《《BFF》|| taekook ✔️》Chapter 67

"No, Jimin! It's supposed to be your hospitality, not you're hospitality!," a blonde boy scolded, rolling his eyes in exasperation.
"Whatever! I will never understand English, it's too hard!," a red-haired boy exclaimed frustratedly, his head hanging over the desk and a frown etched upon his face.
"It's not even that hard and please, the difference between your and you are? We learned this in grade seven. Should've paid attention in class, huh?," Taehyung tutted, shaking his head in disapproval.
"It's different for you, you're a smartass. I'm too dumb for this shit. I swear, I'm killing Mr. Kim for giving us so much homework without even explaining properly!" Jimin huffed, twirling his pencil around in his small fingers.
"Mr. Kim is an amazing English teacher. He explained perfectly fine, you were just being unattentive and dozing off. Don't give me that face, I saw you drooling in your sleep, everyone did. Oh, and by the way. It's their cultivation, not there cultivation." To that, Jimin groaned in agony.
"Seriously?! I considered erasing that and writing they're instead..." To that, the blonde giggled, finding the whole scene weirdly amusing. English had always been one of his favourite subjects, he was quite good at it, whilst dear Jimin couldn't think of any subject he despised more. Except for maybe Chemistry.
"Oh my fucking god. It says I have to write a CV here! This is torture, what the hell?!," the redhead cried out in disbelief, Taehyung patting his head with an amused smile on his face.
"There, there. It's gonna be fine. Easier than you think, I wrote mine on Thursday, in ten minutes! Just think of things you're good at, qualifications, important aspects of your personality as well as things you wanna do and just like that, write your-- Oh, wait. Someone's calling."
Ignoring his friend's wails of "Taehyung, you little shit, come back!", the blonde boy made his way towards his cellphone and picked up with a dreamy smile on his face as he saw the caller ID ('My love Jungkookie💋❤🌹'), sneaking into the empty living room for some privacy.
"Yes?," he asked happily when the line was connected but furrowed his eyebrows when he heard ragged breaths on the other line.
"Kook? Are you okay?"
"My mom found out," the other then said, sounding like he was panicking.
"She found out about you leaving."
The blonde gasped, feeling a bit regretful as he wanted to be the one telling Mrs. Jeon about the post-graduation plans. That was, if he would've even told her in the first place.

However, he did feel a tiny bit of relief wash over him since he didn't like keeping secrets from his boyfriend's mother, especially not such a caring mother as Mrs. Jeon.
But there was still a big part of him that felt extremely sad for Jungkook as the ravenette was not ready for his mother to know yet.
"Breathe, Jungkookie. You sound like you're gonna hyperventilate any second. How did she find out?," he asked slowly, feeling the utmost desire to give the boy a big hug and many, many sweet kisses right know. Well, if only he could.
"She knew something was up with us, she said we were being sketchy. And then she made me tell her everything, but you know what was the worst thing? Her reaction!," the other exclaimed, sounding close to tears by now.
"What did she say? She didn't cry, right? That would make me feel so horrible!"
He heard Jungkook take a deep breath on the other line.
"No, but... it just scared me. She just kept muttering something over and over, something like 'Kim Donghyun, I'm coming for you'. And then, she just left the house without a single word. I just don't know what to think. Is she angry or sad? Or mad? I've never seen her seriously mad. Ugh, I just don't know what to think..."
The blonde sighed conflictedly.
"Oh god. Kim Donghyun is my father's name, how does she know my father's name? Do they know each other?"
The other sighed aswell.
"No idea. She never told me anything about your father, just that he was a horrible parent and didn't treat you well."
Taehyung let out a humourless chuckle.
"She definetely got that one right." He became serious again.
"Jungkookie, I'm sorry. I know you weren't ready to tell your parents yet, this must've been a shock. Let's just give it some time first, then talk to your mom. Well, I'm also sorry I have to go in the first place, it's just that there's obviously nothing I can--"
"Don't you dare apologize for that, baby. We're gonna enjoy our time together and find a short-term solution if possible. I'm so excited for Christmas already, I'm gonna spoil you so hard." Jungkook's voice sounded much happier now which made the blonde smile fondly.
"Don't spend too much money on me. You being there with me is the biggest present I could ever wish for. And your happiness is another one," he spoke dreamily, a sheepish smile on his face and his gaze averted to the ceiling.

