Seher wanted to Check on Najma Begum, She was not keeping well for the past two days. Najma Begum was the iron lady according to Seher, She bore everything from Husband's cruelty to infidelity. All alone She managed the kingdom so well, after knowing about her past Seher thought that Najma Begum was stronger than her mother. At least her mother had her father, his unconditional love and support but Najma Begum was all alone.

Najma Begum looked very pale to Seher.

"What happened to you grandmother?"

"Seher, nothing to worry about I am very old, and even common illness will take time to go from this old body"

"Everything looks so gloomy without you, you know you keep this place running"

"You should take over everything now"

"How can I when I am leaving soon"

Najma Begum's expression changed "Did something happen Seher?"

"Nothing, I just can't tolerate that Ariana anymore"

Grandmother, wish I can say that I don't want to stay with you psycho, monster grandson of yours, he is worst of the man. maybe he is just like your husband.

"Seher, ignore her for time being. You will see there will be a time when she will be kicked out"

"Grandmother get better soon, we will then visit my parents, you know the fresh air of the mountains will make you feel younger and energetic"

"I don't know if I will live that long" the old woman sighed.

"Please don't say that" Seher panicked.

Najma Begum knew her frail body was giving up. She did not want to scare Seher.

" Don't worry, I will not die before I see you and Shazain happy together with many children like your mother"

Thinking of children with Shazain was very sickening for Seher. She wanted to tell Najma all about the events happening since was sick and her decision to leave Shazain for good but she just did not have the heart to break this news to her. Najma Begum was very optimistic about Shazain and her.

"Thank you Seher for agreeing to stay here for my sake, you don't know this has given me inner peace. I know you are the only girl for my Shazain."

Seher was stuck in limbo. She decided to wait till Najma gets a little better. Anyways it was quite reassuring for her that her family is still looking out for her. Albina was in the palace. Abasi and Shuja were nearby. You can wait for a little while Seher, Just ignore Shazain and his devious lover.

Seher bid goodnight to Najma Begum and walked away. when passing through the big Hallway she saw Shazain and Ariana standing near the entrance of the open terrace.

Ariana saw Seher looking at them.

"Xain I think there is something in my eyes can you blow it please"

Shazain like a fool as always, bend to blow.

Ariana purposely kept her hand on his shoulder.

To anyone looking from the other side, it looked as if the couple was kissing.

"Is it fine Ariana?" Shazain asked

"That's fine Xain". Shazain noticed Ariana's eyes were focused elsewhere, He turned and was surprised to See Seher looking at him with repugnance, she just walked away.

"When did she come" Shazain murmured.

" I saw her when you were blowing my eyes, What happened to her?" Ariana asked innocently.

Oh God! did she think I was kissing Ariana. He saw Ariana and her eyes were perfectly fine. Did she do this on purpose? Why are women full of jealousy? Now this will complicate things between him and Seher. Shazain was depressed.

Seher bumped into Utbah" I am so sorry" She just walked away quickly. . her eyes were dull. He saw Gulab chasing Seher.

"I called her for the dinner and she just walked away," Gulab said to Utbah

"What did our Sultan do now? Why is Princess Seher so unhappy?" Utbah asked Gulab.

"I don't know, She is unhappy since that Greek princess arrived" Gulab replied.

"He thinks because he is king everyone will be obedient to him. That Ariana is obedient because he funds her and her parent's luxuries. Princess Seher does not need any favour from him, He is a fool to think that she will bend and flatter him like Ariana.

Aunty Gulab, he is trusting the wrong woman, I know he loves Seher very much, but remember my words if he continues his arrogant behaviour he will lose her forever"

"God forbids, why are cursing him Utbah, You know I saw him smile after many years after she came into his life"

"I know he is staying in the palace more for her, I will never curse him I don't know what to do that will make him realise. Don't forget she is Queen Nur Jahan's beloved daughter."

Seher lost all her appetite after seeing Shazain and Ariana kissing. Seher always use to give up on eating when angry or upset. She remembered how her Ummi use to feed her with her hands.

