Normal POV

"Dude, your her best friend, how am I supposed to grasp her attention???" Dean questioned Seamus. He had had a crush on you since 3rd year, and now it was 7th (this was just before the war. Seamus will come into play while they are in the war).

"I have no idea, you should just walk up to her and talk to her for the first time!" Seamus replied. He secretly liked you to, but he knew he would ruin your friendship if he confessed and you said no.

"Look man, I know you like her, but you won't make a move. So I will first."

Dean couldn't take it anymore. He walked up to you and whispered in your ear; " Will you be my girlfriend?" He asked, oblivious to the other girls stares.

"Ok." You whispered back.

Seamus POV

"I can't BELIVE you actually got her, man!!!" I said, taken aback.

"You jelly bruh?" He said.

"Is that your stupid impersonation of an American?" I replied, covering up my jealousness.

"Come on," I whispered, " I know you have a secure other crush on Lavender Brown ( shush stop judging I had to come up with something )."

He blushed a deep beet color.

"I can't break up with y/n 2 minutes after she becomes my girlfriend though!" He replied.

Normal POV

Sadly, y/n heard that comment. She walked over to Dean and kissed him on the lips.

"Go with Lavender. It's ok." She whispered to him.

"No I can't just leave you like this!" He whispered back.

"Yes, you can Dean. Besides, I like your best friend." She grinned.

"Ok. But, know that I will always love you y/n." He compromised.

Y/n walked over to Seamus and sat next to him. She smirked when she saw him as red as a tomato.

"Aren't you sad that you just got dumped y/n?" He questioned.

"No, because I liked someone else." She replied.

"And who woul-" he was cut off.

"Shh.." She paused and put a light kiss on his lips.
