《》Chapter 36: Bachelorette Party

"I don't think her feet should be bending that way." Bella mused as she watched her sister try, and fail, to break in the heals Alice is forcing her to wear down the aisle. "She's just gonna have to break them in! And you're next, you know." Alice huffed as she caught Genesis from falling and twisting her ankle, again. "At this point I'm just gonna cut off my feet. They hurt like hell and I don't even think having them is worth it anymore." Genesis sighed.
"You're being overdramatic! They look great on you! It's just a few minutes and then you can take them off." Alice compromised. Genesis sighed, knowing that 'no' was definitely not a word Alice understands. "Okay, fine. I'll do it for you." She finally agreed, making Alice squeal with delight and hugging her tightly. "Okay, okay, you need to go and get some rest. It's a big day tomorrow and I don't need you looking dead." Alice said, shooing the two girls off.
"Did she just?" Bella questioned, making Genesis laugh, "She did."
"I can't believe we're doing this." Bella said as she zipped up Genesis's dress. "Why would you even want a bachelorette party? You know Carlisle's heavily protective of you. How does he feel about this?" Bella asked. "It wasn't my idea, so I think that's the reason why he hasn't stopped it. Esme is the one who planned it. Besides, Chandler made a bachelor party for him, so it's kind of just a thing at this point." Genesis explained.
"Do you know what we're even doing?" Genesis asked, pulling her hair into a high ponytail, "Of course not. They know you'd get it out of me somehow or another. It's supposed to be a surprise, so you should try and enjoy it." Bella mused as she gave Genesis a poke to the side. Genesis rolled her eyes at her sister's blatant hypocrisy. She wasn't exactly okay with having this party. Nothing good has ever happened at any party she has went to.

"Hey, I'll be right back. I'm gonna go fix my hair so I don't look like complete garbage." Bella huffed as she left towards the bathroom. Genesis sighed and looked at herself in the mirror with a frown. "I see that look. You're not on board with this party either?" Genesis, surprisingly, didn't jump in fear at Jasper's sudden presence behind her. Genesis turned around and gave a nod. Jasper sighed and gave her a hug, calming her anxiety as he did so.
"I just have a bad feeling that somethings going to happen." She confided. Jasper pulled away and nodded understandingly. "Honestly, so do I, but Alice swears that she hasn't seen anything, so I don't know why we feel this way." He said. Genesis nodded and forced a smile, "How do I look?" She asked. "Good. Too good. If Carlisle knew you were going out like that, he'd stop the party." He mused.
Genesis sighed. "None of this was my idea. Esme and Alice planned the party and Rose and Bri picked mine and Bella's outfits. I feel like a dress up doll." She huffed. Jasper chuckled and shook his head, pulling his phone out and snapping a picture. "What was that for?" She asked. "Your ticket out of wherever you end up tonight. Send me a picture of Bella, too. All I'd have to do is show them to Emmett and Edward and they'll be by your sides in a flash to get you two out of there." He explained.
Genesis raised an eyebrow, "I get Edward, but why Emmett?" She asked. "I'd show Carlisle but he's not supposed to see you until tomorrow at the wedding, and Emmett is definitely protective enough over you that he'd get the gist and come to the rescue." He explained. Genesis nodded, but, another question came to mind, but she didn't have time to ask because Bella was already walking in the room, making Jasper disappear as if he were never there.

"You ready to go?" Bella asked. Genesis sighed.
"Let's do this."
"You know, when you guys said you had something big planned, I didn't expect you to rent out an entire club!" Genesis exclaimed over the pounding music coming from the DJ. They were playing all her favorite bands, which was funny since her music tastes were seen as "emo" rock bands, so anyone hearing it from the outside were probably highly confused at the sound of My Chemical Romance blaring from a night club.
"What can I say? We had to go all out." Alice giggled. There were a lot of random people that Genesis at least halfway recognized from either being the Cullen's friends or the packs. Everyone, thankfully, found a way to start dancing once some Fall Out Boy songs started playing. Dance, Dance really can light up a place. "Who are all these people?" Bella asked over the music. "Friends I guess!" Genesis answered.
"I don't really like crowded places!" Bella yelled honestly. "Me neither! But we're gonna stay for at least an hour before bailing!" Genesis smirked as Bella smiled thankfully. This was gonna be interesting.
Genesis shut the door quickly to the club bathroom, thankful to get away from all the drunk guys hitting on her every five seconds. Why were those guys even there? Didn't they know what the party was for? Bella and Jacob ran off somewhere and now Genesis was waiting for Bri to show up. Apparently, Bri's gift is to see how others are feeling. Almost like Jasper, but, instead of sensing emotions, she could see auras. She could see if someone is angry, has good or bad intentions, etc.
Genesis sighed and looked in the mirror, fixing her out of place hair and focuses a bit on the Panic! At The Disco song playing outside the door. The door opened behind her and she sighed happily. "Thank God, Bri-" Genesis cut herself off when she turned around and saw that it wasn't Bri standing there. Her eyes widened in confusion and shock. How was this even possible?
It was her ten year old self.
"How, what?" Genesis stuttered. She had had a few drinks tonight, maybe she fell out or something and now she's dreaming? "You look strange now. So beautiful." Little her spoke. "It's a shame. So young." She said. Genesis was dumbfounded to say the least. What was she supposed to say? What was she even trying to tell her. "What?" Genesis finally spoke. Little her cracked a smile, a devious expression. "You'll find out soon enough."
Then, Genesis opened her eyes.
