It's supernatural, so some things will not be realistic or logical.

There are mostly lgbtq+ characters, so go away, if you hate it.

The main couple will not have a child or be in a poly relationship, however there are side characters like that for all the lovers of this genre.

Supernatural Mafia is not the same as real Mafia, but it's still the same "wattpad vibe".
