Blue's POV

"I can't believe that just happened, Delta had done it again, she's found a way to disobey me, and not only has she disobeyed me, but she did it in the worst way, she may have very well, destroyed our only chance at someone getting a mate, well not this time!" "" Surge says with confidence. "" I interfere. "" Delta growls, "" Blue says. Delta sighs "".

Surge's POV

I felt so relieved when Blue stopped the challenge from happening, I almost shouted in glee, and then Delta still wanted to play the game. I thought Delta would say 'screw this' and walk away, but she didn't. "Maybe she's trying to prove that she doesn't give up on anything, or maybe she's trying to show, she's not afraid of a challenge. Maybe that's what she was trying to see when she challenged me, see if I'm afraid of a challenge, if I would give up easily" "" Blue commands.

I walk over to the pile and grab a round leaf. And walk back to wait. Once everyone has picked a round leaf, we walk behind the bushes. I get behind a bush and take a deep breath before I started to unwrap the rock.

"" I pray. At last the last leaf comes loose, and I reach down and grab it with my claws, and slowly lift it off. "Oh, thank god" I think to myself when I see the colour, black the rock is black.

I pick up the leaves from the ground and slowly start wrapping the rock back up careful to not rip the leaves. Once I had finished wrapping the rock back up, I stepped out from behind the bush and walked towards the area where we were talking before, only to see everyone already there waiting for me. "" Delta growls. "" I snap.

Out of the corner of my eye I saw Blue looks at me with an apologetic look "" she said. I turned my gaze on Blue "" I questioned. Blue looked down at the ground "" Blue said.

Blue looked up from the ground to look at me, with the raptor equivalent of a smirk on her face, "" she added. "" I started, "" I finish. I then look at Delta, then back to Blue "" I asked her. "" Blue answered, I then laughed, "" Delta snarled.

"" I argue. Charlie looked at me with a dumbfounded expression "" Charlie said. I glare at Charlie as if she's stupid, "" Blue said. Charlie turned to look at Blue, "" Charlie questioned. "" Blue roasts.

Delta opens her jaw in shock, "" Delta said in awe, then turned to look at Blue,"" Delta stated. "" Charlie asked, making the rest of us groan, "" Echo advises, then look at the rest of us, "" Echo clarifies. I couldn't help but feel bad for Charlie, it must be hard for her, having to put up with all of that. "" I interrupt, "" "" Blue quickly interrupts Delta.

"" Blue continues over the top of Delta trying to finish what she was trying to say. "" Delta shouted, "" Blue replied making Delta stop talking. Blue then turned her head towards the rest of us "" Blue questions. "" all of us except Blue and Delta say at the same time, Blue sighs and turns her head to glare at Delta. "" Delta snaps.

"" said Blue. Everyone except Blue and me Turn around, they all then start to walk past me I turn around confused of where to go, so I just started to follow them. Eventually we reached a part of the paddock that was covered in trees and you couldn't see past them. "" "" said Blue, I turn my head to look at her,

"" Blue interrupts me while answering my question at the same time. I nod my head "" I replied.

"Wait, where did they get fake leaves in the first place?" I thought to myself. "" I question, Blue looked at me and I couldn't help but notice how her eyes seemed so full of life, and happiness, as if nobody has every done wrong by her. I almost felt guilty for keeping my human identity secret from her. Everyone suddenly stopped walking, "" Delta stated. "" Blue ordered, we all did what we were told to do and formed a circle with our tails all squeezed together.

"" Blue announced. And we all started moving towards the break in the trees, I got a chance to look and see how far away the end was and took it. "damn, it's like a hundred metres away, how am I supposed to make it?" I thought to myself. I look towards the others and notice something missing. "" I shout, they all look around, "" Echo agreed.

Charlie looked ahead intensely, "" she said. "What is she looking at?" I question in my head, just then things got chaotic, "" Blue asked. I looked around for Echo and realise with a shock that she was indeed gone. "How did she get her without even making a sound?" I question in my head. "" Blue said, then turned her head towards where Charlie is, "" Blue grumbled.

"" Blue started then turned to look at me, "" She finished in a yell. Blue and I both took off running towards the end of the field, I started counting down the distance left to run in my head. "50... 40...30...20...10" just then something knocked me off my feet into the air, I watched as the end of the field disappeared behind the trees and bushes. My side hit the hard dirt with a thud, and there was a heavy weight on my other side.

I looked up to see Delta standing on me, with a smirk on her face, "" Delta exclaimed. "" I said, I tried to get up but fell back down, Delta gave me a look of sympathy, "" Delta explains. I summoned all of the strength I have and used it to try and stand up and I managed to get halfway and put my tail under me and used that to push myself up more, Delta stumbled and fell backwards with a shriek. She hit the ground and lay there for a few seconds before rolling onto her feet, she gave a look that I couldn't tell if it was confusion, anger or amazement.

