Ashton's final football game for the championship was nearing as the week passed by but Ashton's head however, was not in the game.

He was stuck out at extra practice after school on Friday for their big game the following day and he would constantly kick sloppily or run half heartedly.

His coach yelled at him to quit playing like crap but it went through one ear and out the other.

Mateo on the other hand, would make snarky comments at Ashton like, 'too heartbroken after the Betsy issue to play.'

Which was half true, he was kind of heartbroken. Not over Betsy though, but over her twin brother. Ashton wondered what Mateo would say if he found that one out.

Luca wouldn't leave his mind though, he literally occupied it. He hadn't talked to Ashton since Monday and that irritated him immensely. It was excruciatingly painful but he understood to a point.

His sister's feelings needed to be considered.

Practice soon ended and the coach pulled Ashton back before he could escape to the change rooms with the rest of his team.

"Anders mate, what the fuck was that out there?" he asked, and Ashton could tell he was trying to not get too bad.

"Sorry just a bad day," Ashton mumbled in reply, scratching the back of his neck.

Coach Martin shook his head, "Just a bad day? That's not acceptable, the game is tomorrow Ashton! Your whole team is relying on you as the captain to pull through and get your shit together so you can play like the Ashton we all know and love. Understand?"

Ashton looked down and nodded his head, "Yes Coach."

Coach Martin pushed his shoulder, so he stumbled forward, "Good. Now go and change."

Ashton nodded once again and ran off to change into a fresh set of clothes.

When he was finished, Ashton was surprised to walk out to his car and see Luca standing there.

"Luca?" Ashton asked, slightly confused but he felt his heart beats increase at the sight of him.

"I figured you'd be here," Luca replied.

"Oh well what are you doing here then?"

Luca watched Ashton fish out his keys from his bag and fiddle with it in his hands.

"We uh, need to talk. Like really, this is important."

Ashton frowned, "Okay, get in the car then."

Luca opened the passengers car door and seated himself, Ashton doing the same on the drivers side.

Luca took a deep breath and glanced over to Ashton who watched him with anticipation.

"We need to talk to Betsy. Now."

Plus I have like 6 other story ideas that I'm itching to start writing but I want to try.. Should I just juggle like 4 different books at the same time lol?
