"Oooohh I remember this scene" Beverly giggled

"Shh, don't spoil it for the readers" Aqua chuckled and pulled the girl closer into her arms

"Oh right, let's head back into the flashback"

"What's that?" Beverly asked as she nodded in the direction of the jewelry box

Aqua smiled and locked eyes with her girlfriend, their lustful eyes were now softened and a calm tension fell between them

Aqua's finger wrapped around the golden necklace, Beverly's eyes lit up under the car light.

"What's this?" Bev whispered

"I noticed you always wear two pendants around your neck, I knew it belonged to your great great grandmother but I think it's time you have something for yourself" Aqua mumbled as she brought the necklace around the girl's neck from behind

Beverly's fingers ran over the flat 'B' pendant.

"Thank you" she whispered

"I'm not done yet" Aqua chuckled and pulled out a second necklace

"Another one?" she giggled

"Yep" Aqua mumbled and pulled around the second necklace around her neck

"This is so cute" Beverly chuckled as she held the 'Aquamarine' pendant

"You're cute" Aqua smiled

"No you" She giggled

"Come on, let's go. Don't wanna ruin Ameer's date" Aqua chuckled and intertwined her fingers with her girlfriend, leading her out of the limo

"Bye Ameer!"

"Bye ladies" the brown skinned man smiled before driving away from the school

The two girls stood at the stairs, their eyes scanned over the front of the school that was decorated with blue balloons and strings dripping down the roof with a 'Prom' banner.

Aqua's eyes glanced towards her girlfriend and saw her silent, she nudged Beverly's shoulder to catch her attention

"Hey" Aqua said

"Hey" Bev giggled

"You look beautiful" she whispered

"Oh- thank you" The blonde blushed deeply

"Ugh you're so damn cute" Aqua chuckled and tugged Beverly into the direction of the building and right into the auditorium.

"Ladies and Gentlemen!" The Principal announced

"And non binary pals!" Aqua hissed through the sounds of music, surprised that the man heard

"Ah yes. Welcome to your senior Prom! I hope everyone enjoys their night"

The walls of the room had multi coloured reflections bouncing off them as a disco ball filled the entire room. The tables were lined with a thick dark gold covering them, the chairs looked like something out of the royal castle.

The celebration was a riot of colour, everyone a little more hyped up than they should be. Beverly's eyes ate up the scene like a post ramadan feast, her limbs felt supercharged and her head giddy. Everything about the flowing silks made her want to dance, her feet moving with grace and her heart beating with joy

The music was so loud that it made their skin tingle and their lungs feel like mush. The bass thumped in time with their heart beat as though they were one, filling them from head to toe with music.

The theme was a mix between a disco night and a royal ball. It was weird but they made it work.

Over the roar of music, a distant, hazy chatter could be heard. Beverly couldn’t make out any words, but laughter rang in her ear and wouldn’t seem to stop. The song that was playing got louder, pulling her in and refusing to let go.

"BEVERLY, AQUAMARINE" The girl's screamed as they approached the couple

"You both look stunning" Aqua smiled when her eyes ran over Elena and Josie

"Drink this, someone spiked the punch and we have to finish it before the Principal notices" Josie chuckled as she handed Bev a cup

"I'm good, I have to drive this one home later" Aqua smiled, Beverly leaned the cup down her throat and allowed the burning sensation to consume her throat

"Damn Bev, you go girl" Elena giggled

Elena had on a long blue evening gown with a split up her thighs, the dressed hugged her small waist and wrapped around her shoulders, her hair was curled and hung down low.

"Why thank you" Josie smirked, the girl had on a matching blue tux to compliment her girlfriend's royal blue dress. Her button up was blood red and has a few gold chains hidden under the collar, her hair was actually straightened and trimmed to her neck instead of her shoulder.