Seher recalled once she and her brother Shahabuddin had a huge argument and her baba supported Shahab, Seher was so upset that she did not have her food for the whole day and did not even come out of the room. The next day her Ummi made her favorite breakfast and coaxed her to eat. Shahab apologized to her.

"Seher, never give up on food, no matter how upset you are" Nur was feeding her.

"Ummi, God knows what will happen after her marriage if she behaves like this" Salah teased Seher.

" we will find a groom who will pamper her like a child" Nur replied.

"Really Ummi, Like a child! then he will be very old " Shams joined in.

"Ummi look they are after me again" Seher whined.

"Ummi, You never pamper us like her, and look Ayat Ummi did not even Feed you when you fought with me last week " Sahahab instigated Ayat.

"That is because I am not a fool like Seher, I will never give up on my food for silly fights"

"Yes, she will make your Husband go hungry if he fights with her" Shams teased her.

" Yes, Why should I suffer it will be easy to make other people suffer" Ayat was stubborn.

"Ummi Whoever Ayat marries I will support her husband " Shuja declared.

" All of us will support that poor chap because we know what he will face every day till he dies" Sahab laughed out loud.

They were such a happy family Seher thought. Why can I not be like Ayat?

Shazain's life would have been a living hell. She would have beheaded him by now. Seher smiled recalling her family.

If she said seeing Ariana and her husband being intimate did not hurt her that would be a white lie because it did hurt like hell but anyways She is a guest for a few months or many be days, Once Najma Begum gets better she will leave. Seher was not upset with Shazain anymore because she did not love him anymore ad the best way to move on was to forgive him. Seher drank the milk that Gulab kept for her and slept peacefully.

Shazain and Ariana were having dinner together when shazain asked

Ariana, did you purposely ask to blow your eyes?

"Xain, I am sorry I am insecure of Seher, she is young and more beautiful than me. I am afraid to lose you"

Shazain got up.

"Please, Shazain don't be angry with me. I promise I will behave " Ariana acted more sweetly.

Shazain recalled how he was tortured and beaten to death until his savior saved him. Years later when he came to know it was King Christos, he asked him for any wish in return for the favour he did years back.

"Just take care of my daughter Shazain," Christos requested

"I will marry her" he announced on that day.

" I will never be angry with you Ariana," he said.

"Really, Xain. "

"You don't have to be insecure Ariana"

"Xain, can you spend this night with me please"

Shazain was taken back.

"I just want to talk to you, but if you think your wife will be unhappy then it's Ok. I understand"

"It is your happiness that comes first Ariana but I can't stay with you. It is not appropriate"

"please Xain, please you spend your time with her, share a bed with her, have sex with her but you just can't stay with me "

Shazain knew now that Ariana was Insecure about Seher's beauty and his relationship with her., I will wait till Ariana sleeps. he thought.

"Ok Ariana you sleep I will sit here"

"Xain, I will come in a minute"

Shazain thought about his beautiful Seher, Seher when will you force me to stay with you, when will you exercise your rights. it is always me. I know you are very young but maybe once we have children your Inhibitions will go.

Shazain did not realize when Ariana came in front of him wearing a transparent nightgown. Her white body was on display. she bent down and her cleavage was visible .

"Dreaming about me Xain "she said seductively and was about to sit on his lap when Shazain jumped up.

"I think you need to put on some clothes or at least cover yourself up" Shazain turned his head the other way.

"Xain, I am all yours ...." She put her arms around his neck.

Shazain scowled at her.

"What are you doing Ariana?"

" why can't you understand Xain, I want to become yours"

"I think you are not in your senses Ariana. This is all inappropriate"

"Xain, please don't turn away from me. We both are adults and engaged. There is nothing wrong in it"

Shazain turned his face away and walked towards the door. Ariana blocked his way.

"you say that you love then why Xain, " she was crying.

" am I abhorrent ?"

Shazain just looked at her.

