"Good Afternoon again" I chuckled as Aqua walked into the kitchen

She yawned loudly as her hands stretched into the air, pulling her shirt up to reveal her toned stomach. A blush appeared on my cheek as I recalled having my hands all over her body lastnight.

"Time fades when you're tired" she chuckled and came closer

"Want anything to eat?" I asked, Aqua slipped her body behind me

Her hands wrapped around my waist as my back pressed against her front. Her body heat finally invaded mine, I felt a soft kiss on the nape of my neck, causing me to giggle

"I could think of something I'd love to devour....again" she smirked again my skin.

"It's not nutritional for you Aquamarine" I groaned and playfully rolled my eyes.

My hands gripped the brown mug as I brought it closer to my lips, the steam fogged up my glasses.

"Even if it's not, it's still fun to play with" she said. Okay that's it-

"You're weird" I laughed

"No I'm just a horny lesbian" she said chuckling

"Take your sex drive somewhere else" I said

"Should I take it to another girl's house?"

"Yes. Go. Tell her you're a mermaid too" I said

"Shut up, you're the only girl that can put up with me" she groaned and held me tighter. I felt her chin rest against my collar

"You're really pretty" She whispered

"Stop being so cute" I groaned

With one swift move, I spun around and came face to face with the girl. Her body trapped me against the kitchen counter. Her hands gripped the marbled tile on either side of my body.

"Hi" she whispered

"Hi"

"Are you okay?" she asked

"I'm more than fine" I giggled. My eyes locked with her soft green eyes.

"Are you tired?"

"Not at all"

"Have I ever told you how beautiful you are?" I whispered, my fingers grazed against her soft skin as I tucked a single strand of black hair behind her ear. The sweetest smile appeared on her lips

"I am?" she asked cutely, gah my heart

"Yes, yes you are" I giggled and pecked her nose

"You make me feel beautiful" she muttered

"Would you shut up and let me compliment you!" I groaned

"No" she pouted

"Please?" I asked

"No"

"Please Please?" I asked again

"No Beverly" she said, I pouted and reached my arms out, wrapping them around her waist

"Please Please Please?" I groaned

"Ugh for fuck sakes. Fine!" she yelled, Yay!

"You're literally so fucking beautiful, it's unbelievable. Sometimes when I look at you, nothing but silence consumes me because I'm so dumbfounded that someone so damn pretty exists!" I said

Aqua's lips slowly turned into a smile as her eyes locked with mine. Her hands brushed against mine as she chuckled

"That has got to be the best thing anyone's ever said to me" she smiled.

I felt her warm fingers hook with mine, the static ran through my veins again. I leaned my head against her chest as her warmth invaded me. My nostrils took in her scent, desperately trying to store it away in my memory.

I felt her heart pound against my ear.

"Alright alright, my eyes are closed. Tell me when y'all are done and I'll open them back again!" a voice yelled from the kitchen's entrance

"You're half naked, shut up and get in here" Aqua laughed

"Are y'all decent?" the red hair girl asked

"Yes Allie" Aqua groaned

Allie's hands dropped from her face as they locked with ours. She smiled and walked into the kitchen. For some reason, the girl's smile was wider than ever.

"Something wrong?" I asked

"Not at all" she chuckled

"How was your date?"

"Fantastic as alway"

"You have alot of confidence" Aqua chuckled

"She should" a voice said, my neck snapped in the direction of the dark skinned girl now entering the kitchen with a soft cotton robe.

"Well damn Allie, on the first night?" Aqua laughed

"Why waste time when you want someone so badly" Jackie smirked. I heard Allie chuckle and place her arm around the girl's shoulder

"Wait... I have a personal question if you don't mind" Aqua said

"Shoot" Allie replied

"Who's the top?" She asked

"I am" both girls said in unison.

I covered my mouth with my palm to hold back a snort from the two girl's reaction

"Excuse me?" Allie asked

"You know damn well you're not the top" Jackie hissed

"I had you on your knees!" Allie snapped

"You came thrice!" Jackie snapped back

"Oh my God. I regret saying anything. Let's get out of here" Aqua laughed

"Do you wanna see my tree house?" I asked, I could hear the voices of the two girl's arguing in the background

"You have a tree house? You live right to the beach" she chuckled

"I'm surprised you didn't see that giant ass tree in the backyard" I laughed

"I saw it. I just never paid attention to it until now"

"Well, that's where the tree house is. Come on, lets go" I chuckled

"THAT RED HAND PRINT ON YOUR ASS MAKES YOU A BOTTOM ALLIE"

"AND THOSE HICKEY ON YOUR THIGHS MEANS YOU'RE A PILLOW PRINCESS JACKIE" the girl's yelled. I laughed at them

My hands gripped Aqua's as I led the way out of the kitchen. Aqua grabbed a plate of something before she trailed behind with a chuckle.

