《YANDERE HARRY POTTER ONESHOTS》PLATONIC YANDERE HOGWARTS PROFESSORS X READER
Advertisement
Let's start off with the Headmaster of Hogwarts and one of the greatest wizards of all time, Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore(Who is also one of my favorite professors) and he's so good at being a yandere, no one would actually know he's a yandere. But he'd be the tamest and gentlest one yet, he wouldn't hurt anyone much less kill someone but he's a very sneaky yandere. He'll do his work quietly without harming anyone and making sure you're safe and succeed at whatever it is you're doing
He'd be overprotective of you if you have no parents like Harry or if your parents aren't really nice to you. In which case he'll look out for you and he can't fail you like he did his sister Ariana and he'll also arrange for your to stay at the Weasley's Burrow. He's like your guardian angel you know, he knows where you are and what you're doing at every single second of the day. Weird but kind of comforting that someone is looking out for you and making sure you're safe. However he isn't delusional he knows showing biasness to one student isn't right but he can't help it, you need to be protected for your own good. He might even ask Harry, Ron and Hermione to keep an eye on you at times however that doesn't mean he'll let you go on those dangerous adventures they have, he can't risk your safety
He's like that kind and caring grandparent who's also lenient about what you do. He also has a circle of trusted people like professor McGonagall, Professor Snape, Kingsley, Arthur and other witches and wizards he knows they can look out for you. And though he's friendly and calm most of the time(Remember the time he almost freaking strangled Harry when his name was out of the Goblet of Fire? In the movie version I mean) he won't take it lightly if someone poses a threat to your safety. He knows a lot of things and he's a respected man for his vast knowledge. He speaks in riddles as well most of the time and no one really knows what's going on in his head. He gives threats in riddles too most of the time. Well not exactly threats per se, but more like dire warnings and the consequences of what will happen to them if they dare to hurt you. They'll get the message and hint not to mess with you since NO ONE is that dumb or stupid to dare to defy THE Albus Dumbledore himself
He'll let you know someone cares about if you're feeling down in the dumps or having a bad day or something by sending you little gifts and sweets from Honeydukes. He knows sometimes you'll sneak off to Honeydukes on your own and he's found out about that through some of your friends and he's put a stop to that habit of yours immediately. He wasn't angry at you, rather he gently yet firmly explained that what you were doing was not right and it was dangerous for you to be running around unsupervised while Death Eaters were at large and Voldemort was trying to gain supporters. He didn't give you detention of course, he knew it was an innocent mistake of yours so he asked you not to go roaming around anywhere alone again. See, kind grandfather to you. And if you're struggling with studies or something he'll assign Hermione to help you with your studies and ask the professor to take it easy on you. He really has a soft spot for you and will give everything to protect you no matter what. He might try placing a protection charm like how Lily did for Harry when she was about to get killed by Voldemort so he can ensure your safety

Now, coming to Professor McGonagall(Another one of my favorite characters), she like Dumbledore can't outwardly show any favoritism to you but in her own secret way she'll show you she cares for you. And even though she takes rule breaking very seriously, she'll be a bit lax with you but that still doesn't mean she'll let you do whatever the heck you want. And if you do something wrong, she'll have to punish you but she'll make sure your punishment isn't too harsh. If you were a Gryffindor she'll have more power to keep you safe and protected and if you're in some other house, she'll talk to the head of your house to make sure you're safe. After all she's protecting you, nothing wrong in that, right? Oh and she'll also stick the Golden Trio on your tail to make sure you're safe and don't get into any trouble
She'd like it very much if you come to her for advice, she'll be really pleased and she'll do her best to guide you on the right path. And whenever you're away from Hogwarts, she'll transform into her Animagus form and check in on you to see if you're doing okay. And if she catches anyone trying to hurt you she'll make Filch deal with them and give them detention for a really long time. And if that Shrek faced Toad Umbridge dares to target you she'll not hold back her sharp words at her and she'll reduce her to literal shreds with just her words. And heck, she won't even bother stopping Fred and George whenever they try to prank that slimy toad with that hideous pink cardigan. If needed she WILL obliviate you and adopt you in order to keep you safe. She'll at least make sure you're happy, happy AND safe
And now as for none other than the Half Blooded prince, who barely shows any emotion, the head of Slytherin house please welcome, ladies and gentlemen, Severus Snape. He might not seem like the person who'd actually show any form of concern for someone else but he'll show his protective nature towards you later on at some point in your years of schooling at Hogwarts
If you're shy and quiet, he finds it rather endearing and he gets that urge to protect you at all costs. He'll even tell Malfoy and the rest of the Slytherins to lay off you and threaten them with a detention if they pick on you, much to the surprise of the other students, especially poor Harry's lol. And if you're not in Slytherin, it'll be even more intriguing. But if the other teachers like professor McGonagall or Dumbledore or Sprout call him out on his behavior towards you he won't ever admit it, not even in a million years
He won't take it kindly if someone bullies you no matter what house they're from. He'll even go as far as to docking points away from their house, like pulling cookies from a cookie jar. He'll then strode over to you and ask you if you're all right or not, since that is the main reason he is here for. He 's greatly concerned for you believe it or not and he'll gently chastise and scold you for being negligent of your surroundings and being a push over. He'll tell you that you need to learn to defend yourself against oafs like them and you can come to him anytime if you need help with something
After that incident, he'll watch over you like a protective guardian angel and father figure over you, which won't go unnoticed by the other people around. He'll always encourage you in his own way to be the best and if you don't know the answer to something for a question he asks during class, he'll give you a few hints but he wants YOU to get the right answer since he is a professor after all

Heck, he'll even be rooting for you no matter what Quidditch team you're on even if it's Gryffindor. But he doesn't want you getting hurt, and if someone makes the mistake of making you get hurt during the match, guess who'll be taking care of flobberworms and organizing papers in Filch's office for a month?
