Benji swung open the door to his dark, rustic house. From the outside, Luca really liked the look of the house, it reminded him of an old country home.
Inside, Luca noticed it was warm, cozy and met his high expectations as he followed Benji and Ashton through the hallway.
"My parents are out for the night so we get the house to ourselves," Benji exclaimed, leading the boys into the connecting kitchen and living room.
He sunk into the couch, Ashton doing the same whilst Luca opted for an armchair beside them.
"Will there be alcohol?" Ashton asked giddily, looking up at Benji with hopeful eyes.
Benji sent him a glare, "No, i'm not allowing you to get drunk."
"What is that suppose to mean?" Ashton asked, furrowing his eyebrows.
"It means, i've seen you drunk before and it's extremely chaotic. You'd probably trash my house, and then mope around afterwards," Benji shook his head and turned to Luca, ignoring Ashton's protests, "What sort are you?"
Luca shrugged his shoulders. Never had he once asked himself that question, because well, he didn't know.
"I've never been drunk," he mumbled.
"Never?" Ashton exclaimed, leaning foward in his seat.
"Wow aren't you quirky?" Benji asked, raising an eyebrow.
Luca caught his teasing smirk and rolled his eyes. Benji had this thing about sterotypes and he was adament that Luca was exactly like some cliche main protagonist from a movie.
It was kind of funny, really.
"Wait like actually never?" Ashton questioned again.
"It's not that big of a deal," Luca murmured, squirming in his seat.
Ashton dropped the subject and soon, the three boys found themselves playing on Benji's PlayStation. Luca never picked up a gaming console in his life but when he sat there playing some shooting game against Benji, he found himself really enjoying it.

It was kind of a special moment for him as someone who never had male friends in his life and now suddenly, he had two. Well, kind of two.
But it was like he was experiencing a part of his life he had so largely missed out on due to his lack of care and social intercations. And he really liked it, it felt nice.
All positivity and feeling like he was okay, backfired however when Benji gave Luca a tour of the house and informed him of where he was sleeping for the night.
On the couch, with Ashton.
"I don't understand," Luca mumbled, gazing back over to Benji who had just told him.
Benji sighed and bent down towards the couch, fishing his hand under a cushion and fiddling around.
Luca frowned but realised what he was doing when a click sounded and the couch pulled out into double bed.
"Would you rather sleep on the floor Luca?" Benji asked him, flopping himself down onto the bed.
Luca followed suit, pouting like a child as he did so. The bed was extremely comfy and soft, he could tell by Benji's grin that he knew Luca couldn't possibpy sleep on the ground after feeling how comfortable it was.
"No, but Ashton can," he remarked, matching Benji's grin.
Ashton walked in just in that momemt aftet leaving to order some pizza and Benji ushered him over.
"Ashton tell me, would you prefer sleeping on the ground or this super nice bed?"
Ashton obviously didn't notice the problem, "Bed of course."
Luca internally groaned and instantly regretted to agreeing to any of this.
"There, problem solved. you can both share the bed," Benji said, with the shake of his head.
He shifted over and dragged Ashton down to lie in the middle of himself and Luca.

"Wait, share?" Ashton asked, widening his eyes.
"Yes. Is that alright with you?"
No, Luca thought to himself, please say no.
"Sure," he replied, turning to meet Luca's eye.
They held eye contact for a moment, Luca almost losing his bitter gaze to match the warmth Ashton's blue eyes so beautifully contrasted.
Luca quickly looked away as if it were burning him, Ashton holding back any sign of hurt from the strange moment.
"Great!" Benji clapped his hands together, breaking the two boys away from each other, "Let's pick a movie shall we?"
