Are you ready Love?

Artemis takes one final look into the mirror hearing the love of her life's voice dancing in her head. Her hands slowly running over the silk fabric of her now flat stomach. The dress framing her frame like a glove. Her hair is braided just enough to hold it back. The braids merging together behind her head as her silver threads run the length of her back. The queen having done her hair earlier this morning let her be as the events finally settled in.

She glances over to baby Liam who is sound asleep on their bed with Vatalanie coiled protectively around the young boy. Turning back to the mirror for one more glance she feels her nerves beginning to get the best of her. She closes her eyes and takes a deep breath. Glancing out the window of the chambers, she can see the clear heaven skies showing a beautiful day. It appears even the god's are blessing this day.

She turns to the door opening the chamber doors to her husband. He stands their in his royal attire with his sword dangling at his waist. Artemis can not help but do a once over lucky to call this man her own.

While she is glazing over him, he is appearing to do the same. His eyes leisurely taking in all that is his silver beauty. He still believes the god's sculpted her personally. How could one person hold such beauty... mind and body. He knows he is one lucky man... Her dress made of silver silk true to her nature. Her hair is down her back but pulled away giving clear view of her hypnotizing metallic irises. A smirk appears on his lips realizing her eyes have become darker and her emotions are beginning to run through him. Her desire for him is almost overwhelming his senses.

He steps closer gently gripping her neck to pull her lips to his. Instantly molding as they have done since the first time. Artemis can not focus with her emotions being overwhelmed not only by herself but Caspian's as well. The sparks tingling her lips wanting her to ravish him to no end.

'AHEM'

Caspian stops his fervent movement against Artemis' lips and pulls back enough for air to pass as his eyes remain locked his beloved. Her chest rising and falling as she attempts to regulate her breathing while also staring longingly at her husband. Neither bothering to look to the intruder who begins stepping closer to them.

"Prince Caspian, I do believe we need to get moving."

He nods listening to Navene giving one more peck to Artemis before stepping away. Holding his arm out. She places her hand in his while Cass giggles at her brother. Navene taking a glance into the bedroom giving Vatalanie an appreciative nod who returns the gesture before placing her head near Liam's. Closing the door, he graciously takes the princess down to the great hall.

At the door's entrance, the four can hear the chatter within the hall. Navene and Cass give the couple a hug before making their way into the bustling hall. Artemis hearing the sound feels her muscles go stiff. Caspian instantly rubbing her back in reassurance. He knows what this day means not only to him but to her.

She scoffs hearing him making him appear amused at her. She clears her throat straightening up once again. Caspian tugs her to turn towards him giving him her full attention. Taking both of her hands into his own and pulling her close so their foreheads touch. The action causing Artemis to release a breath she was unaware she was holding.

Both turn towards the door as the guards open them simultaneously. The hall going instantly quiet. Artemis can feel her heart attempting to beat out of her chest. Caspian turns forward once again and helping his distressed wife coil her arm into his.

"ALL RISE FOR PRINCE CASPIAN AND HIS BELOVED WIFE, PRINCESS ARTEMIS"

Everyone stands still staring at the silver beauty. The woman watching with astonishment while the men look on with lust. Caspian grits his teeth and tugs her closer not liking their eyes upon his beloved. The couple walks graciously to the front of the hall where they see King Casden and Queen Analee standing proudly watching them. Lil Mira protectively in a bassinet next to the queen's throne with Goliath standing tall in front of her. Once again Navene and Tesara are standing next to a sitting princess Cassandra.

The king can't help the wide grin looking at the nervous Artemis. Never has he seen her in anything other than her gracious stance. The epitome of elegance and strength... however here stands a woman who looks petrified to make a mistake. He looks to his son whose fingers have made their way onto of his wife's arm to rub her soothingly. A proud fire igniting in his chest at his son's intuition for his wife's needs. He then looks to the crowd who is still staring at the back of Artemis. He clears his throat gaining their attention.

"Thank you all for joining us here today. We have much to be grateful for in these last few months."

He pauses looking down to his wife who instinctively looks to him with glossy eyes and a smile upon her lips.

"My apologies, we have much to be grateful for this past year... We have all come to know of Lady Artemis, now Princess Artemis."

Artemis straightens her spines but her nerves are on edge. The king smiles gently towards her before directing his attention back to the mass.

"She has come to us a blessing. She rescued each of my family members on more than one occasion. It is not her unique abilities, or her rare defining features that make her our Kingdom's blessing... It is how no matter the situation, her instinct is always to protect."

Artemis drops her chin slightly feeling the tears rushing forth. The praise should be something she has come to know. It still does not cease to amaze her, the love the royal family shows her.

"She has not only saved us but also gained the affections of my son... and I couldn't be prouder. Your prince has become a strong leader and grown with wisdom with his wife at his side. They are two wholes whom found each other to complete a set. In the process have produced my first grandson, Prince Liam."

Everyone instantly clapping loudly in praise of the young boy. He puts his hands up to silence them which they do. Settling down while Caspian and Artemis share a glance at each other full of love.

"Prince Liam is now a month old, and our lil Mira a month and a half old. I have watched my son and first daughter grow into fine leaders with the help of the kingdom and my beloved..."

He turns kissing the queen gently on the side of her head. Her eyes closing on their own accord while smiling at the affection.

"Today we are all gathered here to witness the new King and Queen being crowned. It is time for my son to take his rightful place as the King of Tesalee. With his wife by his side, I have no doubts of their capabilities."

All clap once again in agreement with their King.

"Caspian, please kneel."

Caspian does as told releasing Artemis who stands watching this moment unfold. The king steps forward slowly taking his crown off his head. Caspian's head already slightly bowed for his father. The golden ring gently going onto his dark locks. Once he feels the presence he gently looks up this father who looked to him with pride.

"ALL HAIL KING CASPIAN!"

At the voice of the king the crowd repeats his words. Caspian slowly rising to his feet turning to his wife who has a watery eyes and a smile that wobbles slightly. He presses his forehead to hers as the crowd continues to chant. The king then steps back allowing his wife to take control. She raises her hand silencing the crowd.

"Now typically the king would announce his queen however due to them being wed before coronation, I have the rights to bestow upon the new queen."

Her eyes locking with the eyes of her daughter in law. She can see how emotional Artemis is in this moment. Giving her a wink, she hopes to slightly ease her tension. It worked as Artemis visibly relaxed her posture.

"As my husband has said, you are our Kingdom's blessing... And I am the proudest mother in the world. Now having not only one daughter but three."

Caspian grips her hand feeling her intake a sharp breath at his mother's words. He knew his parents viewed her as one of their own. It was obvious to all other than his wife.

"Please kneel Princess Artemis."

Artemis does so graciously feeling Caspian slowly release her just to appear down at her with loving eyes. Her eyes glancing over to Navene whose chest is raised with pride as a grin rest upon his lips. She then lowers her head as the weight of the golden crown is placed upon her head. Caspian reaches down to help her rise slowly while the queen begins speaking.

"ALL HAIL QUEEN ARTEMIS!"

The crowd once again begins chanting loudly. Artemis closes her eyes in that moment. Memories of all moments since meeting the prince quickly flashing through her mind. Her heart swelling with love not only for Caspian, or his family... but for this kingdom.

They both turn around looking upon their people. Their hands linked together, standing as one. Navene had never felt more pride then he did in this moment. With mere minutes of meeting her, he knew she would make a difference... And now, she will.

The crowd begins going to their knees in a bow to the new royal couple. Artemis feels her heart soar as cold chills sweep her body. This instant, this moment forever being engraved in her brain.
