Leaving my only family will be hard for me, but I know he's the only person that can understand me.

He is a full werewolf, but he once mentioned he was in love with a hybrid.

It was just a brief mentioning. I was younger. He had some alcohol, probably didn't want to say it.

Deep down, I know he understands the struggles and pain my kind goes through.

"I am." I admit. There's nothing weak about admitting you have fear. Weak would be lying to yourself and not protecting you.

"And I understand. What ever your decision is, I will ... I will stand by you. Like your father would." He says and my heart starts beating. I wonder how it would be with him alive.

"I need to run away and never come back here. Or anywhere.

He smiles. "I recommend the witches. They are hot headed but ... they like hard working people. Humans are ...well ...complicated. I don't want you to confuse your head."

"Anywhere but the vampires and wolves." I comments and he chuckles.

"Of course, just," he catches my hand, "be careful and I mean it.

You have great senses. You know how to hide and protect yourself, but hunters are cruel.

There's many of them. They have no sympathy or emotions. I don't understand how can they even be here ...

Don't let them catch you." He says and looks into my eyes.

"I know." I whisper. I know that very well.

My leave is peaceful.

The birds are singing in the trees, the Sun is shining briefly between the leaves. It appears like nothing is happening.

That the heart breaking leaving is only ... another thing happening to a small hybrid while the world continues.

I walk deeper in the woods with a leather back pack and sturdy shoes.

I have no idea for how long will I survive alone in here or where will my destiny lead me to, but

... I have to disappear before the pack or the hunter makes me their slave.
