It was a new week. Viviana had finally been able to get back into modeling which meant she was able to travel again. She was out to London for a week, leaving Christian alone with the two kiddos.
It was the first time Christian was left alone with the two kids by himself. He hadn't done this before, the nerves were running high. Viviana had that done no problem, it just came naturally for her, being an amazing mother.
But this was a new experience for Christian. He knew he was going to be okay, he knew it wouldn't be that bad. He hoped.
"Daddy, I hungwy.." Eiley said as she walked into the bedroom where Christian was folding laundry. "And Sawyer run over my foot with his rolly thing.." She said, looking at her cast, then at him.
"I'll be right there, hon. Go tell Sawyer to be nice." Christian said, finishing up the folding.
"SAWYER! DADDY SAID BE NICE RIGHT NOW!" Eiley yelled as she walked back down the hall. Christian just shook his head, laughing to himself. She really was a character.
Christian made Eiley lunch and got Sawyer all fed and changed before he laid Sawyer down for a nap and gave Eiley her tablet and a little juice box. "You can either lay on the couch or in my bed, Eils. I don't want you on that for too long, though." Eiley ran to the couch and grabbed her blanket before cuddling up on the couch. When Christian walked into the room, he could hear his laptop going off and Viviana's name was on the screen, requesting a FaceTime call. He quickly answered and saw Viviana sitting in what looked like a hair and make up room.
"I thought I would call and see how you were doing before I went back on set.." Viviana said with a smile, "Everything okay?"
He nodded, smiling, "Yeah, baby. We're all doing good. Just got Sawyer down for a nap. Gave them both lunch and now Eiley is on her tablet on the couch watching some Disney plus." He chuckled, "How are you doing?"
Viviana shrugged, "Y'know, photo shoots. They're long and draining.." She laughed, "But, this one is kind of fun. Get to model a bunch of lingerie and some cute dresses." She wiggled her eyebrows and Christian had a smirk on his lips.

"Oh? Do I get to see any?" He asked, sitting down on the bed.
"I dunno, maybe. Why not just wait until you can see the real thing in person?"
"Because I don't know if I can wait that long, babygirl! That's too long!"
Viviana giggled, "It's only a couple more days. I'm missing you and the kiddos though. Do they miss me?"
Christian looked at the television then back at her, "Yeah, Sawyer keeps going around in his roller chair yelling "mama", and Eiley asked how your picture taking was going." He chuckled, shaking his head. "She's been something else."
"Gia said if you need someone to watch the kiddos while you go to practice or something, she said she will help you out. I don't want you to have to worry about hauling the kids around all around the ballpark when you're trying to focus on work." Viviana told her husband, sighing, "She knows that you're watching those two on your own."
"Oh, I know. She texted me. I'm gonna take them there tomorrow while I have a game and an early ass practice." He took a deep breath, "I have a 7AM practice, and game isn't until 3.." Christian just rolled his eyes.
Viviana looked puzzled, "Why so early? I'm sorry, babe.."
"I wish I knew, honestly. I think they wanna do a lot of field practice and then batting practice. My batting coach wanted to work one-on-one with me. I need to improve a little. My average is falling."
"Baby, you're an MVP, you can't get better than you." She smiled, looking at her make up artist as she touched up her lipstick, "But hey, I gotta get going. I just wanted to call and make sure you were doing okay. If you need anything, please don't be afraid to text me or call me, baby."
Christian smiled at her, "Okay, babe. Have fun, pose all sexy and I'll talk to you later." He blew a kiss at her, "I love you."
Viviana blew a kiss back, "I love you so much. Tell Eiley and Sawyer I love them too.."
"Will do, baby. Love you, bye."
Viviana waved before hanging up and Christian just sighed. He really was missing his wife being home. They were always attached at the hip, but, he never complained about that. It just was the first time without Viviana. He thought he was doing alright.

