"Taehyung?"

Wiping away his streaming tears furiously, the blonde turned his head towards the bathroom's door, slightly sniffling.

"J-Jiminie."

A dot of fiery red was visible in his glassy sight, growing bigger and bigger until he felt two arms pull him into a warm hug, his head crashing into a hard shoulder.

"You missed the Cap Throwing, Tae," the redhead said softly, patting his back. However, he, weirdly enough, still had his cap on.

"You poor thing. It's not over yet, you know? We're all still here, with you."

"Y-Yes, it is! It's all over, my f-father will be here to take me away, any moment!," Taehyung sobbed, burying his head even deeper in Jimin's shoulder and leaving dark patches all over his graduation gown.

"Taehyung, you-- Please don't cry. Or I may cry too." The older boy stroked his hair softly, his face turning into a sad frown.

"N-No, I've run away from this exact moment for months! I can't take it anymore, this is the e-end! Do you know how that f-feels?!"

Jimin sighed deeply, feeling a lump form in his throat. "Yea, yeah I do," he whispered.

"I'm losing you too, after all."

As no answer came from the still sobbing boy, he continued:

"Have I ever told you how important you are to me? You're my best friend, my platonic soulmate. Without you, I don't think I'll be complete. You make me feel strong and inspired. And I love you a lot for it," he spoke, Taehyung's sobs calming a bit down by now.

"Remember sophomore year? You know, I don't think I ever told you but when I saw you crying here and consoled you, I think I knew. I knew we shared a deeper connection and I knew we were meant to be best friends. 'This kid carries more emotions than anyone would've ever thought. I wanna get to know him better.' That's what I thought, I wanted to be there for you, immediately. And won't you look at that, history repeats itself." He looked around the restroom and smiled slightly.

"J-Jiminie," the blonde boy sniffled.

"Pl-Please tell me you'll always be there for me when I break down and cry in a dirty bathroom."

Jimin nodded his head. "Yes. Yes, I will. It'll be our thing."

Taehyung sniffled. "G-Good, because I don't think this is going to be the last time."

"I hope it is!," the redhead exclaimed. "I don't like seeing you cry. I'd rather be your stylist for all your special dates with Jungkook. Dolling you up is really fun."

Taehyung sniffled again. "But how? I'll be gone for years, what if we all drift apart? And what if Jungkook breaks up with me because he misses me so much he can't handle being committed to me anymore?!"

Jimin tsk'ed, flicking his forehead not too harshly.

"That's rubbish. Don't be so down, Taehyungie. Where's my strong, confident, sassy bestie that believes in himself and won't take anyone's shit?" For the first time today, the blonde smiled a bit.

"H-He's on vacation. For now." The older boy let out a short chuckle, rubbing his back.

"Well, get him back. These are our last moments for a long while and I want to see you smile, 'kay? You can cry on the plane all the way you want."

Now even Taehyung laughed a bit, another tear slipping out of his eye.

"Th-Thank you so much, Jiminie. For being my friend. All this time, I thought Jungkook would be my best friend for eternity but turns out it was actually you. Thank you for being there for me. Life is unfair for seperating us for such a long time. And please, never lose your passion for dancing."

Jimin nodded, patting his head softly.

"Don't worry, I won't. No matter what my family says." All of a sudden, the redhead stood up, pulling Taehyung up along with him. His graduation gown had wet patches all over it, reminding him, once again, of sophomore year.

"You know, there's someone who will really want to see you right now. You guys deserve a proper goodbye."

The blonde's heart ached painfully, his eyes filling with tears again.

Not being able to speak for the moment, he just nodded.

"I just remembered the first time I talked to your boyfriend. While you were in the bathroom, he went mad searching for you everywhere, he came to me asking where you were and so, we looked for you together. And dude, I saw it in his eyes. He loved you, even then. He couldn't bear to be away from you, even a second. It was you all along, he just didn't realize it. You guys are meant to be, please hold on to that."

Jimin grabbed the distraught boy's shoulders, guiding him out of the washroom.

He made a stop in front of the school's gym, the area being pretty deserted as most graduates and their families would be currently celebrating in front of the main building.

Taehyung let out a little (hurt) squeak as he saw who was waiting for him in front of the gymnasium, the person turning their head and immediately freezing as they saw him.

"Jungkook... Jungkookie... My Jungkookie," he mumbled, his eyes leaking once again as he ran towards the younger boy and wrapped his arms around his torso, crashing his head into said younger boy's chest.

"My beautiful, little prince," the ravenette whispered with glassy eyes, hugging Taehyung even tighter.

"I'm so proud of you. Your speech was astonishing,"

The blonde boy let out a sob.

"Th-Thank you. I thought of y-you... Th-This is really the end, huh?," he forced out, his throat clammy and his hands fisting his lover's robe tightly as his tears kept flowing.

"No. It's not," the ravenette spoke reassuringly, grabbing the older boy's hands and holding them tightly.

"One day, you're going to come back and the first thing we'll do is eat a delicious strawberry cake. W-We'll search for the prettiest apartment together and we'll get you a puppy. A Pomeranian named Yeontan. Maybe we'll even have a garden, for him to run around.

And when the time comes, we'll have the world's prettiest baby girl, she'll be our dearest little princess and we'll be the happiest dads anyone has ever seen. And when she grows into a young woman and gets her first boyfriend or girlfriend, I'm going to be a grumpy old man.

And if we can handle it, we'll get a baby boy too someday."

"Th-That--," the blonde whispered after a while.

"That sounds so lovely. B-But what if all falls apart?" Jungkook shook his head, feeling tears leak in his own eyes aswell.