As I stepped foot out on the grass, my eyes immediately found the thick oak tree far near the wooden fence. The tree is the grand poem of the living world, a beauty that encourages the spirit to dance though words, to make our odes to it's branches that spread heaven-bound.

For some reason, this tree was had been here for hundreds of years despite being so close to the beach and having such unfit soil. The tree house has always been here, so I took it as my own and decorated it.

In the strong light of the new day, it creates a kiss for the senses in those moving leaves, the thousand green hues and the soft whispering in the wind.

We climbed up the wooden ladder and made our way onto the small platform. I pushed open the door that I hadn't been in for weeks.

The ceiling was low, and the windows had thick panes, the walls and floors were built of heavy timber, and silence reigned there.

The walls were clear and clean, light cascaded in from a vaulted ceiling, the beams meeting in a series of arches. My eyes trailed over to my old chair and the table that was painted so many times it became a rainbow of sorts, chaotic perhaps. I needed this sort of space to escape the chaos of the outside world.

School is tough, everyone can vouch for that. Highschool isn't like the stuff you see in movies where they go shopping every Saturday and do homework once every month.

It's a stress, it desires constant creativity and all the energy of a hamster in the night. I used this space as a way to regenerate. Somewhere to relax when the night fell. It was far better than being in a big house, alone.

My eyes glanced over to Aqua, a smile pulled across my lips when I noticed she was stuffing her face with grapes.

"What? I'm starving" she laughed

"Take in the beauty would ya?"

"I'm sorry but I already have" She said as her eyes ran over my body. This smooth mother fucke-

"Sometimes I hate you" I chuckled as I came closer to her. I joined her on the floor as we leaned our heads against the table, our eyes watched out to the horizon.

"And then the other days I can't stay away from you" I muttered

I could feel her eyes on me, but I focused on the sunset. The orange gold stretched far and wide, the colour of fire hearths and tangerines.

It is but the reflection of the dawn, the promise of the rising sun that comes after the velvety night has had its say and the land has rested once more.

"The future scares me" I whispered

"Why's that?"

"Why would it not?" I asked, my eyes finally drifted towards her

"There's so many things that could go wrong, there's so many I haven't planned ou-"

"Hey come here, shhh" Aqua said, she dropped the plate onto the ground and quickly grabbed my wrist, pulling it closer to her chest. I felt a wave of currant crash through my veins when our skins touched. My eyes locked with her green orbs

"You're worrying to much. I know you really care about your future but right now, you need to live. Focus on yourself. School's reopening soon so you'll be stressed, maybe you could make a schedule to plan yourself out. When you make the team, you'll be exhausted. After school you said you'll go to college. Then you'll take over the company. You know that place like the back of your hand, stop stressing and just live your life right now. Everything's already planned Beverly" She said

Something showed in my eyes that I think she sensed. They were soft, captured by her words. How the hell did I stumble -Literally stumble- across someone so genuine, someone so caring. I really don't deserve her.

But I have her and there's no way I'm letting her go.

"You're so amazing" I chuckled

"I know, it's the many many years of emotional damage" she said in a quirky voice, I laughed at her

"I'm really glad I have you with me" I whispered

"And I'm not going anywhere" she said. A smile stretched across my lips as I leaned in

My lips pressed against hers in a soft kiss. They tingled the second our skins touched. A swift grandation caused an overwhelming intensity between the kiss, her insistent mouth parted my trembling lips, sending wild tremors along my nerves.

By now, I was breathing deeply. Her soft lips on mine caused sparks to egnite within me. Her fingers reached up to cup my cheek as she pulled me down to her. I smiled against her lips and I hovered over her body.

Aqua's hands reached around and hooked behind my back, her finger nails dragged along my spine sending goosebumps through my body. I shivered slightly under her touch.

And so we kissed until we couldn't breathe. Panting for breath, our chests heaved heavily but we still desperately attached our lips again.

Never wanting to forget the feeling of ours lips together.
