" When are they arriving?" Fakhr was asking his sons.

Shahzain saw Murad entering the hall and he straight away went towards the Children without giving a single glance to Shahzain, who stood up to greet him.

Murad just ignored Shahzain.

"Forgive him before he faints" Ayath left no chance to tease Shahzain.

"You never gave me a chance to explain. I was very much stressed at that time. I knew you were the best Physician around and when you gave up I was lost"

"It is related to women's body, There was a high chance that she would have bleeding during labor I was trying to find the right medication. I am not sure if she will make it"

"I will try my best" He assured her. He asked his assistant to help him with grinding some medications. Once done he carefully placed it under Seher's tongue.

"It is too crowded. Please take the women out and arrange for some wet nurses for the newborns till Seher is awake" Murad was waiting for medication to take its effect.

Soon they all were joined by Nur Jahan and the rest of the family. Murad calmed Fakhruddin and Nur Jahan.

"Don't worry Uncle, the medication has worked and Seher will be awake soon but she will need a lot of rest"

"What happened to Shahzain?"

"I think he couldn't take the news that Seher was in a life-threatening situation. His heart rate dropped, His condition was critical too, but don't worry I gave him medications. Both of them are safe medically"

Murad then asked Ayath to bring the children. Fakhr asked him to do the prayer in their ears and give them dates.(Dates for sucking for newborn"

"You should do it? Shahzain might not like it when he wakes up"

"You have more rights, you saved their parents on many occasions" It was Queen Najma.

Murad called for prayer in the boy's ears. Seher had given birth to two beautiful boys who had the features of both parents. Seher and Shahzian were both carried into the palace.

The first thing Shahzain asked was about Seher when he was awake.

"You both scared us to death" Ayath replied looking at Seher and Shahzain.

"What happened, how are my children"

"Your husband fainted and your children are all fine"

"Where are they and are they, girls or boys?"

"Here they are, your two beautiful boys" Nur Jahan helped Seher hold her children. Seher looked at two nonidentical twins who were looking like white cotton bundles.

"What names are you planning," She asked Shahzain.

"Shahzaid and Shahzad" Seher replied. " His late father already picked their names" Seher elaborated

"That names are confusing and too similar" Ayath complained but Fakhr glared at her.

Shahzain saw Murad checking his sons. "Murad I am really sorry for my rude words"

"Hold on! You were never important to me whatever I am doing is for Seher and these are her children and they are dear to me"

"Uncle, my mother is waiting for me for a long time. I am going back home" Murad informed Fakhruddin.

Seher was upset with Shahzain when she came to know what he said to Murad.

"How can you say those words to him Shahzain?. He was always there for he saved your life not once but twice. we owe him for that"

"I was not in my senses Seher when I Saw you lifeless. I am really sorry and genuinely seeking his forgiveness"

Murad stayed till the children's ceremony on Najma begums insistence.

"Don't worry, he has a big heart he doesn't hold any grudges. He will forgive you soon" Nur Jahan replied.

Everyone was rejoicing at Shahmahal. Seema could finally breathe without any fear. She loved Nur Ain like her own and was happy that her daughter was rescued. Kulsum her biological daughter was very lucky unlike her as her husband adored her. She was requesting Seema to visit her soon. Abasi turned more responsible after the battle. Shahzain made him governor of one of his provinces.

Shahzain and Seher were visiting Fakhruddin's mountain kingdom for Ayath's wedding. Their children were already 18 months and now started walking. Shahzain couldn't thank god anymore. His sister Nur Ain was accompanying them to the wedding. When Shamsuddin requested his parents to get him married to Nur Ain it was a shock for them, Jalaluddin was not very happy but Nur Jahan convinced him. They asked Shahzain for Ain's hand but she straight away refused.

"I am not marrying a young boy, Brother" She was in no mood for arguments so everyone kept quiet. She coming to the wedding was a surprise for Shamsuddin. He made up his mind to talk to her at the right time.

The little munchkins were the center of everyone's attention. Everyone was waiting for their turn to hold them. Salahuddin who was rarely available made sure to spend his time with his nephews despite his busy schedule.

"So, Seher when are we expecting a girl?" Hajra Begum asked her daughter.

"These two are a handful and enough for us" Shahzain replied. Shahzain was very traumatized by Seher's delivery and was in no mood to have any more kids.

In the night Seher and Ayath were talking in their old room.

"Ayath, are you happy with this alliance?"

"Yes, why do you ask?"

"I mean Arsalan is not any prince and I heard he refused to accept any kind of gifts from father"

Suddenly Seher went to the bathroom to vomit.

Seher tried convincing Shahzain but he was deaf ears. Seher's mood was low and her maid Martha gave her few ideas. Every night Seher was putting on these expensive perfumes and the french lingerie. Shahzain restrained himself but after a week he gave in to his desires.

"You were unnecessary avoiding me. You are already old and I don't think you can match me in a few years" Seher teased him further.

"Seher, you won't believe it she is the daughter of a prominent silk trader"

"How come she landed as Murad's assistant?"

"It was uncle Hafeez who recognized her, She was escaping her greedy relatives after her parent's death and landed in the slave market and at the right time, Murad bought her. Now with the help of Baba, she is trying to get her inheritance. her case is due in court"

"She loves Murad"

"Yes, we all support her but Murad doesn't give her a single glance"Ayath sighed.

"We can help her ?"

"Actually we can help both her and Abi Shams. Ain rejected our brother and Murad Mahapare. Let us inform them that elders are considering Shams and Mahapare alliance. Let us see their reaction"

"Do one thing appoint Murad as your royal doctor, for every little thing you call him" Ayath was angry at both Seher and Shahzain.

All the family gathered by now. "Bother in law, please do not faint and listen"

Seher was scared "Come on Seher tell me?"

"Shahzain you are going to be a father again, I am pregnant"

Shahzain was all confused at first then angry.

"Children are blessing Shahzain and this time we can look after Seher without any stress" Nur Jahan smiled at her son-in-law. She took out a few gold coins and distributed them to the maids.

"Don't worry Sultan, Everything is fine with Sultana" Martha now a qualified midwife assured Shahzain.

"I will take great care of you Seher, I promise" He held his wife's hand as reassurance.