"We won't let it. We will hold on to those thoughts and we're gonna fight through. You're mine and I'm yours, we belong to each other and I promise you, I will send you so many text messages your phone will explode. Just hold on and one day, this will all be over." He connected their foreheads, feeling his first tear drop.

And all of a sudden, Jungkook smiled through the tears veiling his pretty eyes.

"Did I ever tell you that you have adorable fists? Your fingers are so long but your fists are tiny," he spoke, bringing Taehyung's hands closer to his face and kissing them.

The blonde choked out another sob. "Y-You... S-Stop making me cry." He threw his arms around the ravenette's neck, burying his head in the younger's shoulder.

"You're my everything. M-My literal everything. Please be happy while I'm gone. And f-facetime me when you can. Especially when you turn eighteen. I really wanna be there when you turn into an a-adult..."

"I'll definetely do t-that. I hope you'll still have fun in America, make new friends and if any guy dares hit on you or touch you, call me so I can make his life a living hell. Remember that this is only temporary and always count on me. On us. I love you, my sweet." The ravenette wrapped his arms around the crying boy's back and swayed him around in attempt to calm him down.

"I love you too, Jeon Jungkook. S-So, so much," Taehyung whispered, holding onto the other with all his might while tears kept dropping and dropping, he couldn't help it.

"Are we too late? We-- Oh."

Behind the couple stood Jimin, Chaeyoung, Lisa, Yoongi and Yoonji, all of them, except for Yoonji, still wearing their caps.

"G-Guys," the blonde boy stuttered, pulling each of them into a hug. For Jimin, Chaeyoung and Yoongi, he pulled something out of his pocket as he loosened the hug. Letters.

"H-Here," he said. "So you don't forget me."

"Oh, Taehyung!," Chaeyoung exclaimed, tears in her eyes. "How could we ever forget you? You're one of the dearest friends I ever had."

"T-Thank you, Tae," Yoongi said, eyes glassy and puffy. Jimin just smiled sadly, his eyes speaking louder than any sentences or actions could.

They all were huddled into a little group hug, all seven of them.

"You know, since you weren't there for the Cap Throwing, we didn't throw ours either. It just didn't feel right without you," the redheaded girl said with a little smile.

"Wh-What? But..."

"We were thinking, let's do it here. All together," Lisa now spoke, slightly tugging at the string of her Cap.

"Thank you guys so much. Really. I-It's such a wonderful idea," the blonde spoke with glistening eyes.

"On the count of three?," Jungkook asked, throwing his arm around Taehyung's shoulder. Everyone nodded, grabbing their strings.

Yoonji, who had a baseball cap instead of a graduation cap sitting on top of her long, dark hair, grabbed it at its front.

"One..." Out of Yoongi's left eye, a tear dropped and made it's way all over to his chin.

"Two..." Chaeyoung's right eye lost a tear too, leaving a slight trail of black as it slithered along her cheek, her mascara smudging.

"Three." Jungkook forced his eyes shut which made his eyes lose liquid aswell as he and everyone else threw their caps away from their heads, as far as possible.

Taehyung felt warmth as he watched his cap twirl around the air, the blue sky right above it.

"To hell with this school," Lisa spoke firmly, making everyone crack a little smile. Seeing her redhead friend cry beside her, she pulled her closer and pulled her into a hug.

Yoonji, seeing her little brother wipe his eyes continuously, did the same.

Jimin watched the scenario with a sad smile.

"It's two PM. M-My father will be trying to find me now, my flight's at five," the blonde boy muttered, his lover caressing his hair and pulling him closer.

Taehyung held on to his shoulders, looking up into the younger's twinkling eyes and smiling sadly.

"I love you so, so, so, so much, Koo. Don't ever forget me, you're my love and I'm yours."

And then, he reached up and ran his hand through the ravenette's hair, brushing his hair out of his eyes.

"And don't ever cut your hair. I like it like th-this, it's fluffy."

Keeping one hand tangled in Jungkook's soft locks and cupping his cheek with the other one, the blonde leaned in and pulled him into a kiss, for one last time.

Moving their lips tantalizingly slow and feeling the little fireworks and sparks rush through their whole bodies, they both closed their eyes and sighed into the kiss, silent tears streaming down both their faces and their ragged breaths mingling.

Compared to any of their other kisses, the passion felt tripled.

Just as Taehyung's hands slid back down to the other's shoulders and caressed every single inch of his upper body and Jungkook's hands ran along the blonde's sides sedately, a new figure entered the scene, taking quick steps towards the couple.

"Taehyungie, baby...," the saddened voice of a female spoke, tapping his shoulder softly. "We need to go, we're late."

And when Taehyung's lips were still locked with Jungkook's and had no intention of letting go, she had to pull them apart forcefully.

"N-No, Momma-- I wanna stay!," the boy cried agonizingly, his hands still gripping Jungkook and the other doing the same.

"I want you to stay too, so, so much, but he's waited enough. He wants you to go now. I'm sorry, so sorry, my baby," she mithered desperately, pulling her son's shoulder again and eventually succeeding in seperating him from Jungkook.

"What's taking you so long, Minyoung? Can't you hurry the hell up? Just get the damn boy!," the familiar voice of a man groaned, looking at them all in displeasure.

"Goodbye," Taehyung spoke, not even knowing if he could be heard.

"Goodbye," the rest all said in unison with their hearts breaking at the sight while Mrs. Kim held him in her arms, carrying him away with a heavy heart.

"The flight is in less than three hours. We need to drive quickly," Mr. Kim spoke impatiently and purposefully loudly, not even sparing his son a single glance.

"Oh no, you don't. Kim Donghyun, you are not taking him anywhere, you little bastard!"
