Caspian runs throughout the wing searching for Artemis. He goes up to the upper rooms not sure where she could have gone before his mind begins to wonder if she had left after stating she wouldn't. He shook his head and then took a deep breath clearing his mind.

Artemis, my love, can you hear me?

He waits an agonizing moment before the sultry voice he was dying to hear funnels into his head.

Yes I can my prince

Where are you?

He waits but doesn't get a response. He then remembers the last time they spoke like this and he dashed off to the place she was before. He makes it down to the stables but doesn't see any heads peaking over the stalls.

"ARTEMIS!"

He hollers loudly. A deep chuckle can be heard and he walks closer to a stall. His father then stands up holding out his hand to help Lady Artemis up. Caspian lets out a breath before opening the stall door as the king steps out. Caspian doesn't hesitate once again walking straight to his cloaked beauty. He cups her cheek allowing the pad of his thumb to brush over her delicate skin. She gives him a gentle smile as her eyes close on their own accord.

"Son, she said she would not leave."

"I'm here Caspian"

He exhales slowly as he grips her neck and brings his forehead against hers. He closes his eyes allowing their closeness to calm his jittery nerves. He then feels her soft hand grace the back of his head gently running her fingers down his hair.

The king stands by amused by the couples fondness for each other. He shakes his head before making a quiet exit out of the stables. He begins walking back into the castle to find his own beloved.

"Caspian, it is okay..."

"No it is not."

He doesn't let her continue before he attaches his lips to hers. She caves giving into the feeling only he can erupt in her. He groans against her luscious lips and grips the back of her neck as he devours what has set his soul a flamed. He lets his mind be only consumed by thoughts of her as his lips danced against her own.

"Caspian"

Her breathy moan encourages him to press his body more firmly to hers before the neighing of the horse causes them to break apart. Artemis is blushing profusely as she heaves trying to bring air into her lungs. Caspian can't stop holding her so close bracing the back of her neck as he looks upon her. Her face is flushed and her lips are swollen and red. He almost dives in again before giggles are heard making the couple look over the stall where they see Navene and Cass peaking over the door. Artemis abruptly pushes away causing Caspian to almost fall over.

Navene and Cass can't help but laugh at Caspian as he tries to stand up and straighten his shirt out. He can feel his own blush creeping up his cheeks. The couple looking all sorts of flustered as they narrow their eyes at the intruders.

"Navene"

"Cass"

They say at the same time in a warning tone. The young team look at each other before laughing yet again.

"That's it!"

Caspian says making the young ones eye's go wide as they run away from the love birds who chase after them. Everyone laughing in good content. They make it to the back side of the castle where they begin playing a game of hide and seek it seems.

The king found his love pacing the link of their balcony. He braced his body against the door as he watches her mumble under her breath. He can't help but feel a smile tug at his lips. He pushes of the frame after a few minutes of her still not realizing he is standing there. She finally looks up to see him and takes a deep breath. He wraps her in a hug as she coils her arms around his waist. He kisses her forehead and she relaxes against him letting him release her tension.

"Love, it will be okay"

She let's her husband's words sink in as she relents to his touch. After a few minutes giggles and laughter erupt from below making them both step to the side to see what all is occurring. The view melting their hearts. They can see that Caspian and Artemis are playfully chasing the children who are hiding behind bushes and flowers. The queen's smile once again returning as she looks upon the happy faces of her children.

"You see my queen, all is well."

"And you see who is the cause of that happiness..."

The king chuckles but doesn't comment knowing his wife is accurate. They continue to gaze upon the children as night falls upon them. Not one realizing the day had swept away. The evening comes and a maid knocks on the king and queen's chambers letting them know it is supper time. The king takes his loves hand giving it a kiss before walking her out of the room. While down below another maiden is gathering up the kids.

"Your highness's, it's time for supper!"

Caspian takes a breather as the other three come out from their hiding spots. Artemis walking to Navene as Cass walks over to her big brother. They all look upon each other and sullen looks befall them.