He'll be glad to help you out in any subject, not just Potions. During those little study sessions of yours, he'll always have a nice warm drink, some of your favorite Honeydukes sweets, and a bunch of your other favorite foods like Treacle Tarts too. He won't be too pushy and get frustrated if you don't know the answer, he'll be patient with you. And you're too tired and need a break for a while, you both will go for a walk around the castle or he'll show you some of the interesting things he keeps in his office
And he knows it's not any of his business who you're friends with. Actually wait... it IS his business since he only wants what's best for you and he wants to keep you safe. So if by any chance you're friends with Harry, Ron and Hermione, the Golden Trio aka. The Dream Team according to him, he won't be really happy and pleased with that information since they're always getting into some or the other trouble. So, he'll do whatever he can to make sure you stay away from them since he doesn't want you getting into trouble with them as well
Though this man has an aloof demeanor, he really cares for you deep down. He won't forcibly adopt you per se, but if he thinks you're in some kind of danger then he thinks only he can protect you. Which is why he'll obliviate your parents memories and make them think they didn't have a kid, making Snape adopt you the only option in sight
He'll be curious to know more about you and don't worry, he'll treat you like his own child, never once making you feel like you're not important or you don't exist. And even though he promised himself that he won't let you work since he doesn't want you to feel stressed about the world outside, he'll allow you to work if you really want to. But under no circumstances will he allow you to join the Ministry or become a teacher at Hogwarts since those jobs are too risky. Maybe he'll let you become something like an author. He won't put pressure on you to be the best but he'll help you as much as you need, always supporting your goals and dreams no matter what. As long as they're safe of course. He isn't so bad after all
Professor Sprout isn't that strict as a teacher when it comes to you. She's friendly and kind to you, like she is to the other students as well. And if you're struggling in Herbology, she'll make sure to teach you herself with some nice tea or she'll have Neville Longbottom help you in it. If at all you do get petrified by the Basilisk during the second year, almost all of the teachers will be distraught and Professor Sprout here will work even faster to try speeding up the process of obtaining a cure for you by speeding up the growth of the Mandrakes
As for Madame Pomfrey, even though she adores you for coming in sometimes to help her deal with her work, she prays and hopes you don't get injured one day and end up in the Hospital wing. Yes, she does like to care for you and treat you like her own kid but she never wants to see the day that you're hurt. And if at all that day does come, she'll make sure to take care of you and she'll treat you like a delicate and gentle doll. If you have a fever or something, she and Professor Snape will immediately whip up some potion to make sure you're back on your feet again, the Pepper up potion if I'm not mistaken
Professor Flitwick is another lax yandere for you, he doesn't really tax you with so much work and he'll be pretty chill. He'll praise you and reward you with some sweets at the end of the class if you've done a good performance and if you're interested he'll even teach you some interesting charms as well. He's usually in charge of decorating the Christmas tree at Hogwarts and he'd love it if you helped. Anyone who tries to make fun of you will immediately be on the wrong end of his wand, he isn't the Charms professor for no reason you know?
How can we forget about our beloved Hagrid? He'd be a very overprotective yandere for you and unlike the other teachers he won't hesitate to attack anyone who tries to hurt you. If he sees you get picked on by the Slytherins and Malfoy and his gang, he'll be by your side in an instant and he'll tell them off and ask you if you're all right. Hagrid is the type of person or giant whom you can go to for comfort and even though he does give bone crushing hugs, those hugs of his make you feel warm and safe. He even lets you play with Fangs and whatever creature's adopted that week. Will obviously shield you from that damned reporter Rita Skeeter. The other professors have to calm Hagrid down if you're in some kind of danger because he'll be ready to throw hands and he'll be all gruff and roll up his sleeves and be like "Ight who DARED to harm young Y/N?'' Hagrid can be pretty scary when he's angry. And during the Care of Magical Creatures lessons, he'll make sure you don't get hurt by any of the creatures he's showing to you all that day. He'll be delighted however if you try petting some of the creatures though and will no doubt introduce you to Buckbeak
Madame Hooch, the Quidditch professor will make sure no unfair things happen to you when you're playing Quidditch like some git trying to knock you off your broom or something. Even if you're not on the team and if you want to learn how to play Quidditch she'll be more than delighted to teach you. Heck, she might even talk to your head of house to place you on the team of whatever house you're in. However she won't let you stay outside the castle beyond 6:00 pm, not with Death Eaters on the loose. She cares about your safety and if you so much as end up getting a scratch kiss Quidditch goodbye for a few weeks until you get better. She does mean well for you, you know?
Professor Trelawney might show you some biasness in her class and she'll praise you for being so good at Divination. Even if you're not that good at it, she'll still try to make it more... dramatic so you'll gain interest and she'll offer to help you make your predictions and stuff. She won't tell you any bad predictions since she knows you're just a kid and she doesn't want to overwhelm you but she'll do her best to keep you safe. If at all there are some hidden and dark meanings in your crystal ball or tea leaves or whatever, she'll tell you a happy one to make you feel happy
