"Head of the company, your face will be on billboards everywhere. Meetings, interviews, photoshoots, you'll even have a manager. It's a bit overwhelming but I'd really love if you'd consider the offer Aqua" Kat said

"Consider it? Heck yeah I'm down" I chuckled, the woman smiled sweetly

"I'll have Marie send over a contract for you to sign, where do you live?"

"With my...Beverly" I chuckled

"You don't have somewhere of your own?" she asked

"Not as yet"

"Well Aqua. My first gift to you would be an apartment, I like to make sure my models are being treated the way they deserved"

"Wait what?"

"What?"

"You want to buy me an apartment?" I asked

"Yes"

Her words left me struck, I just stared at her open mouthed. My brain formulated no thoughts other than to register that I was shocked.

"Wow" Allie muttered

"You're 18 right?" Kat asked, I was still frozen in place, unable to register anything

"Yes she is" Allie said

"Do you have you license yet?"

"No she doesn't, but I could make sure she gets it" Allie replied

"Hmm, I'll need her in the office almost everyday. I'll have Ameer drive you around until she gets her license, until then I'll hand over a company car" I swear this woman keeps finding ways to shock me

"Holy shit" Allie muttered

"That's how we do it here at Cunnings industry" Kat laughed

"Can I sign too?" Allie laughed

"You have what it takes?" Kat asked

"Oh God no I was joking, I'm actually preparing to join the Olympics swimming team" the red hair girl smiled

"That's amazing, I really hope you achieve your goals" Kat smiled

"Well, we better get going, I have school in ten minutes" Allie said

"Ah yes. Marie will bring everything over, just give me your email-"

"She doesn't have a phone" Allie laughed

"Well she does now" Kat said, the woman slid open a draw and pulled out a black box

"What's that?" I mumbled

"Last month we had a deal with a phone newly branded cellphone company. Unfortunately I already have three phones for separate things, they gave everyone at the office a phone but I kept mine here. It's unused and untouched, here you can have it" Kat smiled as she pushed the box over to me

"Would you stop spoiling me today ughhh" I groaned

"It's what aunts do. Especially the gay ones" she winked

"Oh my god" Allie giggled

"Take my number and give me a call whenever you get home. There's a photoshoot I had planned on Wednesday, so I'll need you to come in tomorrow so we can get you all prepared"

"I swear to God you just changed my life"

"You're now the face of my company Aqua. I need to make sure you're taken care of, not to put any pressure on your shoulder but everyone here is now working and depending on you" Kat chuckled

"Well that's not how I expected today to be" Allie laughed

"What did you expect?"

"Perhaps Aqua would get an office job or an internship since its her first time working at anything"

"I'm not doing it because she's one of my closest friends, I'm doing it because I see something in her. It's an idea I have in my head that I can't wait to show. I can't wait to introduce you to the world Aquamarine" Kat smiled as she stood from her desk

"It was really great meeting you today Ms Cunnings" Allie said as she stretched a hand out towards the woman

"Please, call me Kat" she said, Allie nodded and turned around to face me

"I JUST MET KAT CUNNINGS AND SHE WANTS ME TO CALL HER KAT" the red hair girl squealed quietly, I chuckled and walked over to Kat

"Thank you so much Kat, this means the honest world to me" I whispered

"Don't thank me yet, nothing's official until the document is signed" she chuckled

"Is there anything else you need Aqua?"

"Honestly, you've given me everything I could ever ask for"

"I did that as a business partner. Now I'm asking as a friend"

"I really don't need anything else Kat, thank you so much" I smiled and hugged the woman tightly

"Off you go now superstar" Kat giggled as I stepped away

"Bye Kat!" Allie shouted from the door

"Bye Allie!" the Kat yelled back before we left the office

"She knows my name!" Allie squealed

"You're such a softy"

"First off, that woman is a high class celebrity who's done so much good for the world. She's my role model" Allie said as we stepped into the elevator

"And now I have her number" She said, my eyes glanced over to the paper with digits on it. Allie had already opened the box and started to start up the phone.

"Can you call Beverly for me?" I asked

"Sure thing" Allie said, the red haired girl typed in a few numbers before handing me the phone

"...hello?"

"Beverly?"

"Yes, this is she. Who is this?"

