《》Chapter 39: Genesis and Bella Cullen

"This gives memories from my wedding day, not gonna lie." Genesis commented as Alice tried to cover the dark bags under Bella's eyes. "Nightmare?" Genesis asked. Bella sighed and nodded. "Guess we're both unlucky when it comes to dreams before good days." Genesis sighed. Genesis had, thankfully, never had the nightmare again. However, that doesn't really strike her as good news that much.
If it were to be a recurring nightmare, then she'd know it was just a nightmare. But, it's not, so now she can't get it out of her head that it may have been real. Genesis looked out the window and down to the reception area. Her eyes landed on Jasper, and a memory of him being in her room the night of the nightmare ran across her mind. He had been acting strange that night. The way he sped out of her room before Bella had entered had given her an odd feeling. As if something was off.
She'd have to ask him about it.
Genesis stood with Carlisle as they watched the party of humans and vampires alike mingle. "It's funny. It seems like just yesterday, we were the ones getting married." Carlisle spoke as he pulled his wife's hand to his lips, giving it a gentle kiss. Genesis smiled fondly at the memory, remembering all the joy it had brought others at the wedding. She could see Garret and Kate side by side, admiring each other as if they had just started dating.
"Staring at people again, mom?" A voice sounded from behind the two. She turned to see Bri and Seth. The two had gotten together a month after meeting, not wanting to rush anything even though they were already connected. Genesis is actually proud Bri and Bradley waited and got to know their mates before jumping right into dating. However, she's certain that it most likely wouldn't have made a difference if they did. Seeing as that her sister is living proof that it could work that way.
"I'm not staring. I'm observing from a distance." Genesis defended. "That sounds like you're stalking." Carlisle pointed out. "Not stalking. Just watching them from a distance while they don't know I'm doing so." Genesis corrected. "That's the definition of stalking." Seth laughed. "I don't know what you guys are talking about." Genesis said.
Genesis sighed, "Do you know where Jake is?" She asked. Seth looked down, "Billy said he ran out of the house. Hasn't seen him since. Pretty sure he went to Sam's." He explained. Genesis shook her head in disappointment. "I thought he'd show up this time around." She said, remembering how he was a no show at her wedding. How is he still hung up over them? She could have swore she made it clear as day.

"Genesis!" Bella's voice called from across the room. Genesis rolled her eyes with a small smile, kissing Carlisle on the cheek before departing and walking off to her sister. "What's up, Bells?" She asked. "Upstairs, quick, help me pack! Edward is taking me somewhere and I don't know what to wear." She said as she grabbed her hand and pulled her up the steps into Rose's room.
"Oh good, you're here! We can get started." Genesis heard as she entered the room. All the girls were in there. "Wait, why am I here if they're all here?" Genesis asked. "Because I have to go back downstairs and I don't trust them to give me clothes I'd like to wear." Bella gave Alice a playful glare. "Oh come on! You love my outfits!" She argued. "Yeah, on you." Rose pointed out teasingly. Alice rolled her eyes and gestured the girl out of the room.
Bella sighed and gave Genesis a quick hug before heading downstairs. Even on her wedding day, Bella manages to still have her childish antics of gaining hope from Genesis. The women then proceeded to go through things Bella already packed and clothes that she could take.
"Okay, so where are they going?" Genesis asked, trying to get an idea of what to give her sister. "An island Carlisle bought about a year ago. I believe the same one you guys went to." Esme answered. A light blush came upon Genesis's face in remembrance of their night there. Then she realized that Bella has wanted to do the same with Edward before he even proposed. A smirk grazed her lips and the other girls looked at her confused and kind of terrified.
"We need to get freaky."
Bella and Genesis walked outside together after Edward had said there was something out there for them. If they didn't trust Edward, they'd say this whole thing looked like a trap as they walked a bit into the woods. "Hope I'm not too, too late." Jacob's voice spoke as he made himself visible from the trees. "Jake!" Bella cheered as she ran up to the man, giving him a big hug.
Jacob looked behind Bella, making eye contact with Genesis. She frowned and turned around to walk away, but he quickly grabbed her arm before she could move. "Wait!" He pleaded. Genesis sighed and turned around, facing the guilty looking boy. "I'm sorry for not being at your wedding." He paused, turning his face away in disgust, "I just couldn't bare to see you walk down the isle into someone else's arms." He explained.