"" Said Delta while she looked me up and down. "" I questioned back. "" Delta stated, then made it look like she was bigger, by lifting her head up higher, and standing up straighter, so there is a perfect forty-five degree downwards slope starting at the middle of her tail, going up to the end of her neck. About a quarter of Delta's tail is flat on the ground. "" Delta boasts.

I roll my eyes, "" I said. Delta let her shoulders dropped back into a normal stance, and glared at me, "" she questioned. I "" I answer.

I looked around curiously before resting my gaze on Delta again, "" I questioned. "" Delta suggested. "" I responded, before I started to walk over to the group. "" Delta complimented. "" I shouted over my shoulder, in reply.

I got to the group and the first thing said to me was, "" said Charlie, "" Echo agreed. "" I replied. I looked around, and saw Blue standing at the end of the field still. "" I suggested. Charlie and Echo looked around, "" they both responded at the same time.

We formed up then I looked back at Blue "" she yelled. We started moving and we got to about halfway, before something happened, "" Echo acknowledged. I looked to where Charlie was and she was indeed gone, I then turned my head towards Echo to reply to her and discovered she was gone also. I swore and then took off running, I heard something land behind me, and I glanced back to see Delta on the ground, she got up and started to chase me.

I looked ahead and saw the end of the field getting rapidly closer, something grabbed my tail, and I was yanked backwards, so I swiped my tail across the ground and felt it contact Deltas legs, her legs came out from underneath her and she felt to the ground and she let go of my tail in surprise. As soon as she let go of my tail, I went for the finish line, I heard footsteps from behind me, signifying Delta giving chase again. I got with five metres of the finish line and leaped about a metre into the air, just as Delta went to tackle me making her fall to the ground where I just was. I landed about 1 metre past the finish line.

I turned around and saw Delta still on the ground glaring at me, and Blue approaching me with a smile on her face, well the raptor equivalent of a smile that is. "" Blue complimented. I gave her a confused look, "" I asked. Blue sighed, "" Blue replied.

I gave her a questioning look, "" I questioned. Blue looked at Delta, "" said Blue. "" I suggested, "" Blue replied. I watched the round unfold, and at the end of the round Delta had taken two raptors.

"How the flip am I going to be able to do this?" I thought to myself. Then I got an idea, Delta walked over to "" Delta challenged, I walked into the bush and hoped that the plan would work. Once I was hidden and I could see the group, I waited for the round to start. "" Blue shouted signifying the rounds start.

I waited until the group was directly in front of me and then Charlie said something along the line of where is he, and they all looked at her. "This is my chance" I thought to myself as there was no one looking my way. I leaped out of the bush and ran into the one closest to me and wrapped my arms around them all and pushed with all my strength and I managed to get them all into the bush at the same time. "Yes! My plan worked!" I thought to myself in glee. I looked down at them all and noticed that all their faces read surprise.

"" Charlie said, "" Echo said. "" Blue said. Delta suddenly appeared at my side, "" Delta yelled. "" Delta admitted. "" I said,"" I begged.

I let them all get up, and they got in a line, "" Blue questioned, "" I admitted, "" Echo said calmly. "" I said really fast. "" Blue bellowed, "" I apologised. "" Blue yelled.

"" I questioned, "" Blue growled. I turned around and walked out into the open, where Blue couldn't see me, I looked back towards where they were and then something bashed the back of my head, and everything went black. I awoke in a cage, the cage of a containment truck, and looked around frantic, before stopping to watch what happened, they don't care what happens to me anyway, so why should I care. I watched as the containment truck with me in it started to move from the position it was in, exiting the enclosure with me in the back of it. I rested my head on the floor of the cage in defeat, knowing it would be a long time before I would've ever been able to see Blue again, that is if I ever saw her again.

"" Someone roared. I look up with newfound hope, and saw Blue, "" I look around for the others, but couldn't see them, that's when I realise it was only Blue, no other raptors just Blue. "But Blue is everything, wait... did I really just think that, that's just weird not long ago I wasn't even a velociraptor" I shook my head. "it's just my instincts messing with me" I thought to myself, though the more I think about it, the more I realised that it isn't my instincts messing with me. "I love her" I thought with realisation.

Bluestarted to chase the containment truck, but before she could even 10 metres shefell over, and she didn't get back up. "why did she fall over is somethingwrong, is she sick" I thought to myself in worry. It was then that I saw atranquiliser dart stuck in her neck. I let my head fall to the cage floor and Isighed. "" I whispered; the paddock then went out of sightbehind the trees of the forest
