"I agreed to tutor him."

Luca almost choked on air, "You... What?"

Betsy nodded her head, taking a seat on her brother's bed as he hurried around the room searching for a book he lost—halting at his sister's words.

"Extra credit ya know..?" Besty said.

"Are you sure that's the only reason?" Luca asked, giving up on his book as he sat down next to Betsy.

She shrugged. Sure, she thought Ashton was this and that, but did she hate him like Luca did?

"Bezzy.."

"Look let's not make this into some dramatic TV show.. All that's happening is that I'm tutoring him. Hate feelings aside, I'm doing this for my own sake of benefiting my chances of getting a job and stuff. And it's not like I'm going to magically fall for him now.."

Luca raised an eyebrow, "I don't like the guy but hey you go ahead."

Luca had a lot of hate energy within him, but he knew when to not interfere with someone's personal decisions. Even if those decisions involved Ashton Anders.

"Hey maybe I find out he's not that bad.." Betsy suggested with a hopeful smile.

Luca simply snorted, "Yeah okay."
