This was the First time Seher walked alone in an unknown place. Back home where ever She went she was always accompanied by one of her brothers. Her sister Ayat was a rebel she never had a problem going alone into the woods for hunting.

Seher was trembling fear with all the noises that were coming from the woods. She reminded herself again and again that she is Nur Jahan's daughter.

As she was walking uphill along the Unmetalled road, she was almost breathless. Suddenly she saw a familiar face. She never felt so happy seeing someone than seeing a person standing in front of her.

"What are doing here all alone Princess"

"I am happy that I found you, can you help me"

"What happened Martha, Why was Utbah calling Shazain"

Martha heard that Seher was missing and Shazain was after her but She did not want to give that Satisfaction to this Ariana.

"They were talking about some Political matter. Utbah was telling that it needed urgent attention"

Ariana thought something and kept quiet. She was glad that it was not about Seher. She saw how restless Shazain was and got worried that he was falling for her. but when he left her at the beach and hurried up she was sure that Shazain loved only her and that girl did not hold any importance near him.

Father was right She was just a bed warmer for him but I am the real queen, his true love. Hope that low-class girl knows her worth know. If not I will remind her again.

Shazain was frantically searching for Seher. Utbah followed him from behind.

"We will come back in the morning Shazain" Utbah was persuading him to go back as it was not safe here.

" My wife is missing Utbah and you want me to relax"

"As if you cared? if you were so much concerned why did you leave her alone?" Utbah wanted to scream at him.

"Ariana will be worried, go back Shazain, after all a jellyfish stung her and she was dying. "

" Enough of sarcasm Utbah I know you don't like Ariana, but you very well know her importance in my life"

" I hope Seher went back to her family"

Shazain drew his sword on Utbah.

" I feel like beheading you.".

"If that gives you satisfaction, why don't you understand you can't sail in two boats at a time. I am sure Sultan Salahuddin will take his sister back hearing this news."

"You think I will give up on my wife,"

"You already did by leaving her alone" Utbah murmured slowly.

"Utbah you can go back I will look for her"

Shazain was about to descend the steep hill when his horse started neighing. There was a hideous wolf with glowing eyes and sharp teeth standing in front of him.

"Shazain stop and turn back these wolves won't be alone."

Before Shazain could react he was attacked by a bunch of wolves. Shazain managed to kill a few of them but his horse went crazy and started running back.

" it's too dark Shazain there is nothing you can do." Utbah forced him back.

A dejected Shazain reluctantly followed Utbah back to the palace. It was almost closer to dawn. He decided to quickly offer his prayer and go back to look for her.

The room felt empty to him. One thing he realized was that he needed Seher to keep his sanity. He showered and prayed for her safety. He did not sleep throughout the night nor did he have his dinner last night. His sleep and hunger were lost. He went out to search for her again.

Ariana was very much Upset that Xain did not visit her once after abruptly leaving her. Se woke up quickly that morning and went out looking for Shazain. The guards at the entrance stopped her.

"Princess Ariana, Sultan is not in his chamber"

"How dare you stop me, you Idiots. Do you know who am I, you future queen"

"Princess entry beyond this point is forbidden even for family members"

"I will tell Xain and behead you all morons" She was cursing them

"Now , move and let me go Inside"

"Princess Trust us Sultan is not inside and in fact, he did not return to the chambers last night he came in the wee hour's of the morning and left quickly"

"Where is that mistress of Shazain?"

The guards were shocked By Ariana's use of vocabulary.

"She is not here either, you can check Queen mothers room, maybe she is there"

"I don't want to see that old hag, Listen carefully if I come to know you Idiots were lying then consequences will be bad"

Ariana barged into Shazains room. She opened the wardrobes and was angry to see beautiful gowns and jewelry in there.

All those dresses and gowns and jewelry were Seher's, her mother carefully picked each and every dress for her wedding. Nur did not spare any expenses for Seher. Those nightgowns were made with the finest materials. some were deep neck, some were sleeveless. each was tailor-made with perfection.

Seher your husband will not let you out of the room if you wear them one of her married cousins teased Seher looking at the collection.

Seher not even once wore those nightgowns. She did not share that kind of romantic relationship with Shazain where she can wear this kind of nightwear for him.

Ariana looked at the nightgowns her eyes were about to pop out seeing them. they were really beautiful and sexy. any man can be lured wearing those types of clothing. Then Her eyes landed on an emerald set. She never saw something so beautiful. It looked very delicate and exquisite. She wanted to take that with her but seeing the guard behind she dropped the idea.

That emerald set was a wedding gift from her aunty Shireen she brought that for Seher when she visited India along with Murad. when the situation changed she gifted Seher as a wedding gift.

Xain is spoiling that low-class girl that is why she is so arrogant. It must be that old hags planning. That Najma must have brought all these things for that poor girl to lure my Xain.

That shameless girl is seducing Xain wearing all these clothes and jewelry. That is the reason Xain was unable to keep his eyes away from her. no matter how much he loves me he is a red-blooded male. That girl is using her body to seduce him but I hope she understood her position after yesterday's event.

Seher's jewelry collection was imprinted in Ariana's mind. That all belongs to me the future queen. I will take that set from that girl. Xain will never refuse me. I am happy that Xain is not with her. Ariana now that you are assured that Xains still loves you you have to control him.

Her stomach was rumbling. It's time for a nice breakfast. she thought to herself and walked towards the dining area.

Ariana noticed that there was no one at the dining table.

"Where is everyone?" she asked the maid

"Queen mother is not well so she won't be coming, Sultan left early in the morning and we haven't seen queen Seher yet."

Ariana got angry listening that the maid addressing that girl as Queen Seher.

she asked the maid to come closer and gave a tight slap to her.

"How dare you call her Queen Seher, I am your Queen that woman is nothing but a mistress and surrogate. This was just a warning and next time be careful"

The maid Rehana was shocked at the rude behavior. since she started working in this palace for the past 6 months no one raised their hands on her. For the other servants who were working for a long time, nothing was new. they were all aware of Ariana's tantrums and unacceptable behavior but no one dared to complain to Shazain.

"Now stop staring at my face and quickly get my breakfast." Ariana scolded that young maid who was in tears.

she quickly went inside and one of the older maids Chand advised her.

"Rehana Always be careful near this princess Ariana, don't talk much."

"Why does Sultan has to be associated with her and she insulted the young queen" Rehana was complaining to the other maids.

"That vile woman is polite in front of Sultan and the behavior you witness is her original form. Our Sultan becomes blind and deaf when it comes to her so no one dares to complain about her"

"Is that woman going to marry Sultan?" Rehana asked.

"Yes, they are engaged for 5 years now" Chand replied.

"What about our young queen Seher? She is so young and so kind, My heart will only consider her my master"

"You know she cooks as well the other day she made cookies for all the morning staff" one of them replied.

"She took my daughter in her arms and played with her" The other maid replied.

"I don't understand why our sultan has to marry this witch when he already has a complete package."

"These Sultans and their wives, their relations are so complicated " One of the maids sighed.

"Apparently, Ariana's father King Christos saved our Sultan years back and our sultan promised to marry his daughter" One of the maids explained.

"Now quickly hurry up with the breakfast or else that witch will eat you alive" Chad warned all the maids.