"You two look beautiful" Elena smiled as she examined the couple

"Yeah we do" Bev chuckled as she pressed her lips onto Aqua's knuckles

"Oh my God, let's go take pictures" Elena squealed

A red and white photo booth was set up in the corner of the room, it had a wide balloon arch and a golden throne rested in the middle of the red backdrop. Bright white flashes came from the camera as students dashed in and out of the booth, taking photos.

The couple was next in line, Aqua smiled and took her seat on the throne.

"So this is what my father felt like sitting on his high throne" Aqua chuckled and held the plastic crown

"Your dad was a pussy and now his daughter eats pussy" Beverly laughed and hopped onto her girlfriend's lap

"I-"

"I leave you speechless, yes I know" Beverly smirked and threw her arms around the girl's neck

"That is pretty much accurate" Aqua chuckled and pressed her lips softly against Beverly's

The cameraman flashed his pictures of the two girls, Aqua chuckled and winked at the camera to change their pose. Beverly threw her leg up into the air, leaving Aqua speechless when her eyes landed on Beverly's garments underneath. The camera captured Aqua's reaction perfectly.

"Girl, why are you wearing a G-string under there" Aqua laughed and wrapped her arms around Bev's waist from behind, posing for a photo

"Because we're heading back to your apartment after this" Beverly whispered, Aqua felt a fill run down her spine and a heat settle into her core

"MAKE SPACE FOR US" Josie yelled as she ran into the shoot with Elena

The two girls hopped onto Aqua's waist, almost throwing her off the throne. Aqua screamed and the flashes went off again, capturing the crazy moments.

Beverly decided to join by also hopping onto Aqua's lap, their bodies piled onto the model and this time, threw her off the chair. Aqua landed flat on the floor with the three girls on top of her. The cameraman chuckled and flashed his photos.

"LET'S DANCE" Josie squealed and dragged the three girls towards the middle of the room

Students dressed in colorful clothing that sparkled under the disco ball were packed in the middle of the dance floor, moving to the bass of the music. There was a live band but also a DJ that was spinning. Aqua smiled and took her girlfriend's waist as their bodies started to sway with each other.

When Beverly heard the music it was like liquid adrenaline being injected right into her blood stream - not so strong as to freak her out, but just enough to make her tingle and start to move her body.

Beverly flowed in dance it was as if it were the only way her body truly knew how to speak. She was known as the captain, the first captain that was shy and conserved. On the dance floor was when her true personality shined, her sensuality burst through into the most vibrant picture of a beautiful soul. Aquamarine watched her move to the music filling the gymnasium, biting her lips as their bodies moved against each other.

Beverly chuckled when she turned around, her back pressed against her girlfriend as she slowly moved her hips against the girl's front. Her hands dragged down the back of Aqua's neck as her body dipped low, earning a low growl from the blue hair girl, pleasure was starting to build in her veins.

"I swear you're always horny" Beverly chuckled when she turned to face her girlfriend, their chest pressed against each other and their eyes locked

Aqua's head hung low and her hands gripped either sides of Beverly's wrist, pulling their bodies even closer together if it wasn't possible

"I can't help it, you seem to turn me on with everything you do" Aqua whispered, her lips hovered over Beverly's

The blonde bit her lip as her eyes fell onto Aqua's plump lips. Their hot breaths and heated bodies contined to move against each other, creative an unbelievable tension

"I swear, you're gonna kill me on day Beverly" Aqua chuckled as her finger brushed against the bottom of Beverly's chin, titled her head up to face her

"Yeah, I'm gonna murder that puss-"

"Oh my god" Aqua threw her head back and laughed

"Did I say something wrong?" Beverly smiled

"Nope, you said all of the right things" Aqua said in low voice, trying to hold back her laugh

"Then what are you waiting for? Kiss me already" Beverly said

A smile stretched across Aqua's lips as she leaned down to press her lips together with her girlfriend. A shudder ran through her body when their soft but tender lips touched.

"Gosh I love you" Beverly whispered when she pulled away

"I love you more"