"do you love me Xain?"

"Yes Ariana "

"Then why do you not desire me Xain, we are engaged for years and my father does not have any problem with our relationship then why can't you make me yours"

"Not now, Ariana " Just go and wear decent clothes. Shazain did not have any sexual desires seeing her or when around her.

"You know Shazain, everyone tells me that you don't love me that's is why you did not touch me till now. Not even once you kissed me like a lover and you never force my father for ou marriage"

Ariana was mad, she did not want to hear No from Xains mouth.

"Ariana I can only sleep with my wife, once we get married then"

"You always agreed with my dad that I am too young but you married a16 year old. tell me that you don't have sex with her."

Ariana was in no mood to listen she was determined to have Shazain.

Shazain completely ignored her and averted his gaze.

"You are averting your gaze seeing me"

"Ariana you are not appropriately dressed"

"Are you for real Xain, This is inappropriate what about the sexy clothes filled in your young wife's wardrobe? You must have been jumping on her seeing those outfits"

Ariana removed her gown and was standing naked in front of him and started unbuttoning his dress.

"Just on night Xain, make me your woman" Shazain picked up the sheet from the bed and wrapped it around her.

" Xain, tell me that you don't sleep with Seher. Just tell me"

"Seher is my wife Ariana, her kids are my future heirs"

"I know Shazain, heirs.. that is all lie, The way you look at her tells that you desire her. She is way too younger to you but did you ever feel that she is young?"

"Ariana you are not yourself, we will talk later. I am leaving" Shazain just walked out .

Ariana's eyes were filled with viciousness. Seher yo cant take my Xain away from me. You have to go at any cost. I will make my Xain marry an ordinary woman for his kids.

Shazain walked upstairs towards his room, He saw Gulab " did my wife have dinner"

"No, She just drank a glass of milk. I mixed her medication in it"

Shazain walked towards his bed and in the dim light of the lamp, she saw her enchanting face. He ordered the maids to light his room and go away.

How can you sleep so peacefully Seher, I thought you will wait for me, fight with me, or at least show that you are upset.

He was looking at her puffy pink lips. he kissed her. Just looking at her his body reacted. He remembered the first time he looked at her in her room sleeping. for the first time, this young girl ignited all his desires which were unknown to him.

He use to see girls throwing themselves at him, Many kings paraded their daughters, Gifted him beautiful young girls but never once did he has any feeling towards any one of them. Utbah use to tease him that he is impotent.

Seher was the first one who he desired. even though she was very young he never thought as a child, to him she was his wife his equal. Just a few minutes back when Ariana stood naked for him he felt disgusted and had no desire for her. now just looking at his wife he wanted to have her, possess her., ravish her.

He remembered about the wardrobe Ariana was talking about. He opened her close and looked at the dresses. He smiled to himself imagining Seher wearing it.

He came back to the bed after changing. he engulfed her in his tight embrace and started kissing her. Seher who was in her deep sleep woke up and saw Shazain's lips on her. she pushed him.

"Leave me alone you ape" She tried getting up.

"Where are you going.?"

"First to rinse my mouth"

"Why?"

"I don't want another woman's taste in my mouth"

"What" Shazain got up.

"I don't want your used lips which were sucking other lips"

Shazain started laughing at her antics.Seher froze for a few seconds. This was the first time in six months she saw him laughing.

"My dear wife I never kissed anyone in my life except you"

"I saw with my own eyes, what was that checking her temperature?"

"So you are upset. She said that there was something in her eyes and I just blew air."

"I have nothing to do with what you do who you kiss who you sleep, but don't touch me"

She took her pillow and walked away.

Shazain quickly pulled her back.

"I won't do anything, I promise just sleep. I did not sleep yesterday My head is hurting"

Before Seher could react he pulled her on him and hugged her and closed his eyes."

"Leave me alone you monster, monkey..."

"sleep, I have to go early in the morning"

Shazain was tired he did not feel like forcing her. He just wanted to sleep next to her.
