After three of the members of the coven leave the back of the house, the rest look at Edward with disappointment swarming their eyes. However, due to him being completely oblivious to how his actions effect others he sits questioning his family. "Seriously guys, why are you looking at me like that? They probably just wanted brother sister time. Why are you treating it like it's my fault? You know how I am with Bella." His agitation is growing with each minute that passes while his blood singer looks slightly smug nestled next to him.

Rosalie scoffs and sits on the couch with her arms crossed "That girl next to you isn't even your mate. You haven't asked us once if we know who it is. You are throwing away a perfect opportunity to be eternally happy. What happens when Bella turns? Your lust for her blood disappears as she won't have any blood left." Her eyebrow raises as a silent challenge for him to justify his actions. Edward just sits there thinking about the future when Jasper and Emmett come back in looking determined yet with a hint of pain.

As they walk in, they both look at Edward and start walking up to him. "Stay away from our princess. Got it?" They both ask at the same time confusing everyone in the whole house. Edward sits there dumbfounded "and why should I? She's here as our guest. I should be able to talk to her when I wish."

Bella had other plans and starts whining next to him "but why? I mean she's not even worth it. She's just a stupid daughter to one of the three power hungry vampires." That is the worst thing to say in a vampire coven's house. Every member of the Cullen coven hiss in Bella's direction even Edward surprisingly.

"Don't you ever insult the Volturi royalty again, do you understand?" Carlisle says in a demanding tone which makes him sound like a deranged man. When Bella doesn't answer, Carlisle steps forward and growls out "I said. Do. You. Understand?" She whimpers out a yes before turning into Edward's chest.

After that whole situation, Edward takes her home making sure that nothing else like that happens. Jasper and Emmett turn to Esme and make her sit at the kitchen island "could we ask a favour?" Emmett question is asked quietly as he is slightly nervous even Jasper looks nervous at this request. Esme being the loving mother figure in the coven nods her heard encouraging her boys to continue. "Could we build a Didyme memorial for Gaia in the garden? We heard her talking to her but it seems like she would benefit a statue or something symbolising Didyme for her to speak to" Jasper explains as himself and Emmett lean against the counter opposite their mother. Carlisle who hears this request just smiles at the boys and their bond to their new addition.

Esme looks at the two astonished "of course you can! Go get whatever in the morning, leave me a design and I'll finish it while you're at school tomorrow. It'll be done so you can show her tomorrow when you return, I know she'll want to do the flowers so I'll just do the main centrepiece." She smiles and claps her hands together, something Jasper catches that reminds him of Alice. The boys go off to the living room and plan what they want it to look like.

Time skip

At lunch the following day, Bella sits next to Edward hugging his arm like a child would to their mother. "Can you believe that girl? Like she actually believes she has some power over us." She scoffs and takes a bite out off her apple.

The siblings minus Edward steal glances at each other completely annoyed by her ranting. This has been happening since Bella joined them in the parking lot that morning but with them all being in different classes, this is the first she has fully ranted.

"Like yes well done your father and two other men could overthrow a coven and take charge. It just makes her look like a slut or something. She just wants all of the attention on herself. Like when she stormed out when me and Eddie were kissing!" Now that caught Edward's attention. "Bella I told you I don't want to be called that. Edward is fine". His words unfortunately fall of deaf ears as she continues her rant about Gaia being an attention seeker and many more false claims.

After five more minutes of listening to Bella's scratchy voice, Rosalie snaps "Oh Bella just shut up! She is an amazing person. Just because she is a vampire with two gifts and has some title, you think she is some big horrible person. Guess what, she's not! She is beautiful in body and soul. You are just too tainted to see through your tunnel vision glasses. Now back off of my sister before I do something that would hurt Charlie." With that said, Rosalie storms out of the cafeteria with Emmett close behind after he glares daggers at the human girl.

Alice looks between the door and Bella "Bella you know I don't like talking out against anyone but what you are doing is rude. Just plain rude. She has gone through so much yet you are painting her a villain. You are the villain if anything. You pushed yourself into our family, you claimed Edward even though he only desires your blood. You have caused so much turmoil in our family dynamic that it's a miracle we are still together." Alice leaves following Rosalie as they both saw Gaia as their little sister even though the girl is older than both of them combined. Jasper signals for Alice to wait for him as he has something to say to the couple.

"You better keep your blood bag in check Edward. You're lucky Gaia gave me something to control my bloodlust or I would've ripped her throat out just for fun after what she said about my princess. Gaia is amazing and I know you saw what everyone else has seen when you spent that night talking to her outside. And Bella? Stay away. You don't have anything on her. She is literal royalty and what are you? Some poor excuse of a human who keeps on purposefully injuring herself to ensure you being turned. Stay away from us for the last time." With his eyes darkening, Jasper turns and walks to Alice hugging her from behind nestling his face into the crook of her neck to calm himself. Alice being the happy pixie she is, she strokes his head softly before kissing his nose and dragging him out to the other couple.

While all of this is happening, Gaia walks along the treaty line making sure not to disturb the shifters. Luck isn't on her side as she hears a low growl from her left, shocking her from her thoughts, she stumbles back onto the Cullen side wide eyed. "Oh hello! I made sure to stay on the Cullen side I just needed to escape the four walls that remind me of Bella. I apologise for disturbing you and your patrol. I'm not a nomad, I'm staying with the Cullens until Bella is turned and I take her back to Italy." As she talks she composes herself and stands tall looking at the large black wolf.

"Oh my apologies! I haven't introduced myself. I'm Gaia Volturi, Princess of the vampires. I know who you are, Alpha Sam Uley of the La Push shifters in Washington. You have a beautiful fiancée and you shouldn't feel guilty about what happened. I can tell she doesn't blame you for it, as you know you couldn't control yourself. Stop living with the guilt." She explains with a soft smile as she watches the wolf look at her with confusion and then anger as she speaks about his imprint.

"I'm not going to hurt you, your pack or your imprints Alpha. I don't hurt humans....innocent humans anyway and while I'm here I'm living on blood bags. I would do the animal diet again but I've heard from the animals that the amount of animals in the area are massively depleting so I'm trying to see if they can get their elderly or sick to come closer to the Cullen residence so they don't hunt healthy adults or children." Now Sam looks utterly confused, how does this leech know which animals are being hunted and how does she get the animals to do her bidding.

Gaia giggles hearing his questions "you see Alpha, I can talk to animals that's how I know how has been hunted, how I ask them to bring their elderly and how I know what you asked. You're a wolf so technically an animal. Yes an animal who can turn into a man but still an animal. I truly mean no harm. If anything I wish to be friends." After her explanation, she hands Sam a bouquet of red tulips, lavender roses and red primroses with a mix of green leaves and sprigs.

"This is for that lovely Emily at home. The lavender roses signify love at first sight, sort of representing the imprinting bond. The red tulips for everlasting love and the red primroses symbolise passion. The leaves and sprigs just make it look more fancy. You don't have to be careful running in wolf form, they can handle the wind and your strong jaw. Flora manipulation is my other gift so you're welcome and maybe you can tell me if she likes them if we see each other again?" She asks with a hopeful look in her eye. Sam eyes the small vampire in front of him before stepping forward and smelling the gorgeous bouquet in front of him. With a slight nod of his head he gently picks up the flowers while the girl squeals happily.

She waves her hand before walking back to the Cullen residence confusing the Alpha greatly.
