"No. I prefer to go alone." Yuriel replied with a dont-ask-anymore tone which made the woman smile inunderstanding.

"Then... If you please follow me to retrieve your order." She said with a professional smile as if she is just talking about a wine product which made the latter thought about how good the woman's acting is.

Yuriel replied with a nod as the both of them went to a door that only staffs are allowed to enter.

Upon Entering the door. Yuriel see stocks of wines and alcoholic beverages piled up neatly in rows.

They kept walking and finally arrived at the end of the room.

Infront of them are glass shelves full of imported and expensive wine bottles that are neatly resting inside.

The woman went to one of the shelves and the latter saw how a door suddenly appeared. Revealing a new path that goes deeper.

"Please Wear this mask. All guests are prohibited to show their real face to ensure one's safety."

The woman then hands Yuriel a black mask with silver linings that can cover his whole face except the eyes.

Yuriel took the mask willingly and puts it on as they both walk to the path again.

After a few minute of walking, they finally arrived at the auction.

The woman led yuriel to a VIP class seat which is at the top part of the huge theater like building.

"Your number code is 07. Please just press this button to call me if you want to ask something about a product and I'll gladly respond to it." She professionally said and Yuriel just nod yet again as the woman finally went out of the room.

Unknown to her. A white wolf with a few spots of black appeared out of nowhere as it layed on his host's lap when Yuriel sat on a chair just near the balcony.

"Stay quiet Neo. We can't let anyone see you." Yuriel said with a low voice as the pup nods his head cutely and words appear on top of his head.

'Yes host! Neo will also tell you if i find any rare items in the auction!' Just by Looking at the pup's tail, one can say that the pup is happy. It afterall likes to be somewhat useful to his host.

Yuriel nodded and looked around. Since he was seated at the highest part of the room. No one can possibly see him Aside from the people who are gonna stand on the stage.

Snapping his fingers. His hair color changed into the same hazel color he once had.

As a former reader of novels. He always read things about the protagonist being cornered in the alley whenever he got a rare item from an auction.

He doesn't want to experience such scene since he doesn't want to fight today so he decided to change his hair color. In this way, They won't find the man no matter how hard they try.

After waiting for a few minutes, the auction finally start as the speaker starts reciting the goods they have.

It's already been ten minutes and yuriel still didn't find anything unique in every item they sell, nor the person he was looking for.

Resting his chin on his hand, Yuriel was starting to feel sleepy when Neo suddenly bite his other hand.

Startled in sudden pain, Yuriel glared at the pup but paused when he saw the words on top of the pup.

'Hossstt! Neo has Good news! That amulet! It's the blessing of Venus!'

Reading the phrases. His eyes widens as he quickly glanced at the item on the stage.

"This is an amulet that was found in an underground temple in the Western Continent. The red teardrop on the necklace is not a ruby but is actually a magic stone. There was a saying that whoever owns this amulet will give you riches. Some even say that it's a love charm and even a curse. Starting at 100 gold coins, let the bidding begin." After the auctioneer spoke the words. People started bidding for the item.

"200!"

"300!"

"500!"

Yuriel just spectate as his eyebrow raised. He didn't expect that the bid for the blessing of Venus is quite cheap.

'Well, They don't know the importance of that amulet afterall' Yuriel shrugged his shoulders as He waited for the last bid to take place before he can start bidding.

"800 coins for number 18! Is there anyone who's gonna bid higher?" The auctioneer asked as he waited for anyone to bid. When Silence engulfed the stadium, he starts counting.

"No one? Okay. Going once, Going twic--"

"Two thousand"

A manly voice spoke which made everyone look at the direction, even Yuriel who has a frown on his fac that was hidden well behind the mask.

He was actually planning to butt in but was interrupted When someone suddenly bid a higher money on the amulet.

Glancing at the third row of the seats. He saw a figure of a man seating elegantly with his legs crossed. Despite only Seeing his back, Yuriel can tell that the person is handsome with his black messy hair.

"T-two thousand for number 19! Is there anyone who gonna bid higher?" The auctioneer asked again and was about to say the closing when Yuriel raised his number.

"Five Thousand"

"Five thousand for number 07 from the VIP seat!" The auctioneer said which made the man who's number 19 flinced a finger as He didn't expect someone will go higher than him.

But the man didn't give up as he was not willing to lose such item on the latter.

"Seven Thousand"

"Eight Thousand"

"Ten Thousand"

"Fifteen Thousand"

And so, the bidding of the two continues as it finally end at the bid of Yuriel for 30 Thousand gold coins.

The auctioneer nor the audience didn't expect that such an amulet will cost almost a thousand and can't help but to be curious. Ofcourse, they're still not willing to bid such high money for things they are not sure of.

Finally, the auction ended without Yuriel seeing the other powerful character in the auction which made him frown since he was the reason why he was here in the first place but was also happy because he has the blessing of Venus in his hand.

Standing up. He walks out of the room with Neo on his shoulder who is now invincible and the woman who escorted him in auction greeted him just near the door.

The woman hand him the only lot he brought from the auction which he accepted quickly.

They start walking back to the path they've took When he saw the figure of the man not far away from his location.

The man felt the gaze of a person as he was planning to glare back at it but suddenly froze in his spot and was taken aback when he saw the silvery irises looking at him.

Yuriel was also taken aback by the golden eyes of the man but his expression was changed into confusion when he saw how the man eyes changed it's emotion into a longing and almost crying one.

Looking away, The woman and Yuriel turned as the dark path can be seen again.

Finally arriving at the stock room they once were. The woman then gave Yuriel a expensive wine as a gift and he left afte that with a happy smile.

Note: Sorry for the late update. I have alot of things to do in school but everything is Good now so i can focus on this story again.
