WHY DOES IT HURT SO MUCH DURING PERIODS?
The same night I could leave. They said they'd send the nurse in two days. They gave me the meds that I had to take timely.
We were driving back to his place when he placed his hand on my thigh.
"I'm sorry," he said
"I just want to know why did you not visit me?" I genuinely wanted to know.
"I had an emergency. I promise I'd never do that again," he answered while his thumb rubbed my thigh.
Not the thigh thing. It makes me fuzzy.
"Do you remember I asked you about your work?" I asked.

He hummed and parked his car in the garage.
"Let's take this upstairs?" He raised his eyebrows.
"Only if you answer me this time," I had to.
He agreed and pecked my forehead and took me up.
He kisses me a lot.
And I like them a lot.
We were now sitting on the sofa. My favorite spot.
"We take care of the people who are stuck in human trafficking," he announced.
No hesitation. Nothing. Straight. Blunt.
"Why?" I asked.
I thought he was a vampire. Is he really a vampire? That would be cool, though. But not Edward Cullen. He ain't it.
"We get our tip from different people and stop the illegal drugs business, too. They basically exploit kids and take them into their drugs business and traffic them. Our research team works far better than cops. We kill those people. No mercy. Point blank death."
"You sure don't kill innocent people?" I asked.
"Never," he firmly nods.
"You help rescue them?" I asked again.
"Yes"
"So what if one day the cops catch you?" I need to enquire.

"They'll never. There are people there who work for us. No threat here," He said calmly.
"You sure"
"Positive"
"I'm so proud of you. So much that you can't even imagine." I hugged him tightly, and he sat me on his lap.
"You're not scared of me?" he was shocked and his tone gave away.
"I'm not scared of you, but a bit scared for you. You are amazing, do you know that? Every victim or survivor wants justice and you give them. That's incredible," I said and kissed his nose.
I jumped a bit on his lap with excitement and clapped my hands when he suddenly stiffened.
"Stop," he grunted.
"Are you hurt somewhere?" I checked his face, hand. I was going to move when he held me in my place.
"Don't you look sexy in this position, hmm?" he smirked.
My cheeks were on fire.
"No. You are sexier. Your actions make you sexy. Does that even make sense- " His next words cut me off.
"Shall I kiss you?" he stared at my lips then my eyes.
I loved when he pinned me with his eyes. My mind always gets blank. I wordlessly nodded.
He cupped my face tenderly. His gloves instantly warmed me.
and we both leaned in.
It was bliss. He was blissful.
The moment our lips touched, I felt at peace.
He was amazing in all sorts.
I never knew someone could be this caring for me. Someone could hold me gently and take care of me.
I could feel his hands roaming on my body. I could feel his gentleness.
The way our lips moved and how he held me made a moan erupt from my mouth.
He groaned and bit my lower lip and pulled it with his teeth.

We both broke our kiss when I couldn't breathe anymore.
We both were breathing heavily. His cheeks were flushed. I myself was blushing.
"You, my love, are the reason for my living now," he said, and we kissed again.
I loved this kiss more. I loved myself more.
I woke up at night and saw myself in his embrace.
He held me tightly, yet gently.
I loved how gentle he was with me.
I pecked his cheeks and slept back again.
It would have been awkward for me if we slept in separate rooms. Especially after our kiss.
I blushed at that thought and quickly tried to fall asleep.
