Ashton knew exactly what he wanted to do and yet there was no way to do it. School was ending, majority of senior students weren't even thinking of returning back to the hell hole after exams and so Ashton's plan wasn't going through as well as he thought it would.

There was one possibility though and that was graduation night.

It wasn't that he specifically needed to do what he was going to do, he just wanted to. He felt as if it was best.

So when graduation rolled around a couple days later, Ashton was stuck in his room, staring back at his reflection in the mirror.

"You can do this," he whispered encouragingly to himself.

Sighing and standing up straight, Ashton fixed his tie and got what he needed before making his way downstairs.

"Ashton?" he halted at his mums voice, hearing her approaching footsteps.

"Oh honey, look at you! Brad come here, come look at our son! He's so handsome isn't he?" she said, taking a stand in front of Ashton.

Ashton rolled his eyes at his mother and ran a hand through his neatly styled blond hair. His dad entered and stood beside his wife.

"You clean up well I guess," he said, making Ashton crack a small smile.

"Oh are you going now?" his mum asked, eyeing the set of keys Ashton was fiddling in his hands.

"Yeah, I'll see you guys later yeah?" he replied.

"Alright then, please don't say anything stupid when you get to put your word in. Say something meaningful," his mum said, pleading with her eyes for Ashton to not mess it up.

He was quite sure he might just, "Don't worry, it will come from my heart," he replied, his eyes glistening in amusement.
