《Linger》Chapter 2

"Look at me!" The kidnapper yells again.

He smiled and walked forward with his hands in his pockets.

I look down and try to lean back as best as I could. I could feel the intensity of his creepy blue eyes that seem to pierce right through my soul. I wanted to get away.

Slowly he takes his time walking my direction and stop once he's in front of me and leans in close face enough that his lips barely touch my ear. "You have no idea how much I've been expecting you" he whispered.

I close my eyes before speaking, "Who are you?" I start to yell

But in a instant he slaps me across my face, the stinging pain still lingering on, "Don't you dare rise you tone with me" He stands up furiously, but his face suddenly changes into a sweet smile.

Tears were threatening to spill out, "Please let me go" I murmur

"I can't darling, I won't." his index finger starts to caress my arm slowly.

I flinch,

He starts to untie me and lifts me over his shoulder.

This is my chance, I fight back.

"Let me go" I start pulling on his hair and kicking his stomach. He did not budge even thought I was kicking him repeatedly. Suddenly he lifts me up and forcefully throws me on the bed. Taking the ropes that were tied around my wrist he begins to tie against the bed post.

"No, NO!" I pull away from the rope

Finally looking at me, he gabs a hold of my face and lifts it against his, his nails digging deep on my skin.

Tears were already overflowing slipping down my cheeks.

"I will hurt you if I have to" he shouts.

I stop moving,

He closes his eyes and softly kisses my ear. "I'll be back, I have some business to attend to" He finishes tying my wrist and gets off me.

"Don't try getting out" he sings, "Because if you do I will find you" he smiles holding a chain of keys in his hands.

"and kill you" he slowly says sternly, this time serious.

I could feel the blood leave my face, my body shaking in horror. Was he capable of doing that?

He closes the door behind him and locks at least eight different times that must have had to be scattered along the door outside.

It was silent.

I collapse, this couldn't be happening. I have read stories even saw them on the news about girls being kidnapped across the U.S. But never I had thought this would happen to me.

Why, why.

I struggle against the ropes but it was no use. I was trapped.