"Aw. No, for real though. I'll spend all my pocket money for you. And for your birthday, I'll get you a puppy."
Taehyung gasped.
"You-- are you serious?"
"Dead serious. And if I can't do it this year, I'll do it on your next birthday. Or another birthday. I remember us walking past this pet shop when we were in primary school once, you were so happy when you saw those cute Pomeranians. So yeah, I'm so getting you one someday. What did you say you'd call it again?" The older boy may or may not have melted at that. He felt like a teenage girl gushing over her crush all over again.
He still remembers that?
"Yeontan," he breathed out, his heart pounding.
"Yeontan? Like those stove thingies?"
"Yup. I just find the name so cuuute!"
He could feel a small laugh from the other end.
"And I find even cuter."
"You need to stop being so sweet or I'm actually going to have a mental breakdown in front of you someday. You're the world's best boyfriend and you're so, so, sooo good to me. I don't deserve you!," the older whined, completely forgetting about Jimin in the room next to him for a second.
"Don't you dare say that, you're everything I could ever wish for. We deserve each other and we're meant to be. You're not getting rid of me, like, ever."
"I love you. And I really wanna kiss you right now," the blonde admitted.
"Then come over and kiss me as much as you want," Jungkook suggested teasingly which made the other boy sigh.
"I can't. Jimin's here, he wanted some help with his English homework. I feel like he's gonna be stuck here for a while, English is not his best subject."
The ravenette groaned.
"Damn it. It's always Jimin..."
Taehyung giggled.
"Don't tell me you're still jealous of him. You're adorable, really. But speaking of Jimin, I can hear him whine all the way from here, I think he needs help. Which means I need to hang up. I'm sorry, I'll make it up to you."
"And how will you make it up to me?"
The blonde's face flushed immediately.
"I'll give you many, many hugs. And kisses. And cuddles. And now goodbye, I love you."
"And I love you."
And as soon as they hung up and Taehyung walked back into his room with an extremely frustrated redhead inside it, he was bombarded by lots and lots of questions immediately.
"Oh my god, it's barely the second sentence and I don't know what to do already. Is it 'I would like to' or 'I will like to'? And those damn tenses! What am I supposed to use when? Holy fuck, I swear. I hate this language!," said redhead exclaimed, Taehyung feeling a bit overwhelmed at the sudden questions.
"I-- Okay, wait. You know what? I'll write it for you. Just tell me what to write and I'll translate it onto the paper." At that, Jimin clapped his hands excitedly and pulled the blonde into a bear hug, Taehyung immediately regretting his decision.
"You're an angel, Taehyungie. Thank you, I'll buy you a burger or something. I hope your boyfie won't mind," he suggested, wiggling his eyebrows.
"He definetely won't," the younger lied, placing a fresh sheet of paper on the desk and grabbing a pen to get started with his task.
"Ugh, speaking of, you two are unbearable. I just heard you all the way from here, do you guys ever stop being so overly cheesy? Me and my girlfriend were never like this." Taehyung felt his cheeks heat up in embarrassment.
"Sh-Shut up, we're not!"
"Does this sound familiar to you? You're the world best boyfriend and you're so, so, sooo good to me! I don't deserve you!," the redhead mimicked with a purposefully high-pitched voice, making the other smack his arm with a deadly glare on his face.
"Hilarious. I don't talk like that, asshole. Now stop making fun of me or I won't write your CV!," he exclaimed, watching Jimin snicker with narrowed eyes.
"Okay, okay, I'll stop now. Actually, I think you two are pretty cute, seing you guys being so cheesy and clingy with each other all the time really does something to my heart." He put a hand on his heart to emphasize.
"So, I'd say we start with my name and age, and where I come from and where I currently live..."
