Time skip
I just came back from picking Bella up from her father's so that we can discuss things for after her graduation and have a date. Once we walk into the living room there is a slight tense atmosphere.
"In Seattle, police officers are concerned about the numerous disappearances of the young teens around the area. They are still unsure about the cause and if they are all connected. Police officers advise for teenagers and young adults travel in larger groups so that they are easily seen by the public."
Jasper scoffs and turns off the tv whole Emmett looks annoyed "and that is why humans are dumb." I don't think Emmett even realises Bella is in the room as he was so indulged in the news.
My girlfriend looks quite annoyed at his sudden outburst "oh yeah we are dumb. We just want to be taken by some mysterious force." Bella is seriously causing a rift between my family. Why can't she just see that it's her fault we are here? Wait....since when am I blaming Bella?
I'm so deep in thought that I almost miss Gaia's response. Key word: 'almost'. "Oh yeah, but isn't there young human girls that go out drinking then walk alone at night after becoming intoxicated? That is the definition of dumb or moronic. You forced yourself into an idiotic situation with a human and a vampire coven. If that doesn't show the intelligence of the human race I don't know what does." I can tell Gaia is holding herself back and I can't help but smile at the fire in her eyes.
Bella whimpers and clings to my arm "Babe, why does she still have red eyes? Surely she should be on your diet? I'm scared of her." Her voice sounds somewhat fake. I look down at her and frown slightly seeing her invisible smirk while she looks at Gaia. I don't think she's realised I'm looking at her. When she looks up at me, her face instantly changed into a puppy dog look and that of a scared toddler.

"She can't be on our diet. It's her own beliefs and she isn't biting humans. She has amazing self control so don't be worried. There is also seven members in this coven that will hold her back and one of those seven is a vampire with heightened strength. You know we wouldn't cause harm intentionally." I say the last word quietly so she can't hear me but everyone else can or at least I assume so due to the slight shocked look on their faces.
"So what's happening after graduation? Are we having a party in my honour? I mean you've all graduated before so what's the point in you having one right?" Bella's annoyed voice sounds as I sit in a loveseat and pull her into my side gently so Jasper or Gaia don't attack her.
"I'm going to plan a party and it won't be in your honour. It's for all of the senior students. We still like to celebrate the finishing of school even after we've done it so often and it's the first time we've had Volturi royalty attend." Alice's excitement is slightly contagious and I can't help but smile. Bella, however, doesn't like the idea of having Gaia attend. "How can you allow that monster to attend a human party?! She is going to murder everyone in attendance!" She screeches which causes all the vampires in the room to wince at the sound.
I sneak a glance at the princess and I'm shocked to see the hurt in her eyes. She must've heard a lot of insults in her life...yeah that's why. I block out my worry for her and turn to Bella. "Let's just forget that yeah?" I say before bending down and peppering her neck with light kisses which thankfully distracts her. I hug her into me and she responds by kissing my cheek and neck. I'm so caught up in the essence of the girl next to me I don't see what happens around me.

Once I feel the overwhelming feeling of lust and hunger, I then feel heartbreak and sorrow. There's only one person in this house that would feel that so I turn to Gaia. Her eyes are locked onto my brother and his blood singer as the venom tears well in her eyes unfortunately unable to fall. Her hands are tightly holding the magazine in her hand, so tightly the pages rip. That sound alerts her and pulls her out of the trance, she looks down before looking at me. She smiles apologetically before a small yellow lily which I know means a happy and heartfelt thank you. Holding the flower, I don't feel the hunger for Bella's blood and I'm shocked.
Turning to face her, I look around startled she left without me noticing. Looking to Carlisle, he points to the back door, I nod before grabbing Emmett's arms and dragging him forcefully out of the door. "She needs us. Her true mate is kissing someone else in front of her." I mutter to him not even looking at him.
We hear the dry sobs before seeing her. We halt our movements and listen "Oh Didyme, why can't you be here? You would know what to do. He doesn't even know that we are mates! He's blinded by his blood lust for that stupid and moronic girl. How can I compare to her? She has been around longer than I in his life, she knows him better...slightly. She doesn't know about his human life unlike I but what can that do? I bet she knows about the piano and his mother's name. I bet she knows all about his break of sanity where he fell of into the deep end of his blood craving. God, I wish I could just visualise you're grave or something. I miss you madre." Her dry sobs get louder and I can't handle it anymore. I run up to her and wrap her in a tight embrace.
"I'm so sorry princess. He doesn't deserve you at all. You are amazing and he is blind if he doesn't see that. You are so strong and have been through so much." My heart breaks feeling her sadness. I look helplessly at Emmett and he joins the hug basically enveloping us both in his embrace.
"He is completely blinded by his lust for her blood munchkin. When she's turned, he will finally be able to open his eyes to the truth I just hope you don't give up on him before then. You will be good for him but if he doesn't see that, you still have us. You have me, Jazz, Rose and Alice all surrounding you and supporting you. We love you tiny." She giggles at the nicknames Emmett uses. That small sound is enough to let us breathe a sigh of relief.
"Is it ever going to get easier? Seeing him with her? Wishing it was me in her place?" Her broken voice feels like a stab to the frozen heart in my chest. "In time princess. It will in time." I mutter kissing her forehead.

I am terrible at spelling and I'm not doing this for profit but as a way to relax so no paid editors. I will warn you that if this book gets impossible for me to write I might just end it, but I will write an end even if it's ended abruptly I hope it won't get that bad though. well hopefully that won't happen, by the way, the ending will be the same it's just the difference of whether or not there are loose ends. this is mainly an adventure/fantasy, the romance will likely be cringe-worthy with just how slow it will be, either I won't know how to advance or won't want to due to the circumstances I make, on purpose or accidentally. if you have suggestions for story progression feel free to help, I will, of course, give you props if I use them.
