Some would describe the rain as loud, annoying maybe, it comes when it pleases and washes away what was built.

Others describe it as mental therapy, the soft taps onto a tin roof was enough to release the tension in their muscles. The cold breeze that came with it gave chills as the thought, rain was their addiction.

The two girls were heading to Aqua's apartment -after leaving the fashion show- in the backseat of the car. The second they stepped foot into the car, the delightful sound of rain fell upon the roof.

"Do you have an extra umbrella?" Aqua asked the man without moving

"Good, you'll need it" she smiled, the two girls stumbled out the car, Aqua immediately found her way under the umbrella to protect herself from the water

"Thanks Ameer, see you soon" She smiled, the man nodded and headed back into the car

Aqua and Beverly giggled and they ran through the pouring rain, Aqua's hands fumbled with the key as she opened the doors to her apartment and slipped into it

"I swear to God, I'd run away if you turned into a mermaid back there"

"What a way to show you love me" Aqua glared

"I do love you" Beverly giggled

"I'm surprised that I'm not wet" Aqua said as she closed the umbrella

"Oh I'm sure you are" Beverly smirked

Beverly made her way over to the bed, sitting on the edge. Her eyes trailed over Aqua's body

The mermaid unbuttoned her shirt and peeled it off, her tightly fitted bra came into view. Aqua chuckled and walked closer towards her girlfriend, the girl placed her knee of either side of Beverly's waist as she cupped her cheeks

"Hi" she whispered

"Hi" Beverly giggled, Her fingers brushed against the girl's skin, gently caressing her back.

"See something you like?" she smirked

"Ofcourse I do" Beverly said

Her eyes locked with Aqua's before placing a tender kiss on her stomach. Aqua raised a brow at the girl, With one swift move, Beverly pulled the girl down and laid her on her back.

Aqua giggled when Beverly climbed onto her stomach, the blonde girl intertwined their fingers and pinned the mermaid's hands above her head

"What are you doing?" Aqua chuckled

"Shhh" Beverly hushed the girl

She leaned down and attached their lips, Aqua gasped at the sudden contact. Their lips moved sensually together, shivers went down her spine but was replaced by a heat that rose to her lips when she kissed her harder with fervent urgent. The thunder echoed through the street and the rainfall came even louder.

But as hot as it was, she felt her cold. Aqua pulled away from the girl's body and stood to her feet. Beverly stared at the girl dumbfounded as her chest heaved heavily

"What the hell" Beverly groaned

"The pasta is gonna be overcooked" Aqua chuckled

"Atleast the pasta is getting some action"