Genesis and Bella looked at the boy in disbelief, not believing that their so called friend would say or do such a thing. "Jake, I thought you understood. I thought you were our friend." Genesis said as she pulled her arm from Jacob's grasp. "Is that why you didn't show up until just now?! You didn't want to watch me either?! What the hell is wrong with you, Jacob?!" Bella demanded.
"You know exactly what's wrong with me! I love you! I love you both! And yet I lost both of you to two bloodsucking demons!" He argued. "They protect us! They cherish us! They love us and only us! They've been nothing but patient with you even though you have done nothing but insult them and try to steal Bella and I away! Have you any dignity?! Or at least a sense of respect for either of our feelings?! Or, do you only care about you?" Genesis accused.
Bella was shocked to say the least. She had never seen Genesis so angry before. She was right. This whole time they have been nothing but honest with Jacob, yet he still won't give up. "Jacob. I love you, we both do. You're our best friend. But, if you can't get over this and just be our friend, I don't think you should come around anymore." Bella said. Jacob's eyes widened. He didn't think that they would push him away.
Jacob turned and grabbed Bella's shoulders, "Bella, you cant be serious! They're gonna kill you both!" He exaggerated. Genesis pulled the boy off Bella, "Get your hands off her. They're not going to do anything that we don't consent with. We said what we had to, now get over it." Genesis said. "Genesis," Jacob was cut off by the rustling around them. Sam and Paul appeared behind him, Carlisle and Edward joining the girls sides.
"Jacob, it's time for you to go."
Bella and Genesis sat on one of the benches on the side of the isle, looking up at the sky that was getting darker by the hour. "You ever think we would get this far?" Bella asked. Genesis laughed a bit. "I knew you would. Me? Not so much." She sighed. Bella frowned, "I know what happened to you took a tole on you, but did you really think no one would love you? What happened wasn't your fault." She said.
"It wasn't exactly that I thought no one could ever love me because of what happened. It's because I didn't think I could live with myself after what happened." She explained. Bella rose an eyebrow in confusion, "What do you mean?" She asked. Genesis thought for a moment, wondering wether or not she should tell her sister of her past plans. She sighed, knowing that she would always need to tell Bella the truth.
"I had a plan, while growing up, that I would leave once I knew you were going to be alright." Genesis confessed. "Leave? What do you mean leave?" Bella asked. Genesis looked her in the eyes, "I was going to kill myself, Bella." She stated flatly. Bella's eyes widened in shock. Genesis? Killing herself? She couldn't even imagine a world without her. She wanted to vomit at the thought, the utter image of her lifeless body shaking her to the core.
"What? You can't be serious. There's no way- I, I could never live..." Bella couldn't form a thought process to speak. She didn't want to think about never seeing Genesis again. She had once thought up a plan of how to convince the Cullen's to let her change her before Genesis and Carlisle got together. The only way she was here is because of Genesis. She couldn't live for eternity without her.
"Bells, Bells, it's okay! That's all in the past now. There's no reason to be upset. I'm here, and I always will be." Genesis comforted. Bella shook her head, a car horn sounding in the distance telling her it was time to go. She grabbed Genesis's hands tightly, "Promise me we'll be together forever." She demanded. Genesis looked up at her and smiled.
"I promise."

Invader Zim >> Not Just a Defect <<
First of all, this is my first Invader Zim story. Second of all, I never even watched the show when it first came out, considering I thought I was too old to be watching a Nickelodeon TV show. It wasn't until a couple weeks ago when one of my favorite YouTubers, Saberspark, did a review on the new Invader Zim movie. He said a lot of good stuff about the show, and how much he love jt, so I decided to give it a try. I immediately started loving the show after watching the movie first (should have started with the TV show, but I wasn't thinking at the time and wanted to see ehh Saberspark liked it so much (>w>)) Anyway, this story will be taking place AFTER the movie, Invader Zim Enter the Florpus. It will be taking place a couple weeks, maybe a month, after the Florpus incident, so not much would have changed. Again, if you know the artist of the Cover Art used for this story, please tell me so I could credit them properly. Anyway, I hope you'll all enjoy this story as much a I will enjoy writing it (^v^/) (Don't worry I ask permission to post and share it's book it belongs to Veronika1930) https://www.wattpad.com/story/199046111-invader-zim-%E3%80%8Bnot-just-a-defect-%E3%80%8A
