"Tsukishimaaaaa~" Y/N pokes Tsukishima softly.
.....
"Don't pretend you can't hear me~" Y/N pouted. She held Tsukishima in her hands and said, "let's go make a strawberry shortcake!"
Tsukishima groaned.
Wait, can crows groan?
"Did you just groaned at me?"
Chirp.
"I- hOw DaRe yOu-" Y/N cross her arms then walks away from Tsukishima, "well then I guess you'll get no cake then." Then walks into the kitchen.
Tsukishima watches Y/N walk into the kitchen then waddles his way behind her.
"Let's see, let's see..." Y/N looked around her kitchen then quickly grabs all the stuff she needed, "..since dad stole Suga and Daichi from me today..I guess I have to do everything by myself huh.."
Chirp.
"Oh Tsukki! Finally came around huh?" Y/N smiles and watches Tsukishima fly and sat down on the counter.
"Just gonna watch me?"
Chirp.
"Alrighty." Then Y/N focus was back on making the cake. She looks inside the fridge to find the strawberry. Wait, where was the strawberry? Y/N turned her head to look at Tsukishima.
"Tsukki...did you...eat all the...all the strawberries?"
Chirp.
Omfg Tsukishima snickered but in crow language 🙄🤚.
Y/N sighed and grab Tsukishima and grabbed her wallet then put her shoes on and walk to the store, "Since you ate it all, I'm taking you with me!"
Chirp..
Once they've arrived to the supermarket, Y/N looks carefully at the strawberries. Picking the only good and pretties ones.
"Hmm...this one." She picks up a plastic container of strawberries then walks to the cashier.
"That's a cute crow you got there." The cashier smiled.
'ARE CROWS EVEN ALLOWED IN HERE???' The cashier thought.
"Oh thanks! He can be an ass sometimes though."
Tsukishima rolls his eyes.

"Ahaha, I see." The cashier scanned the strawberries.
After the trip to the market, they've arrived home and went back to baking.
"Alright, alrighty.." Y/N pulled out her phone and looks up the recipe she read last night to make the strawberry shortcake, "right, so we need..." she looks up at the ingredients on the table and nodded to herself.
Tsukishima didn't know what she was doing, but he was bored so it was pretty fun to watch Y/N run around the kitchen.
"Alright Tsukki! I've got all the ingredients." she looks at her phone again and started to follow the instructions.
She started mixing the dry ingredients together, "Hey Tsukki can you give me the salt please?"
.....
"Tsukki, salt please."
....
"Tsukkkkkkiiiii."
.....
"Tsukishima???" Y/N turn her focus on the crow who was just staring at her.
"...Tsukishima, salt."
Chirp.
"WhAt Do yOu MeAn NO? YoU'rE nExT tO tHe SaLt-"
Chirp chirp.
"Really? You want me to get it?"
Tsukishima nodded.
"Ugh, the stuff I put up with you birds." Y/N rolled her eyes and grabbed the salt.
Freaking Tsukishima snickered in crow language again 🙄.
After mixing all the ingredients in together she poured them into the pan.
"Tsukishima-honey, open the oven for me?"
You would think at this point Tsukishima would obey Y/N and actually help her right?
Right??
Right 👺.
When Y/N was about to put the pan inside the oven she saw the oven door not even open.
"My dear GOd Tsukishima, I ask you to do one simple task and you don't even do it??"
Chirp, chi-chi-chi.
Oop Y/N calm down, don't hurt the crow(jk Y/N would never💞.)
Y/N sighs and sets the pan down on the counter, "I'll think of a good enough punishment for you." She pointed at Tsukishima then goes to open the oven door.

Once it was opened, she walks back to the pan and grabs it then walks toward the oven.
Are you clumsy?
Yes, you are clumsy Y/N you fell down and dropped the pan. The pan with the shortcake mixture.
The heart break you heard when the pan dropped 💔. My dear lord, Y/N was this close to crying.
Y/N sat up with cake mixtures on her arm and cheeks with Tsukishima staring behind her.
...chirp..?
Y/N was silence then quickly and loudly she stood up and slapped her face.
Chirp-
"Alright Tsukki, I'll just clean up the mess and make a new one! Then we can both eat it afterward!" And like that Y/N went to go get the mop.
Tsukishima looks down at the destroyed shortcake then flew towards Y/N phone.
Thank hod Tsukishima is smart enough to read in the human language.
When Y/N came back from finding the mop she found Tsukishima along with all the ingredients again on the table.
"Tsukki?"
Chirp chirp.
Tsukishima could hear a sniffle from Y/N, "You really are a softie, huh?" She walks toward to give the big crow a hug.
cHiRp-
Tsukishima tried to flap his wing to push Y/N away, but he gave in to the hug.
After mopping the floor, Y/N was back to making the short cake.
"Alright..now I need-" Y/N turn her view and saw Tsukishima already giving her the small bowl of salt, "thanks, Tsukki-bear."
Chirrrp.
After mixing the ingredients together she poured them into the same pan and saw that Tsukishima had open the oven for her too. She puts the pan in the oven and close the door.
"Uwahh..we did it." She smiled toward Tsukishima.
Chirp.
"Next is the whipped cream!" Y/N claps her hands together, "are you gonna help me?" She rubbed Tsukishima's beak as the bird nodded his head.
Chirp.
After making the whipped, which was a big mess, the cake was finally done.
"Tsukki! It's my first time making a strawberry shortcake, and it looks great!" She hugs him.
Y/N then grabbed a knife and cuts into the cake for a slice. She puts the slice of cake on a plate then sets it out for herself and Tsukishima.
"You can take the first bite, Tsukki."
Tsukishima nodded and took a bite. Y/N watched Tsukishima eat the cake, waiting for a response from him.
Chirp chirp chirp.
"Really??" Y/N took a bite of the cake and her entire mouth melted.
"My goodness.." She paused to think, "the cake is so fluffy and moist, and the whipped cream with the strawberry- is this why strawberry shortcake is your favorite food Tsukki???" Tsukishima nodded.
Y/N and Tsukishima took another bite of the cake, then went for another round, and another, then another until they both were full from the cake.
"Ooof..the cake was delicious." Y/N laid on the couch with Tsukishima laying on her laps.
She looks down at the crow and pets his head, "Thanks for helping me, little guy."

Bloodlines
Bloodlines is the first major story set in the far larger and immensely connected universe known as Infinitum. A group of renegades and misfits take into the sky in their fancy skyship to fulfill the prophecy they don't care about and defeat the Empire they care even less about. In the process, they learn things (they would rather not) of the fucked up Universe, dead gods, and the future that holds no mercy. Bloodlines draws inspiration from One Piece. But in the bigger picture, Bloodlines is one of many stories set in Cosmere-like universe where plots stretch beyond planets and star systems and stakes are higher than godhood (like in Malazan chronicles). Currently, I am planning to finish the first arc [Bandit Arc], add 10k words interlude with some revelations, then publish a story happening elsewhere. Then I will be back to write the second arc. For now, the Fifth Region has 8 arcs planned. Officially, there are 5 regions. The Fifth Region is not the shortest but is far from the longest regions. - PS. Pay attention to flavor text. Chapters published weekly.
