《Hierarchy》Epilogue

- Graduation -
"Regina WestWood." Principle Filbert calls out my name and I walk across the podium to collect my certificate.
He smiles for the pictures shaking my hand like he's even been a permanent figure in this school for the time I've been here.
The whole drama between everyone would have been sorted if he had gotten involved but they're more like figureheads in this school than anything.
I can hear my parents screaming and I see my brother reluctantly stepping out the crowd to take pictures due to my mother's request.
"Good luck in UMiami." He says patting me on my back as I walk off the stage to meet the rest of the guys.
Since everyone finally found out my secret, my last few months in this place was peaceful and somewhat enjoyable.
Caleb smiles as I join him and he places a kiss on my lips which I lean into. We're both going to the University of Miami together which makes me really happy. More happy than I've been in years.
"Look at my graduate baby." He whispers to me looking me up and down which makes me blush and even though my dark skin doesn't show it, he can always tell.
"You looked pretty good up there as well." I compliment and he smirks down at me cockily.
"We still on for tonight?" Vivian asks from next to us.
Quinton's arms were wrapped around her since he finally learned how to cherish the things right in front of him and she gave into his ways.
"Your place?" I questions and she nods her head
"As always, my baby throws the best parties." Quinton comments kissing Vivian's cheek, she rolls her eyes but there is a small smile that appears on her face like always.
"Hey could we take a picture please?" Kayla asks changing the subject
She and I have become somewhat cordial. I couldn't get rid of her in the friendship group but then again I never tried. This was her land before I came and it was never my intention to remove that for her. She made it more complicated that it needed to be.
I dropped the cease and desist order I placed on her, there was no need for it anymore considering everyone knew everything and her family were getting so broke that they couldn't even pay for her to go to college. Even though I pretend to be a heartless bitch, I'm not.
Jude places his arms over both Paulette and Kayla and Caleb placed his arms around me with Quinton doing the same to Vivian next to me.

We smiled at the person, who I'm assuming is Kayla's Mom, as she took the picture. She gave us a thumbs up and Kayla took off her cap with a heavy smile.
"I guess that's it." She exclaims. "I now how to start all over again to show people I'm better than them."
And she hasn't changed at all.
"Sure you'll do a great job at that." Vivian comments sarcastically but Kayla didn't get the memo.
"Thank you guys for making this an experience but I never want to see any of you again." Kayla continues.
She walked away from us, not looking back once. I really want to know how it's going to go for her in college. Rumour has it all her parents could afford was community-college so she's staying in Hamilton but college is still college.
Paulette watched her leave before turning to us, "It's been great guys. I'll see you later?"
I hummed in acknowledgement and she smiled before running off somewhere.
I feel sorry for those two. They never really made friends outside of the hierarchy and the people in it don't like them.
Talking about the Hierarchy, Ethan has been beaming about being the Senior King, with his new girlfriend Lila who is now Senior Queen, all week leading to the graduation. He got a free laptop earlier just because of it. Honestly, I didn't see such perks when I was Queen.
Ethan and Bambi both walked up towards us smiling. Bambi was jumping up and down because she's glad she actually got out in time to see us graduate.
She had stayed with us when she first came out. As much as she loved her family she still felt a sense of abandonment whilst she was inside which I don't blame her for. She had recently just moved back into her family home and I have never seen her glow like this before.
"You guys did it!" She beams, "Off to college, who would have thought, huh kicker."
I roll my eyes with a smile as she nudges me, "You'll visit us down there right?"
"Duh."
I smile and give her a hug.
"You know you're making it very clear you like her more than me, Tay." Caleb interject as Bambi and I pull away from each other.
"I love you too, Siah but she's my best friend." Bambi explains
"And I'm your brother." He replies
"Chicks before dicks." I explain and he raises his eyebrow at me as if to ask if I'm serious. "I don't make the rules around here, sorry."

Rolling his eyes, he pulls his sister into a hug.
Watching him interact with Bambi is the sweetest thing. He truly loves her and feels sorry for never breaking the rules to talk to her. The years apart clearly didn't do much to their relationship, they were able to pick it up like nothing had ever happened.
"You're going to look after her whilst I'm in college right?" Caleb asks Ethan as he untangles himself from his sister and places his arm around my waist.
"The exact same way you looked after me." Ethan nods putting his arm over Bambi's shoulder, "She's my sister now too."
Bambi blushes but smiles, "You don't have to, I can look after myself."
"I know, Tay." Caleb acknowledges, "But if you're going to start at this school you need someone who is in to survive. Ethan's got you, don't worry."
Bambi looks at my brother who smiles at her before nodding her head in agreement.
"Ma says we're going to Mensa's for dinner before you two go to the graduation party." Ethan tells me which I nod my head to.
Lila joins us waving at me which makes me smile, she's much better fit to my brother than Maddison ever was. She actually has a great head on her shoulders.
"Are you coming with us to Caleb's house?" I ask her and she looks up at her boyfriend
"Do you want to?" Ethan asks in response and she smiles nodding her head, "Then you're coming." Ethan then looks down to see he's still holding Bambi in his arms and replaces her with his girlfriend, "Thalia, this is my girlfriend, Lila."
"Nice to meet you." Lila smiles and Bambi returns the smile back
"You too."
"I'm gonna take Regina somewhere for a minute." Caleb announces weaving his fingers with mine.
They nod their head and Caleb directs me to a quote area next to the bleachers. He stares down at me and kisses me which I was expecting since I haven't seen him in two days.
He holds onto my waist tightly as I curl my arms around his neck and allow his tongue to invade my mouth. I don't think I can ever get tired of this, not when he's do good at it.
He pulls away from me pecking my nose. "I love you."
I grin at him knowing he's been saving telling me till a special occasion. I've known how I've felt for a while now and his actions have more than shown me he loves me back.
"I love you too."
He pecks my lips one more time before reaching into his back pocket and pulling out a large box from Tiffany's.
Looking down at it and then looking back up at him. "You better not be proposing to me." I tell him, "Because there is no reasonable reason why we should get married at this age. We've already done everything you're supposed to save for marriage."
He looks at me amused before shaking his head. "You think I would propose at the back of the bleachers? You should know me better than that." He teases opening the box to show a ring surrounded by a tennis bracelet.
"Caleb." I sigh in awe and he stares at me kind of worried.
"Do you like it?"
"Of course I like it. I love it. I just don't understand it." I explain making him confused.
"It's a ring and a bracelet. What's not to understand?"
I roll my eyes at him, "Why you're giving it to me."
"Because I love you." He replies taking the ring out of its placement and placing the box with the bracelet in on the side. He holds out his hand for me to place it in his which I do. "You changed my life in a short time and I don't know what I would do without you. This is a promise ring because I promise that I will continue loving you for as long as you'll have me and I promise to continue treating you how you deserve because I love you."
I feel an unwelcome tear drop from my eye as I try to contain my happiness. He slips on the ring, which is a little big for my finger but I'm sure he had to guess the size.
He then picks up the bracelet and struggles unclasping it for a minute but smiles down at me once he finally got it open and places it around my wrist before closing it.
Once it's done I admire the set on my hand for a second before wrapping my arms around his neck and kissing him deeply.
"I love you Caleb." I mutter against his lips.
"I love you too." He replies, "Just promise me college isn't going to change us."
"I promise." I smile
