Someone knocked on the door.

The door opened and it was the king

Nicole immediately stood and hid behind me

"Alex, I already told our men about your trip tomorrow"

"Have you packed your things yet?"

He asked

"Nope"

I said

"Or should I call help from the maids?"

He asked again

"Nope. It's alright. We'll do it"

I said

"W-We?"

Marco asked

Nicole showed up

"Oh... and who's this little girl here?"

He smiled

"Marco"

"Meet Nicole"

"Nicole meet Marco"

I said

"Nice to meet you, Nicole"

He smiled at her

"You have a crown"

Nicole pointed and looked back at me

I nodded

"Because he's my husband"

I whispered

"Even us relatives of the king and queen have crowns"

"Depending on our status"

I said

Marco looked at me and smiled

"Nicole, could you give us a moment to talk?"

I said

She nodded

"Are you hungry?"

I asked

She nodded

"I guess we'll meet up at the banquet"

She left and waved goodbye

"So you lied to the child?"

He laughed

"No, I didn't"

"I just want to be friends with her like a normal person"

"I mean like without knowing that I'm the queen and you're the king"

"Plus, I think I can hop on your ride and be friends with Nicole"

He kissed me passionately and I kissed him back. He carried me to the bed.

I gushed and moaned

He went on top of me, kissing me from my lips until he goes down there.

I stopped him and went on top of him. Slowly grinding while making out with him.

He moaned

And I stopped

"Oh my god!"

I said

"W-What is it love?"

He asked me

"I think I forgot something"

"Forgot what?"

"I'll meet up Nicole downstairs!"

I said and sat down

"Nicole can wait love"

He said wanting for more intimacy

"No, we can do this some other time"

He frowned

I hushed

He playfully slapped my behind

I looked at him

I said as I smiled at him and went off the bed

"Let me take you downstairs"

While walking he asked me,

"Do you want me to call the maids to pack your luggages for tomorrow?"

"Yes please"

I said

"I shall do it now. I'll see you later"

He whispered and kissed me on my cheek

I saw Nicole eating with her mother. I didn't bother her anymore because she seemed enjoying the moment with her mother.

Oh baby... I can't wait to see you and have the same moment as Nicole and her mother

I suddenly felt dizzy

I almost fell because of dizziness. Good thing Marco saw me and was going to me. He walked me upstairs to rest.

"Rest, my love"

He said

"I will"

"I guess our baby's tired and needs sleep for the day"

I said while rubbing my stomach

Marco just laughed

"So I'll head downstairs first"

"Do you need anything? Or do you want me to stay here first?"

He asked

"You wouldn't mind if I want you to stay here? Right?"

I grinned

"Of course"

He smiled

"Let me put you to sleep"

He added

He stayed beside me as I laid my head on his chest

I felt his hands slowly caressing my face which I really love.

I woke up alone. Maybe Marco left while I was asleep.

*knock knock*

"Come in"

I said

"Oh! You're awake. I'm just in time"

Marco said

"In time for what?"

I asked

"To wake you up"

He scratched his head

"Oh..."

I blushed

"Come on, get up already, love"

He went to me and helped me get off my bed

"You'll be fleeting to Scotland later"

"Remember?"

He added

I nodded

We ate and after that I went to our chambers to get ready.

He added before closing the door

"My brother told me I met the queen"

"He said that it was you"

"Are you the queen?"

She politely asked

"Oh you have a brother?"

"What did Lorenzo tell you about the queen?"

I asked her

"He said that"

"That she's bella [beautiful] , alta [tall], generosa [generous] e molto buona [and very good]"

Nicole said

I smiled

She smiled while nodding

"What if I tell you that I am the queen?"

"Will you get mad at me?"

I asked

She said

My soft heart was filled with a child's love. She's so cute

I smiled

Guard said

I said

It was Nicole's mother.

"Mia regina! I'll just fetch Nicole to eat"

She said

"Oh I see, it's fine. I'll be going down too"

"I'll see you downstairs"

I said

Nicole and her mother left and so did I.

Marco was standing by the carriage, waiting for me

"My love, are you sure you don't want me to come with you?"

He asked

"It is fine, my love"

"Needn't worry, I'll be safe"

I assured him

"All is ready, love"

"You're the only thing left"

He said

"Well then, I'm ready to leave"

I said

He hugged me so tight and whispered

I whispered back

He kissed me afterwards

A little girl waved at me

"Nicole!"

I called her to come

"You're going to leave?"

She asked

"Just for awhile. I'll be back"

"Okay?"

I told her

"Yes!"

Nicole said

"By the way, if I tell you i'm the queen, promise you won't get mad?"

I asked her

"Why?"

She asked

Before she finished her sentence, I winked at her hinting that I am the queen of Italy.

She squealed and smiled

She whispered

"What again?"

I asked even though I heard her

"Nothing"

She smiled

"Then I have to leave already, Nicole"

"I'll see you again in a couple of days!"

I said

"A little favor"

I added

"Yes?"

She asked

"Could you watch him [I pointed to Marco] for me?"

Marco saw me pointing him

"What is it?"

He laughed

"Make sure he won't have girls surrounding him"

I smirked

Nicole nodded
