The team had a day off which meant Christian and Viviana could spend the day in Miami. After her birthday, she was exhausted, so a day at the pool was something Vivi really wanted.
Viv walked in her room after grabbing her coffee and set it on the nightstand, sitting on Christians hips and smiled. "How about a day out by the pool? A little relaxation, tanning, a couple's day." She leaned forward and pecked his lips. Christians hands went to her thighs, smiling at her.
"I think that sounds great." He replied. "All the guys were saying they're jealous because I get to stay at a house and they're stuck in a hotel." He laughed, "Perks of having a girlfriend that has family in Miami."
Vivi giggles, shrugging, "I guess you got yourself a winner." She smiled and put her hands on his chest. "I hope you brought your bathing suit!"
"Nah, I'm gonna go skinny dipping." Christian said with a smirk on his lips. Viv rolled her eyes, getting off of his lap and looked in her suitcase for a swimsuit. "No? Can't do that?"
"Not with my family around.." Vivi smiles, "That's for something for us to do at night.." She stated, going into her closet and grabbed a cute blue two piece bathing suit, stripping down in front of him and changed into it.
Christian whistled, sitting up, "Damn, my girl has an amazing body." Vivi just rolled her eyes, shaking her head and looked in the mirror, checking to make sure the suit didn't look twisted or messed up. "What!? I'm telling the truth. No wonder you're a model, your body is a fucking beauty to look at."
"Oh, shush it." She giggled, "You're just saying that."
He got up and wrapped his arms around her, "Hey. I'm not. I'm being serious; You are so fucking beautiful, so take it or leave it." He said, slapping her ass before he walked out of the bedroom and went to the kitchen.

Vivi went red, throwing on a baggy T-shirt and ran after him, jumping on his back. "Excuse me! You can't just do that and walk away!!!" She exclaimed, wrapping her arms around his neck.
Christian laughed, holding Viv up on his back. "Can't do what, huh? Slap your ass? You're my girlfriend, I should be the only one allowed to do that." He stated, setting her down and looked at her, smiling.
"You're a shithead." She said, giggling. "And of course you're the only one that can do that." Vivi replies, "I am all yours."
He wrapped his arms around her, leaning her back against the wall. "I like the sound of that.." He said quietly, kissing on Viviana's neck. She giggled, shaking her head and put her hand on his chest. "What? Not allowed to show my girl some love?"
"Not in my hallway, baby!" She giggled again, putting her hands on his waist. "Maybe if you take me back into my room, we can have a different conversation." Vivi said, biting her lower lip before Christian grabbed her arm and pulled her into her bedroom, closing the door behind them.
He pushed her down on her bed before climbing on top of her, Vivi looked up at him, smirking, "Eager, aren't we?" She asked, running her fingers through his hair. "I told you we were having a day by the pool, baby.." Vivi said before Christian started kissing on her neck.
"Okay, and?" He mumbled against her neck, leaving marks as he kissed down to her collarbones. "It's a day off, we have plenty of time in the day to do what we want..." Christian said, pulling Vivi's shirt up over her head and tossed it off to the side.
"So if you're gonna strip clothes off of me, might as well start getting your clothes off..." She giggled, pulling his shirt up and over his head. Once his shirt was off, he kissed her passionately, Viv moaned quietly against his lips, wrapping her legs around his waist. He moved her legs, pulling her swimsuit bottoms down and she assisted.

"I figured you didn't need those.." Christian muttered, leaving a trail of kisses down her body as he made his way to her thighs. Viviana gripped a handful of his curls in her hand, laying her head back against the pillow.
Before it got too heated, a knock on the door was heard; causing Christian to groan and get up, allowing Viviana to slide her swimsuit bottoms back on and frowned at him. "Who is it?" She asked, fixing her top as it was halfway off of her.
"Your mother, open up." Her mom said as she knocked again. Vivi walked to the door and opened it up, looking at her mom. "Viviana Grace, where are your clothes?" She asked, crossing her arms over her chest.
"We're going out by the pool soon, mom." Vivi replied, laughing. "I don't go fully clothed in the pool..." She said, looking back at Christian who was sitting on her bed, then back at her mom. "What's up?"
"I need to run some errands, so if you plan on leaving anywhere, can you wait until I get home to leave? I don't know if you're going to another game or not, but, if not, just please stay home. Your father should be home in about two hours or so.." Her mother told her, Vivi nodded and leaned against her door frame.
"Christian's got a day off today, so we were just going to sit outside and lay by the pool all day then maybe go see a movie tonight with Camryn and Garrett." Viv said as her mom nodded, uncrossing her arms.
"Okay, have a good day. Sunscreen please, it's very sunny outside and warm." She kissed Vivi's cheek before walking out. Vivi closed her door and sighed.
"I'm sorry, baby..." She said, frowning over at Christian, walking over and sat on his lap. She wrapped her arms around his neck, "I know you were kind of in a mood.."
Christian wrapped his arms around her waist, nodding and kissed her jawline. "At least she's leaving so I can still love on my girl without being interrupted.." He said as he kissed her jawline then her neck. "But, I am ready to go out and soak up some sun. Ready?" He asked her, Vivi stood up and nodded. "I need a tan anyways, I'm pasty compared to you.." He laughed.
Vivi smiled at him, grabbing two towels out of the bathroom before walking outside with him. "Baby, half of this tan? Not even natural." She giggled, "Perks of being a model, you get to have color all year round." She laid out the towels on the two chairs, looking over at him, "But hey, you do have some color on you! You're not like Caspar the Ghost white like my sister." Vivi shrugged and sat on the edge by the pool, dipping her feet in.
Christian got right in the pool, splashing Vivi as he jumped in. "Oops, not sorry.." He laughed, moving towards her and wrapped his arms around her legs.
"Christian, don't you even think about it.." She said, knowing what he was about to do.
"What? This?" He pulled her in the pool and laughed.
"Christian!!" She said, moving her hair out of her face and wrapped her arms around him. "You're a meanie.." Vivi pouted out her bottom lip.
Christian kissed her pout and smiled. "I'm sorryy." He said, kissing all over her face until she smiled again and shook her head at him. "Just kidding, I'm not. It was funny."
"I knew you wouldn't be." Vivi replied, looking at him. "But, you're lucky I love you.." She kissed his cheek then his lips.
"And I love you." He replied before kissing her back.

Someday, he’ll find where his family went. Someday, he’ll uphold his end of the bargain and hunt beings powerful beyond anything he’s ever known. Someday, he might even – hatch? “CHEEP!?” Things to Know: -Cheep!? Will release on a minimum weekly schedule. -After a backlog of chapters, posting will slow, but in the interim you can expect a chapter a day up until roughly 25 chapters. -This story at times will potentially carry some heavy moments, but the tone is intended to be lighter overall. -There are invisible game-like elements in this story, but nothing so concrete as a dedicated gamelit novel. -I personally have some issues with anxiety, so I may or may not interact with the community a lot. I'll try if anyone has questions, but I can't guarantee that it'll be consistent. -MC is a non-human lead, and will never actually become human. Romance will potentially happen between side-characters, but not with the MC. -MC IS NOT THE ONLY VIEW POINT. I have to put that out there because people sometimes hate alternate PoV's in a story. None of them will be filler, and they'll be there only to give a little bit more nuance and meaning to the world that the MC has stepped in, or is about to be imminently important. I'll try to keep them down, but this also helps to prevent me from burning out getting trapped in one view. -Most of all, I hope that this story is enjoyable to you, and that you have a great time reading it! -Written by Michael Adams, Cowritten/Edited by Summer Kent
