Another day, another doctor appointment. Viviana wanted to be more careful with this pregnancy, seeing as though she miscarried in between Eiley and Sawyer. It definitely has been a roller coaster of emotions with this third pregnancy. Never did she think she would be under 30 and have three kids already. Nor did she think she would even be married by now to her best friend.
Christian grabbed her hand as they walked into the clinic together, him doing his best to make sure she was comfortable. That was his number one concern; making sure that Viviana was comfortable, happy, and content. He knew that she was kind of taking this pregnancy rough. The morning sickness was crazy, the hormones were all over the place. She would go to cuddly one moment to wanting sex the next, he really didn't know how to handle it, honestly.
"Do you want to find out the gender?" Viviana asked him as they sat in the room, waiting for the nurse.
"If it's an option, I don't see why not." Christian shrugged, "Maybe do another gender reveal? But not like as extravagant as Eiley's. I think since she was our first, we kind of went all out." He replied.
"I was just kind of thinking a baby shower for them. I don't really care for the gender reveals." Viviana replied with a shrug, "I think announcing it before the shower will be nice. We can do some sort of social media post about it." She told him, running her thumb across his knuckles.
The doctor walked in with a smile, "Morning, you two! How's the little baby doing?"
Vivi nodded, "Good. Still making me a little nauseous in the morning, but not as bad as it was in the beginning.."

"That's good. Why don't you lay back and we'll get this show on the road? What are we thinking about finding out the gender?"
"I want to," Vivi replied, "And Christian's on board with it too.." She told the doctor as she started to move the probe around Viviana's stomach.
She smiled, "Great. Looks like they're at a healthy size, everything looks good..." She kept moving it around, "She's right on track for development.." The doctor said, smiling at the couple.
Vivi looked at the doctor, "She? It's a girl?" She smiled, looking at Christian. "Baby, another girl.."
"It's a beautiful girl. Heartbeat sounds beautiful, and no complications with momma. I think you two are going to have a healthy baby girl in the next couple of months!" The doctor told them.
"Holy man..." Christian mumbles, "Another girl.."
Vivi looked at the ultrasound screen, "Can we get a picture developed?" She asked, and the doctor nodded. She cleaned off Viviana's stomach, helping her sit up and went to go get the picture developed. "Baby..." She looked at Christian.
Christian leaned over and kissed her. "I got three girls to spoil now? Sawyer's gonna have to learn to be a tough guy to protect his sisters." He chuckled, kissing her again. "I can't believe it."
"If we're being truthful, I wanted another girl.." She looked at him, smiling. "Eiley is gonna be so happy."
He nodded, "For sure. I can't wait to tell everyone." He told her, helping her off the table. "Sawyer's going to be a little confused at first, but I think he'll understand later on," Christian said as he laughed.
Vivi nodded, "That means I get to think of more girl names." She smiled big, "And I don't have to get rid of Eiley's clothes." She giggled, "More kiddos to wear your name on their back."

"You mean, their name." He winked at her, kissing her cheek as they walked out of the office.

