Chapter 33
SeniaMarie Milano
It was nearing night time and Rah had requested that it was time due to him having things to deal with.
"Ok y'all we gone need everyone to gather around this beautiful couple as we come together to find out what baby Ford really is." Ms. Michelle spoke loud enough for everyone to hear as Rah and I were now the center of attention.
I watched as she grabbed the pink and blue box and she opened it and out floated a black balloon with a question mark. My mouth immediately grew watery and I felt an uneasiness in the pit of my stomach.
"I hope y'all ready..." she said towards us as I slowly grew anxious.
"Let's go!" I heard one of Rah's uncles shouted from the crowd as everybody started to hype it up.
She handed Rah and I the balloon and a pin each.
"Now let's keep and mind whatever the baby is we are grateful no matter what. I wanna thank all of you for coming all the way out here and supporting us, most importantly, Rahmik and Senia." She smiled looking over to us.
As of now everyone had their phones out recording the moment.
"This my first grand baby y'all." She said smiling hard.
"That's right." My nana said in agreement.
"Nah, if it's a boy imma flip that cake over." one of his older cousin Keisha said as we all laughed.
"Ok let's go y'all." She said as we got ready to pop the balloon.
"Ok y'all we gone do a count down. Let's g-"
"So wait is it 3-2-1 or 1-2-3?" One of the twins asked.
"Girl is you stupid she said count down. You real slow forreal." They started to fuss as the crowd erupted into talking and they was obviously fed up.

"Count down. Let's go. 3-2-"
"Maybe y'all should move over in the middle a bit more." The twins mom suggested as everyone sighed but we still did as told.
We were a bit off,
Everyone started once more.
"3-2-"
"Wait do we pop it on 1 or after-"
POP!
I closed my eyes tightly at the ballon popping and soon loud screams ran throughout the back yard as my ears started to tingle.
"Bitch gimme my $50!" I heard someone yell.
I opened my eyes slowly seeing blue confetti fly around the backyard as everyone jumped around screaming and chattering it up with one another.
I was having a baby boy.
I turned looking over to Rah where he stood still with both his hands covering his face and I pulled him into to me.
"Babe were having boy." I said softly to him as he shook his head and I watched him wipe his eyes.
He looked down at me with a wide as grin and bloodshot red eyes.
"You havin' my son." He laughed.
"Yea, I am." I nodded as he tilted my chin and leaned down giving me a long slow kiss.
"Awww." We pulled away as everyone now started as us. Who wasn't crying was just enjoying the moment we were having right now, shit I didn't even realized that I was now crying.
I was honestly so happy within this time right here as I watched everyone excited of I and Rah's creation. I honestly just knew our baby was gonna be loved and cared for right.
Rah was iffy and scared when it came to the father stuff, but me?
I knew this all to well.
"Nia!" I looked towards where I heard the sound come from as Tae rushed me with a hug.

"It's a boy?" He asked as his eyes lit up and I shook my head.
"Yes baby."
"Yes!" He exclaimed causing me to laugh. Everyone was now taking pictures with us and what not.
"I got something for you?" Rah whispered to me kissing my cheek as I backed up a little.
"For me?" I asked shooting him a smile.
After letting my nana and Rahs mom know that we were steeping our for a bit, we both made our way through the back gates to his G wagon where he open the door for me allowing me to get in.
"Where we off to?" I asked trying my best to latch the seatbelt so that I'd be comfortable as possible.
"Stop questioning me man." He chuckled as we reversed out the yard.
It was quiet the whole ride as he drove with one hand and held my hand with the other. The route we were taking was definitely familiar.
A bout 20 minutes later we arrived at the shopping center of Rah's moms bridal store. I was definitely confused now.
"Rahmik what're you up to." I asked looking over to him as his face held a smile.
I watched as we pulled up in the front of a vacant store lot a store away from his moms and completely cut the engine.
I was really puzzled now.
"I know you been talking your shit bout doin' all you needed to be doin' as a woman.-"
"I always told you that no matter what imma support whatever it is you got goin on, I know after the baby you gone be home for a hot minute, but after that-" I watched him paused as he wiped his hand over his mouth.
"I want you to be able and go out there and possess something of your own." He finished before reaching into the glove compartment and handing me a set of keys.
"What's this?" I asked holding them up as I looked over to him.
I watched as he pointed towards the vacant store and looked over to me.
"It's yuh store front mama's." He spoke as my lips slightly parted but nothing came out.
"I-you-. Rah." I said above a whisper as everything slowly became a blur as tears builds up to the brim of my eyes.
I really couldn't find anything to say within this moment.
"Thank you Rahmik." I said softly looking over to him and tucking in my lips for a mere second as her reached over and grabbed me by my chin.
His eyes burned holes into mine for a hot minute and it was almost impossible for me to try and read his face.
"Anything for you..." He spoke in all seriousness.
I really loved this man and the fact that everything about him was real.
.....
Almost out!

The journey has just begun, and the hardest step is always the first one. ~ This is my attempt at both the Xianxia/Wuxia and Portal/Isekai genre of fiction that I love, and the means to provide a story set in such guidelines, while distancing myself from some of the more common tropes. I do hope you enjoy the story I shall endeavor to tell. ~ Average post between 1000 - 3000 words. This is a work in progress, and will be edited and adjusted over time. If you’re interested in something a bit more GameLIT, you might want to check out my second story on Royal Road, “The Dawnfire Archives”.
