your gem to anyone else. You were still a young naive little thing after all with zero experience regarding all this and you've earned quite a few stares from witches and wizards as they passed by you on the streets of Hogsmeade
You had nowhere to go and no particular destination in mind. Your goal for the day was to learn all about the human world and that was what you'd be doing. You spent some more time wandering around till it started to rain heavily. You've read stories of how some humans liked the rain and got joy and pleasure from it but you felt annoyed by the rain. You didn't like the lingering feeling the droplets of water left on your skin. You squinted your eyes and found a giant castle hiding behind a few trees and that's when you decided to take shelter for the day there. Hopefully the castle would be warm and there wouldn't be any prisoners inside it

You reached the castle and stared at it in awe, it looked magnificent and spell binding. You snuck inside the castle and found yourself staring at some pictures on the walls who were talking with each other. That was strange, as far as you recalled pictures couldn't converse with each other. Some of them stopped talking with each other to stare at you and a picture that had a mother with a baby in her arms spoke "Why hello there lost child, do you need help?" she asked you in a warm voice but you looked on with a surprised expression as you shook your head and scurried away from there. Your attention was then diverted to a bright source of light coming from upstairs so you went up the stairs and you watched in fascination as the stairs moved on their own. You were standing in front of the Great Hall and you wandered in, looking at everything with a curious expression and surveying everything with interest
Whatever noisy chatter filled the atmosphere of the hall died down as every student and professor turned their heads to get a good glimpse of you. Just who exactly were you? And why did you have a gem on your forehead and a strange purple dress? Were you a death eater in disguise by any chance? Was this another ploy of Voldemort? You turned around to see everyone in the hall just staring at you, it was a literal pin drop silence and it made you feel uncomfortable. "I'll... I'll be going now. I'm sorry if I've interrupted anything..." you mumbled as you fidgeted with your clothing and tried to make a run for it but you were stopped by McGonagall. "Who are you dear? Where are your parents?" As you explained the details of your birth and your life to everyone in the Great Hall they were all amazed and fascinated by you. Even Draco Malfoy was impressed by you and that's actually saying something
You received special permission from Dumbledore, the headmaster of the school that you were in to spend your time with them till you could find a way to get back home and you were thrilled. This day was turning out to be better and better. You followed McGonagall happily where she gave you some supplies such as new clothes, blankets and a few books as well. "Are you hungry?" and you shook your head but she looked at you with a stern expression on her face as she continued. "It's important for a growing child such as yourself to nourish yourself with food" "But I already have energy from my gem, it's not mandatory for me to eat" you said as you pointed to the gem on your forehead but your stomach's grumbling conveyed otherwise. She instantly pushed a plate of sandwiches towards you with her wand and made a plate of treacle Tarts float towards you as well. You were curious to know what the stick in her hands was and she explained that it was a wand. The two of you talked with each other while you had your dinner and you soon fell asleep. McGonagall tucked you in the Gryffindor common room's couch with a blanket as she went to speak with Professor Dumbledore and the other professors about you

"Look at the scars on their hands.. poor thing, they must have been through a lot..." someone whispered and girl's voice rang out. "Don't talk loudly Ron, you'll disturb them from their sleep. But I'll have to admit it is a rather fascinating turn of events". You opened your eyes to see a bunch of people staring at you and you suddenly felt self conscious. You rubbed your eyes sleepily and that mere simple action of yours made everyone's hearts skip a beat. Harry barely even knew you but he was already willing to protect you with his life and a bunch of other people were already feeling the same way about you
Professor McGonagall came in the common room to check on you and when she saw you giggling with Fred and George as they explained about their latest prank, she couldn't help but smile. You were quite adorable indeed. Your smile radiated warmth and light. However she shooed the students out of the common room much to their immense disappointment that they couldn't spend more time with you because they had classes that day but you could stay for their classes if you wanted to. Needless to say, your presence had a great impact on the professors, even on Snape for that matter. He's usually pretty sour with the students but today he's actually been pretty tolerant. It didn't take rocket science for people to figure out the reason Snape wasn't being particularly unpleasant that day was because you were present during the lesson for Potions. He didn't even scold Neville when he accidentally knocked over a bunch of flasks on his desk submitted by the other students nor did he criticize anyone too harshly about their mistakes that day. You even had your own little cauldron for making Potions and even though you'd get some of them wrong, Snape would just tell you that it was all right and would say that he's impressed with you for trying
After the Potions class was done, Draco and the other Slytherins wanted to spend time with you but so did the Gryffindors. Well, one thing led to another and the next thing you knew, the Hunger Games was taking place. They started hurling insults and spells at each other which made you a bit scared but you didn't want them fighting among themselves. So, when you threatened to stop talking with them that's when they stopped fighting like cats and dogs and decided to at least try to get along with each other for your sake. BEGRUDGINGLY, I might add. You spent time with the other houses and with different people and they all loved your company. They all made a promise to protect you no matter what, it was the new unspoken rule at Hogwarts. As time passed, their protectiveness for you literally soared through the freaking roof. The other day when you went to Hogwarts with Fred, George, Harry, Ron and Hermione and Lee, someone made a crack about your appearance and called you a freak for the gem on your forehead
You felt bad and while Hermione and Lee were in charge of making sure you were all right and cheering you up, the others dealt with that moronic git who dared to make you feel bad about yourself. Let me just say that no amount of Skele gro can fix that bloke's ruined bones. You were literally spoiled with love and affection and attention from everyone at Hogwarts. You were allowed to watch the Quidditch matches but you weren't allowed to ride on any of the brooms there because they could either be bewitched to harm you to make you fall or you could get hurt. Quidditch is a rough sport after all and all hell and chaos would break loose if there was so much as a single scratch on you
You've been missing your home for a few days now and when the others got to know that you've been asking Dumbledore whether or not he's found a way for you to return home, they felt like they were losing something rather important in their lives. None of them wanted you to leave, they've become overly fond of you and obsessed with you now. They've also become so paranoid for your safety and it's for a good reason because of you almost dying on them. A few weeks back during the annual Halloween Great Feast, someone was messing with the decorations above and suddenly a beam of light just hit you in the chest. In the blink of an eye, you were gone and only your gem was to be seen on the ground which of course sent everyone into panic. Even Dumbledore was at a loss on what to do for once, he had no clue whether or not you were all right but he still had the duty to assure everyone around him that you would still be all right
Luckily you came back and explained the situation about your gem, as long as it doesn't shatter or is in any kind of danger you couldn't die. It was like a wave of relief washed over all of them present in the hall. Everyone was glad to have you back and they were willing go through any methods to make sure you were safe, even if it meant taking your gem away from you for your own good. Your safety comes first, you can trust them. All they want is for you to be safe. With them...