"Artemis-"

"It's okay Caspian, we will see you... later." She hesitates not sure if she would see him tonight or tomorrow and didn't want to lie.

He sighs a breath before once again cupping her cheek and pulling her towards him. He kisses her forehead as she closes her eyes enjoying his simple gesture. The young duo hug while they older couple's gesture is more intimate.

Unbeknownst to them the eyes of one fury filled princess who can't tear her eyes away from the cloaked figure who is holding her possession's attention. She practically stomps her foot feeling the rage flowing through her. Her mind wandering to who this commoner was and how she has taken away what should rightfully be hers. She watches as he pulls away and notices that she stays behind along with another small figure. She begins walking again so she may meet up with him. She notices his sister has taken his arm as she falls in behind him.

"Oh Caspian!" She giggles as she jogs up to his other side. Automatically winding her arm through his. Caspian has to grit his teeth to stop from yanking his arm free. Cass just rolls her eyes as they continue walking into the dinning hall. Caspian leads both princess's to their respectable chairs while Lena giggles thanking him.

The queen can't resist rolling her eyes as her husband chuckles at his wife. He covers it up by taking a drink. They all sit down and the food is brought out to the table. The maids placing the delicious feast amongst them however one maid trips having her drop her food on the floor. She falls down directly beside Princess Lena who gasp and places her hand to her chest. Caspian is quick to his feet helping the maid up.

"Are you alright?"

The maid nods but doesn't comment before being cut off by Lena.

"Oh honestly Caspian, the servant needs to watch what she is doing."

Caspian looks to the princess who sips away without a care in the world. The royal family all looking upon her in shock. Caspian finishes helping the maid up as he locks his jaw from stating that she was clearly being rude.

"So Caspian, what are we doing tomorrow?" Lena ask while pushing her chest more up than ever needed.

"Actually Princess Lena, I have duties to attend with the king tomorrow." Lena drops her fork allowing a loud clank to resonate throughout the hall. She takes a drink and clears her throat.

"May I join you?"

"Yes you may Princess Lena." Both heads snap to the king who answered before Caspian could come up with an excuse. Lena sits their with a triumphant smile as Caspian's grip on the utensils tightens. "Now let's enjoy our dinner."

The dinner continues with Lena speaking of her kingdom's far vast riches and her speaking of a dream wedding. All royals remaining silent throughout trying to speed up the process. Lena once again is clueless to the emotions surrounding her. When they finally finish up, Cass is first out the door.

"Caspian, would you walk me back to my chambers?"

He grits his teeth glancing to his father who has a narrow gaze on him. He gives a forced smile before standing up and rounding the table to the princess's side. She grins before linking once again with Caspian. He lifts her up as his parent's sit there watching as he walks away. They get into the hallways before she becomes speaking again.

"So Caspian, I have missed you greatly." Caspian doesn't comment which allows the princess to continue. "I look forward to our day tomorrow."

Caspian couldn't get to her chambers fast enough. He listens to her fantasize over things that will never become a reality. Once they arrive at the door, he briskly turns around to her.

"Have a good evening Princess Lena." He bows slightly and is completely taken off guard by her rushing forward hugging him.

"Oh Caspian, would you-"

He abruptly pulls away like she is burning his skin. She stumbles slightly as he straightens himself out.

"Princess Lena, that would be highly inappropriate. Have a good evening."

He abruptly turns and walks away as the princess stands their gobsmacked at his reaction to her. She gathers herself only enough to get in the room before slamming the door shut behind her.

Caspian brushes his shirt off before walking towards his own chambers. He stops as he hears a melancholy voice coming from the tower. He follows it to the top where he sees Artemis with a hawk on her arm as she pets it. He walks up slowly before the hawk whips it's head to the prince.

"Artemis?"

She finishes the song and gently pushes her arm upward letting the bird take flight. Caspian can't help but chuckle as he watches the wing span of the bird take off. He walks up placing his arms around her waist.

"You are... something else Artemis."

"So dinner?"

He groans as she giggles while they look to the stars.
