Christian walked into the clubhouse back in Milwaukee as they were prepping for their last preseason game. The baby was due any day now and he couldn't wait. His nerves were running like crazy, heart was racing, always worrying about Vivi and if she was feeling okay. She was finally coming to a home game after not feeling well from traveling back from Arizona, and he couldn't wait to see his beautiful pregnant girlfriend greet him at the dugout.

Viviana arrived twenty minutes later, wearing an oversized jersey and some leggings. She walked into the clubhouse and looked around for Christian who came up behind her, wrapping his arms around her.
She jumped, holding her chest and turned around to face him. "You scared the shit out of me!!" She hit his arm lightly.
Christian laughed, kissing her forehead. "I'm sorry, baby." He smiled and moved his arms as he went to his locker, grabbing his shoes and sat down on the couch next to her, "You doing okay? No problems?" Christian asked her as he put his shoes on then rested his hand on her stomach, feeling Eiley actively kicking, letting them know she was there too.
Viviana nodded, "Yeah, babe. Felt a little nauseous this morning but that went away just in time for me to come and watch you.." She ran her fingers through his hair, "You doing okay?"
"I am doing great, babygirl. I got my beautiful girlfriend and my little princess here with me. Can't complain." Christian replied, kissing Viviana's cheek. "I'm ready to go play some baseball. And have my girl here to watch..." He smiled at her.
Viviana smiled at him as she grabbed his hand, "I wanna come watch BP." She told him as Christian nodded, grabbing his sunglasses and hat, walking out of the clubhouse hand-in-hand with Vivi.
As Christian worked in the cages, Viviana sat off near the dugout, watching, frequently going to her phone to keep herself distracted. She loved watching Christian during BP, but it gets repetitive after a while.
"Hey you." Christian called out to Viviana.
She looked up at him, "What do you want, loser?" Viviana laughed and walked over by him as he grabbed his water bottle, taking a drink. "Miss me from fifty feet away?" She smiled.
Christian rolled his eyes, "No, silly. I'm all done. We can go chill in the lounge for a bit if you want.." He suggested and Viviana just nodded in agreement.

"Yeah, I'm kind of tired and my feet really hurt.." Viviana told him as he frowned, taking her hand and walked off the field into the clubhouse.
The two walked off into the smaller lounge where there was a couch, television, fridge full of food and water, and was more quieter for a needed relaxation.
"You okay?" Christian asked Vivi as he sat down on the couch, leaning up against the arm of it.
"My feet are just super swollen today and I didn't really sleep well last night.." She told him as she moved to sit next to him, positioning herself so her head was in his lap. Christian began playing with her hair and just sighed.
"I dunno, it's been like that the last couple of nights. I'll fall asleep easily, but getting back to sleep when I wake up in the middle of the night is what I struggle with. Especially since my stomach is growing, it's harder to find comfy positions to lay in.." She explained to him as he listened, running his fingers through her hair to calm her.
"I wish there was something I could do, I feel bad.." Christian said, leaning down to kiss her forehead, "I did notice you were waking up frequently, I woke up a couple times with you last night, I didn't say anything, but I felt bad."
Viviana shook her head, "Baby, don't. It's just my brain and body being dumb. The baby just wants me up and active, I guess." She laughed quietly, closing her eyes as Christian rubbed her temples. "That feels really nice by the way.."
"If you need me to take an off day from baseball because you're not feeling well or anything, just let me know, babe. They'll be understanding and I'm sure other guys would love to be in my position for batting and in the field." Christian shrugged and Viviana just shook her head.
"No way, babe. This is your job. Don't you worry about me."
"Of course I'm gonna worry about you, Viviana," Christian said, sounding almost offended, "You're my girl and you're pregnant with our kid, of course I'm gonna worry. You come before baseball, I've told you that."
Viviana looked up at him, "Christian, I know how dedicated you are to this sport and I'm not just going to have you always worry about me. That's not fair to you.."
He just shook his head, putting his finger over her lips, "You're my girl. If anything happens and you need me? I'm going to be there, okay?" Vivi just nodded, still looking at him, "You always have and always will come before baseball. I will make sure of that."
Viviana sighed, nodding, "I'm sorry.."
"Don't apologize, baby. I know you're looking out for me too, and I appreciate that. But you're the top priority. That baby is our top priority. Making sure you're healthy and they're happy and healthy too." Christian told her as he moved his hand to her stomach, rubbing her tummy, gently. "That's baby. life comes before all of this commotion."
The rush and the thrill of baseball to Christian was something he truly loved and longed for. But with Viviana being pregnant, he knew he had to configure his priorities and where to rank them. He has a reputation to keep, MVP status, leading in the league, he's got to live up to his popularity, but at the same time, his beautiful girlfriend was carrying their child. It was family before baseball, and Christian was going to make sure of it.

The American Dream: An Alternate, Time-Travel Timeline
Due to a mysterious transcendent being, United States Marine Corps First Lieutenant Samuel Kim from the year 2016 is thrown back in time to the year 1775. To make matters worse, he wakes up near Bunker Hill, mere hours before the famed Battle of Bunker Hill is set to begin. Realizing the unique situation he finds himself in, the lieutenant takes the opportunity to change the fate of the battle and ensure an overwhelming American victory. Guided by his "patronizing" "God" and the American revolutionaries, Lieutenant Kim embarks on a journey to help America gain its independence and to ensure the nation uphold its "most promising" ideals from the very beginning. Author's Warning: The story is very rough in the first few chapters (and as some readers pointed out, some parts are laughable, such as "American idealism"). However, the pace and quality of the story improves from chapter four and onwards. You will enjoy the story if you have some interest in history, worldbuilding, and the butterfly effect (along with a few badass characters). So even if you are a bit turned off in the beginning, I promise that the story improves quickly.

Starlight Assassin
Set in the city of Valeris, the Starlight Assassin is a fantasy adventure following a young man and his adventures with strange occurrences and people in the city. Dark things lurk around every corner; not everyone is strong enough to survive unscathed. Edit: Short Permanent hiatus. Author's note: Traumatizing content tag exists for creative freedom in future chapters and because I don't know exactly what content is traumatizing. Blood and swearing will be present. No sexual content whatsoever. I really have no idea how to sum up everything properly, and even if I could, I feel I would rather have you dive in without any expectations.

Another Terror Infinity Fan Fiction
This is my first time writing anything on rrl. I've been a reader for a couples years now and decided that I wanted to give it a shot. I might not finish this story and the releases will be eratic but I'll try to get at least one chapter out on Sundays but if I don't have time it obviously won't happen. The title of the story should tell you everything you want to know about it. I welcome all criticism and hope I can provide entertainment for whoever reads this.