Christian got to the ballpark a little early for his day time game, walking into the clubhouse letting out a sigh. Viviana was scheduled to come home yesterday, but flights got messed up and she was stuck there another two days. He was missing his wife like crazy. It had already been a week without her, and the kiddos were sure missing her as well.
"Hey, man. Did Viviana figure out the flight stuff?" Lo asked him as Christian was changing his shoes.
"Yeah, she's coming home tomorrow, we hope. We don't even know what happened with the flights. They just got all fucked up, I guess. The kiddos and I are ready for her to be home.."
Lo nodded as he listened, "I bet. You taking care of two kids on your own? Proud of you, man." He patted Christian's back, "Making big boy moves," He chuckled, "I'll see you on the field. You working field today?"
Christian nodded, "Yeah, I'll be out there when I can." He got up, grabbing his hat before going out into the dugout for batting practice.
He was doing alright. Hitting 6 out of 10 of his practiced swings before he took it to the field to work some defense.
Viviana walked up the stairs from the clubhouse into the dugout and put her hands on Orlando's shoulder, "How you guys doing?" She smiled, and Orlando turned around, smiling big.
"Well if it isn't Mrs. Yelich herself! I thought you were coming home later this week?" He hugged Viviana, she returned the hug then pulled back.
"I got it all figured out. It was the most stressful thing of my life," Viviana chuckled, "Is he on the field?" She asked, looking out, seeing Christian tossing around the ball, making pop-up catches.
"He's been so blah since you've been gone. He was excited the other day when you were supposed to come home, and then he got all bummed. Definitely gonna make him feel better." Orlando said and Viviana smiled, shaking her head.
"I'll just wait around for him," Viviana looked out in the field again, watching her husband do his thing.
When he was done, he walked into the dugout, going by his stuff and grabbed a drink of water.
"Damn, I'm gonna need a drink of that after watching a hot guy like you," Viviana said with a smirk on her lips as Christian turned around, looking at Vivi with wide eyes and dropped his things, picking her up and spun around.
"Viv! What the fuck?!" He was smiling so big as he held under her thighs, kissing her roughly.
She giggled against his lips, kissing him back then pulled away and looked at him, "Hi, handsome.."
"I thought you come home tomorrow or whenever you got your flights figured out?" He sat her on the ledge, looking at her. "What the hell?" He laughed, kissing her again.
Viviana smiled, pulling back. "I got it all figured out after yelling and going back and forth with management and my agent. I just wanted to be home with you. I missed you so bad."
Christian rested his hands on her thighs, "I missed you, babe. Did you have fun at least?"
She nodded, "Yeah! It was a lot of fun and felt great to get back into modeling again...I missed that so much.." She said, licking her lips and kissed his forehead. "Where are the kiddos?"
"They're with Gia. She said she was gonna watch them and maybe bring them to the game. They'll be so excited to see you. Eiley has been asking 'when is momma coming home'? over and over and over. Sawyer has been babbling mama like crazy." Christian laughed, "They're a crazy bunch."
"You handled them both okay? I was worried about you since it was your first time by yourself with them.." Viviana said, wrapping her arms around his neck.
"It was fine. We had a lot of fun. I took them to the zoo last Thursday on my off day and Eiley was in literal heaven," He smiled, kissing her cheek then her neck, "Mmm, I'm so glad you're home.."
Viviana giggled, running her hands through his hair, "Don't get all handsy and touchy now. That's for later.." She bit her lip, looking at him.
Christian nodded, "You're definitely in for it tonight."

The Morgulon
Greg never really wanted to become a werewolf hunter. He just wanted to prove to his father that he could do the job his family was famous for, maybe earn some money while he’s at it. He certainly never wanted to become a werewolf, or run away from home, or fight the inquisition. Unfortunately, as his brothers would say, fate has a shitty sense of humour. Updates on Mondays. "I feel like this story perfectly represents how you can't judge a book by its cover (or, in this case, concept). Edgy badboy werewolf teen romance? Yeet that concept out the window and get ready for an action-packed fantasy with an incredibly built world and logical, realistic characters." "This is a great story, probably better than any werewolf novel I've read. It's certainly not a typical werewolf story (but don't let that stop you from reading it, the werewolves are still amazing.)" "A werewolf story where people aren't constantly meeting gruesome ends that still maintains a gritty atmosphere. Realistic worldbuilding and character design make this a must read!" - RR reviews The first chapter is also on DeviantArt, more may follow.