Viviana got ready for the day before grabbing the little gifts she had gotten Eiley and Sawyer to announce they were going to have a baby sister. She couldn't wait to tell them; She especially couldn't wait to see Eiley's reaction to her having a little sister.
She walked out into the living room where Sawyer and Eiley sat, eating their breakfast and watching whatever cartoon Christian had put on television. "Morning, munchkins!" She smiled, sitting down on the couch, looking at the kids, "I have some surprises for you!"
Eiley looked at Vivi and smiled, "What, mommy?" She asked, "Baby here?"
Viviana shook her head, "Not yet, Eils. But, I'm gonna tell you and Sawyer if you're gonna have a little brother or sister!" She set the bags down and looked at them, "You guys can open your gifts!"
Eiley helped Sawyer open his up and she looked at the shirt that read, 'I love my little sister!'. She looked confused, "Mommy, what it say?"
"It says, I love my little sister!" She smiled at Eiley, "You're gonna have a little sister!"
Eiley gasped, "Sawyer! You see! Mommy have baby sissy!" She smiled big and ran over by Viviana and kissed her tummy, "She really in tummy, momma?" She asked.
Viviana nodded, "Yeah, Eils! She's going to be here in a couple of months!" She looked at Sawyer, "Sawyer, are you happy?"
Sawyer nodded, "Bebe, momma.." He pointed at shirt, "Where bebe?"
"She's in my tummy, honey! She's going to be so excited to meet her big brother and sister!" Viviana told her kids, lifting Sawyer up and sat him on her lap, "Soon you're not gonna be able to sit on mommy's lap! My belly is getting too big!"
Sawyer giggled, "Belly.."
Christian walked in and smiled, "I take it they took the news well?" He asked, sitting down next to Vivi, "Eiley, what do you think?"
"I so happy, daddy! A little sissy! She pway with dollies with me!" Eiley giggled, going over by Christian, "What her name?"
"We don't know yet, we're still deciding, maybe you can help us!" Christian told his daughter and she nodded, giggling. "You think of names and then you let us know, okay?"
"Okay, daddy!" Eiley replied, looking at Sawyer, "Sawyer, you eat your nummies!" She pointed at the table, "Or they go waste!"
Viviana couldn't help but laugh hearing her daughter tell her little brother what to do. She was so blessed with the life she was given, and she couldn't wait to welcome a third baby into their family.

Carus - Libertas
participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge and also having a go at NaNoWriMo this November. This was a first draft published as it was written for Nanowrimo November 2020. A little rough around the edges, I hope to come back and edit at some point, and then continue the story on. In the grand scheme of things Elias was nothing special. Which was why he was surprised by a random company on a new colony planet buying out his contract. That was the problem with the large companies that ruled the colonies, once they owned your contract, they owned you. Imagine the greater surprise when he learnt that the new company held the promise of freedom. Not from the constant battle against the Swarm that were also trying to claim the colony planets for their own. Nor from the Crust, the mysterious substance that covered the same planets and held the resources they all fought for. No, the freedom from being oppressed by those with more power and to finally decide where to go and where to set down roots and call home.

The Desecrator's Tomb - A Numbers Lit-aRPG
A man appears in a dungeon full of undead. He tries to leave. This is my attempt at writing a litrpg where the system is more formalized. This means that there will be a fair amount of min-maxing and we will hopefully be able to calculate the dps of every ability by the time I am done. Expect math. The main character will become a Drain Tank. This story uses an aRPG item and stat system. Oh and one last thing. Beware the penguins. update 1/8/22: I am trying to simulate things as faithfully as is reasonable. As of chapter 17 there are animated gifs depicting Chilly's life throughout encounters. update 1/11/22: Kreksyte drew me a cover! All hail our artist overlords! update 5/25/22: Going on hiatus for a bit. The second arc is complete. Will come back for the 3rd and final arc soon. update 7/15/22: ayy...I've returned. Starting the third and final arc. [was once a participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge]

Trials of a Magic Core
He was brave, and noble, and true. He was also a hunk of crystal floating in a magical circle, brought into existence by the self-styled "Greatest Magus of All Time" to be his personal intelligent magical encyclopedia, filled with every minutiae of the arcane this Magus could stuff into it, all ready and accessible at a moment's notice. But is simply knowing all there is to life? Can he strive for more? Should he? (Writer's Note:) I'm a pretty new writer, so expect delays, errors, inconsistent logic, plot holes the size of a small 4-wheeled vehicle, and a distinct lack of snark. At least from the MC. Also, yes, the cover is an image I made in paint. I have...NO artistic skills. It is a placeholder. Also, I came up with this idea in the shower after a nine-hour RRL binge. SO BEAR WITH ME.

Not So Bold
A store clerk wakes up one day in a body not his own. Then wakes up back in his bed, it was just a dream. Right? He soon finds himself living a duel life, bouncing between his mundane life as a shelf stuffer and a strange new one. One where he has floppy ears and itty bitty paws. Notice of Hiatus: At the moment I'm going though a bit of turbulence and won't be able to update for a while. I'm also unsure about weekly/monthly releases. I'm considering writing a large group of chapters then posting them all at once or otherwise setting up releases in a way that makes sense. I'm still figuring out how to go about this particular endevor and thank you for your patience.
