Morning came and the latter starts preparing himself to leave early. He didn't even dare to put any disguises on anymore since it's a hassle to change his hair and eye color. It always changes back whenever he use magic to begin with so why should he waste his mana for nothing?

He also knew that many have already seen him his unusual look so he decided to keep it that way.

'Let just hope that no bandits attempt to kidnap me.... if they can though.' He chuckled and went out of the room.

Yuriel decided to bid farewell to the Xandros family. The four of them was not expecting the latter to quickly go back to his journey but yuriel made up an excuse that he needs to head to the village that will take him 2 days to arrive for his friend's birthday that he met on his way to the city.

"We understand. If you ever need something, come to us and we will help you"

Yuriel, "Thank you for the offer. I will take my leave now."

The family smiled except for Rio who was in deep thought.

The latter was about to head out but was stopped when he heard the voice.

"Father, Mother. Can i join him in his travels?" Rio suddenly asked which shocked both the duke and the duchess from the bold request their son said.

"Ohhh. Does baby brother want to be with th--"

Rio, "It would also be a good experience for me since i also want to enhance my sword skills. Older brother is here so you can still have someone to help the duchy. Please reconsider it, father. " He bowed his head down and plead to his father. Gerald couldn't help but to act childish and pout a bit cause of his younger brother and the thought that no one is paying attention on him.

Duke Xandros was still thinking when Duchess Samantha faced the shocked yuriel and smiled gently.

"If you don't mind. Can my youngest join your journey? He has a very good skill on swords but because of our duchy's duties... He can't use his swordsmanship to it's limit.." Duchess Samantha spoke which made the duke speechless.

Yuriel think for a moment and thought that it'll be nice to have the second male lead with him and let him spend time with their future allies.

He also thought that it'll be his fault since the original Rio had become even more stronger to the point where wiping thousands of demons in one swing is just a piece of cake.

He afterall wants justice for his family's death And now that he actually saved them all, he was scared that it might cause rio to not become strong like what he should be because of him.

He nod in agreement and both the duchess and rio sighed in relief when the latter allowed the man to come.

The duchess smiled at his son and hugged him tight.

"There you go. Have fun okay? And make sure to come back as a strong individual." His mother encouraged her which made rio hugged him back and let go.

"I will mother. And i'll make sure that you won't be in that same situation again. " He spoke and the duchess just laughed. She was about to call the headmaid that is just near the entrance of the door when yuriel spoke.

"No need to pack anything, duchess. I'll take care of his needs, don't worry."

The duchess heard what the latter said and was quite hesitant but after seeing the warm smile on his face, she let go of the feeling and smiled back. Knowing her son is in the right person's side.

"Then please take this." The duke hand over a pouch and when yuriel saw what's inside, he was quite shock with all of the gold coins.

He's also rich himself, knowing he has tons of it in his storage but he was still shock of how the duke can just give away a big pouch of gold coins like it's nothing.

He just scratched his cheeks with a troubled look and stared at the duke.

"Um... isn't this too much?"

Duke, "Hahaha! Ofcourse not. We are a dukedom remember? And besides, it's an advance payment so please take care of my youngest." He smiled and patted the shoulder of his son, rio and hugged him tight.

Gerald just chuckled and also give his brother a farewell while hugging him tight before letting go.

"Why don't you take two horses in the stable? You can travel fast in that way." The duchess recommended but the latter just shook his head in disapproval.

"No need. I already have a perfect transportation for us." He said with a smiled but the family knew that it has a deep meaning.

The two bid farewell to the duke's family for the last time as Yuriel and Rio head out of the gate.

"Pardon me!! But is this what you mean by perfect transportation?!!" Rio shouted while the both of them are running in a high speed pace that even a normal eye cant see.

"Ofcourse! Isn't it convenient?" The latter smiled and looked at the man as if he was the smartest human to ever exist.

Rio just looked at him helplessly. He doesn't actually expect their transportation to be this way.

He still remembered how they left the duchy and brought some comfortable clothes for him first. The latter then brought him a sword incase of danger.

They next went out of the city and head to a place where no one can see them.

Rio was confused on what the latter was doing but after a second, he realized that the guy infront of him is not just a normal mage.

A small void suddenly opened and yuriel throw everything inside like it was nothing. He then looked at the dumbfounded Rio and raised his brows. Asking to out everything he has in the void so he did what the latter asked and the void slowly closed.

He thought that they're done but what he didn't expect is that the latter cast a speed spell without chanting a word.

'He can even do chantless spells like it was nothing...... How cool!' His eyes way somehow sparkling despite the poker face he has while running with the latter.

After a few hours of running, the sun started to set which made yuriel and rio stop in the woods.

"We should camp here. The forest is small so no bandits would be staying here and is far away from the city." He said and took some camping tools in his void. Rio was still amazed by the void since it's still his second time seeing it so yuriel let the guy be.

The two of them build the camp and also eat some food from his storage.

While eating, Yuriel asked Rio a certain question.

"Young master--"

"Please just call me rio. Sir. Yuriel"

The latter smiled, "Then please call me Yuriel instead. I have a question though.... What do you think about necromancers?"

Rio looked at the guy in a questioningly look on his face but answered it truthfully.

"I haven't meet one in my whole life but what i heard about them from others is that they're people who bring the dead back to life to attack and hurt people." He answered. The latter chuckled at how foolish those people to even say such things to necromancers.

"Actually, The 'bring back to dead back' is accurate but 'attack and hurt people' is not true." The latter drank the water from his cup.

Rio was intrigued and waited for the latter to speak again.

Yuriel finished the cup and Put it down. Looking at the cup, he continued talking. "Necromancers can bring back the dead but they can't hurt any people. Because of fear, many were quite threatened by their ability but unknown to them, there's a heavy rule for the necromancer to follow and that is to never hurt the living. That's why they can't protect themselves from the people who hurt them. And if they did protect themselves by using the dead, they'll still be punished by having a powerful lightning strike them to bits." He explained as he sighed and cleaned up. He then heads to the tent but before he can go inside. He smiled at rio.

"You should also sleep. We need to run early tommorow." The latter then entered his tent. Leaving the guy who's in dazed as he kept remembering what the latter said about necromancers.
