On Sunday, the Violet resident consisted of Betsy chatting the ears off of her brother, her words always making their way back to Ashton and Luca wondered how long this would exactly go on for.

How long would her boy problems, that were somehow involoving the same boy his problems occurred with be all she ever talked about anymore?

He guessed he felt kind of sad about it, that their lives had suddenly become so entranced by none other then Ashton Anders. Like was that really all they talked about anymore?

He wondered silently about what happened to their shared reminsinces of their late mother, or their stupid chats about random things that only mattered to them.

Luca also found himself missing his books, but as hard as he tried, couldn't rediscover that love he used to hold for reading page after page.

It was if everything that once meant everything to him, was no longer apparent.

Maybe he needed it though, a shift in his usual, boring life where he sat around all day, giving no fucks about anyone or anything. Maybe, giving no fucks were to result in so much worse then what he was prepared for, and maybe someone like Ashton Anders was just what he needed.

To find himself within his burning feelings for the boy, to realise that he was so much more then what he made himself out to be. That have feelings for another boy, is vaild and he was fully capable of doing so, despite everything he told himself—all the raw emotions he ripped out of himself and became void of the day his mother died.

And as he stared back at his sister, who hadn't stopped talking, he realised that the two of them were just teenagers and feeling like this, was a normailty. As much as he distated against it, a little drama and love in his life was weirdly healthy and life changing.

Maybe Ashton Anders was truly impacting in both the twins lives, but maybe he was exactly the sort of impact they needed.