"Your one true love" I smiled

"Oh my God, food is that you?" she asked

"No but you can eat me" I smirked

"Ugh, get a room" Allie groaned as she stepped out of the elevator, I giggled and trailed behind her

"I have the craziest news to give you" Beverly squealed

"Do tell" I said before slipping into the car

"Remember how I said I wanted to be a cheerleader?" she said

"I knew you'd fucking get it! Ahh, Beverly Hills, Green Academy's newest addition to the cheer team" I smiled proudly

"Ah well, not exactly..." she mumbled

I felt my heart sink into my chest, the emotions washed through my veins that consumed a heavy feeling

"I'm... I'm sorry Bev" I whispered

"No! Don't be sorry. I'm not just a cheerleader" she said

"Huh?" I asked

"I MADE CAPTAIN"

"Wait what?!" I asked in disbelief

"Yes! I was so confused and shocked too but I think it's starting to settle in"

"That's fucking amazing Beverly. I'm so proud of you" I grinned, my cheek was honestly starting to hurt with how wide my smile was

"Thank you so much" She giggled

"But... Wait... Didn't Elena sign up to be captain?" I asked

"Elena didn't get it?" Allie whispered from beside me

"No, Beverly made Captain" I whispered back

"Holy shit. Congratulations cuz" Allie shouted

"Elena actually placed a vote for me to be captain. She's the CO captain of the team and for some damn reason, she gives zero fucks" Bev giggled

"And that's on having a non toxic friendship" I smiled

"What are you even doing calling me on and unknown number, did Allie break her phone?" She asked

"No, my boss just gave it to me"

"Your bo- HUH?!"

"It's a long story, I'll explain when I get home" I chuckled

"I. Am. Physically. Drained. Of. All. My. Existence" I heard a voice announce as they stepped foot into the house

"Awww you poor baby" I laughed as Bev held the door knob for dear life

"I quit" she groaned, I placed a foot off the chair and extended my hands for her to join me on the sofa

"Come here" I smiled sweetly

My body was already stretched across the sofa, Beverly groaned and tossed her tired body on mine. I giggled when her head nuzzled into my neck, her legs intertwined with mine and I wrapped my arms around her back

"You don't seem sweaty"

"I showered in the locker room" she muttered

"How was your first day?" I asked

"A. Ma. Zing."

"But?" I asked knowing there's something coming

"But I'm sore, tired and drained" she groaned

"No pain no gain Beverly"

"I'm tired" she muttered against my neck sending shivers down my spine

"Go to sleep"

"Noo" she groaned against my skin, I chuckled and held her tighter

"What happened today"

"Well I have a job now" I said

"A job?"

"Yes I do" I said, my fingers passed through her straight hair

"What are you doing exactly?" she asked

"I'm.... Officially the new face of Cunnings industry" I said

I guess my words left her dumbfounded and adrenaline coursed through her veins. With one swift move, the girl peeled her body away from mine as she stared at me with wide eyes

"You're WHAT?"

"A model" I smiled

"Holy fucking Shit. Are you serious?" she asked

"Yes. Kat and my uncle were together, she's always been like an aunt to me. So she offered me to be the face of her company for this idea she has planned"

"That's literally so crazy, holy shit" Beverly said

"Come back down and give me cuddles" I pouted, Beverly's eyes softened as a smile stretched across her face. She leaned down and placed her face back in the crook of my neck

"So what next?" she asked, I could feel her heartbeat race against my chest

"I'll have to come in almost everyday for a shoot, I have a driver. His name is Ameer" I smiled

"You have a driver?!" she exclaimed,

My fingers ran down her back as they slipped under her shirt to run along her smooth skin. I felt her suck in a breath before exhaling

"Yep, she gave me a phone to stay in contact with her. And she gave me an apartment-"

"What in the hell"

"I know right?" I chuckled

"Wait. Does that mean you're moving away?" she asked.

Ah yes, the moment I've been dreading for a long time.

"We talked about this Bev.." I whispered

"I know... But.. I just didn't imagine it would be so soon" she whispered. I felt my heart sink into my chest once again

"I'll get an apartment closest to here so you can come over every single day" I said

"You don't have to do that"

"It's no problem, I want to be close to you" I said

"Are you sure you don't want somewhere close to you job?"

"That's what Ameer is for, I'll be a headache for him to deal with" I chuckled

"You're gonna drive that man insane" she laughed

"I know"

"But in all seriousness, I'm really happy for you Aqua. You're the most beautiful, gorgeous, insanely attractive woman I've ever met. And your personality isn't bad either" she teased

"You bitch" I laughed, the girl giggled and raised her head to face mine

"You're amazing Aquamarine, you're gonna step into that new world and take it as your own. I kinda hate that I can't keep you my secret anymore but I can't wait until the world lay their eyes on you. Just make sure I'm still your girl at the end of the day" she smiled, I felt my heart flutter

"Your girl?" I smiled, Beverly cupped my cheeks and leaned in, her lips hovered over mine for a few seconds

"Yes, my girl"
